Customer service was beyond poor. I wouldn’t even rate it a one. The fact we were not accommodated to in terms of food choice and preference because it had to be checked by the chef. It was down to the chef rather than the customer whereas this could have been explained at the beginning. Allergies were not asked upon seating. The “bottomless brunch” was more “brunch” than bottomless. We had 4 rounds of drinks where we could only order one at a time. You could pay for all those drinks and a meal at the end of the day and stay longer. It wasn’t busy, we were lied to, “the manager said this etc” to then change story of “the bills added up to this and we didn’t know” but realistically if you wasn’t busy, the manager should have come over to clarify to prevent miscommunication. Please train your staff appropriately. Please wear a name badge so we know who’s serving us at the time. To customers wanting to go in future, I would not even bother with a bottomless brunch. There are better alternatives and options elsewhere. We will NOT be returning.

Lovely place for a date night, good atmosphere, banging margarita, but unfortunately the mains let it down. We saw the £21 for 3 courses, but when we asked for the 10oz ribeye we were told it wasn't available, absolutely let down, looking forward to it. But anyway over all nice place, but maybe for just the drinks.

We came for bottomless brunch and couldn’t recommend highly enough! Fraya was absolutely amazing! So attentive, we couldn’t finish our drinks fast enough and she was asking if we wanted another! Not stingy at all on the drinks, and very quick bringing them over after we ordered. Food was also really nice!

Came today on the way to the station. My wife is indecisive at the best of times but both Ava and Daisy were patient, helpful and more than happy to talk us through the menu and make recommendations. I visited with my daughter today and we had an amazing tapas lunch. Such lovely staff, in particular Ava and Daisy who went out of their way to make our experience extra special! Highly recommend All Bar One for any occasion, we will definitely be back!

Reserved a table for 8 people including , vegan, vegetarian and was so impressed with both the service and quality of the food it was quite busy but we had no issues and the food served was exceptional, all hot very good quality and served with a smile, well done to all staff would highly recommend for great food and wonderful service

We didn't have the best experience at all. We ended up leaving. We were seated then left alone. My partner proceeded to go to the bar to try to order food and drinks where the attendant was busy with their heads down making cocktails. There wasn't anyone else around. When my partner asked if he could order food, the person behind the bar said"I'll go and ask" to which my partner didn't see them again and was kept waiting. We then decided that it was best for us to leave and not hang around. We felt like cocktails were more important than other customers who wanted to eat as well, and so decided to eat somewhere else.

My partner and I visited there on the 18th for my birthday, but we're met with a cold reception. We sat down and settled then my partner went to the bar to attempt to order food and drinks. However, my partner wasn't attended to. He did feel like the staff had their heads down making cocktails and when my partner did get someone's attention, he did ask, " could I order some food?" To which he got a reply" I'll go and ask" then never saw them again. We did feel like we were ignored. And as we do appreciate that it was busy, the service wasn't there at all and so we decided to leave at that point and go somewhere else. Thus not having the opportunity to celebrate and to try out the food.

Nice surroundings and good atmosphere as place was well attended. Lovely welcome and service by the young woman who met us...she was very attentive and even took time to write down and pass on the cocktail recipe my wife enjoyed... Pina Havana...lovely. We come for bottomless brunch for my friends birthday and cannot fault it. The food was 10/10, I had the pad Thai and it was amazing. The service was really good, shout out to Hannah, Ava and Laura, Pablo. The drinks were strong quite strong which is quite hard to find at bottomless brunches. Was our first time here and would absolutely recommend!! 10/10 overall. Thank you for a great night.

We had been to my daughter’s graduation and had a table at 2.30. The bar was so cold so we asked if the heating was on. It was uncomfortably cold and the people on the next table also asked if the heat could be turned up. We had a drink and left which was such a shame as the bar and the food are always excellent. Sorry but won’t be rushing back in the winter 😬

Had a recent impromptu trip to All Bar One with extended family. The Tapas Tuesday offer gave us the perfect excuse to get together over great value food and drinks that suited everyone over 3 generations. We all ate (and some drank) too much but it was such a lovely experience getting to try so many different small plates and was just a perfect environment for our meet up. The waiting staff and bar staff were fabulous, cheerful and friendly (we dealt with Daisy, Katie and Jackson) and the food was way beyond the standard we were expecting, especially given the excellent value Tapas offer. :)

Have never eaten here so can't comment on the quality of the food but the drink selection is quite varied, can be on the expensive side and the decor is starting to look a bit shabby in places. Always tend to end up here for a drink or two when out and about in Sheff and it always seems to be busy, so they must be doing something right.

Had Small plates today for lunch which was excellent!! Our waitress was Lily and she was absolutely excellent throughout. Really helpful and assisted me with the ABO app for which I’m extremely grateful thank you. Great afternoon, superb staff and gorgeous food…. What’s not to love The only downside was the noise from the workman sorting out the windows next to the entrance

Not great. The bartender didn’t understand what we were ordering even though it was just behind them. We ordered champagne which came and tasted like Prosecco. My mojito tasted like sugar and mint. The staff were not very attentive and didn’t seem very knowledgeable with any drinks to be honest. Disappointed.

Just amazing customer service Went for lunch with a friend and I had a voucher which unfortunately could not be used on Fridays the bar staff were very apologetic. I was upset but we still decided to eat as we love the bar and food for lunch. The Manager came over to take our drinks order and offered us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco because of the voucher error. The small tapas plates were fabulous and we enjoyed a lovely lunch Thank you for your wonderful service we will definitely be returning

The Chicken Quesidilla was very tasty. Food was hot and well presented. Service could have been a little quicker. We waited almost 25 minutes to be served despite there not being many people in the bar. Drinks were good. Bar staff were polite professional and friendly. I would recommend a visit. food, good service.

Took my son for a final meal before leaving University. Staff were really welcoming and attentive and the food was amazing! My son had a full english breakfast and I had the Nourish Bowl. Full english looked lovely but my nourish bowl was amazing! The best I have had! I would definitely order it again. I also had a coffee which came with a side of smarties - what a lovely idea (I soon polished them off!). Would highly recommend All Bar One in Sheffield, not just for the food but the staff too. The service was spot on! Thank you!

The bottomless brunch we attended for my friends 30th was amazing. Katie the waitress was so attentive and made sure we were all happy, the food was lovely and there was plenty of drinks flowing. Katie is a credit to the team and should be recognised for her great service.

Visited All Bar One Sheffield for a family lunch and had an excellent experience. I’m not one for leaving a review, but experienced such fantastic food and service I felt compelled to leave one! We started with some small plates and a perfectly served glass of house rose which was lovely. The small plates were delicious especially the cauliflower one. I followed with the Pad Thai with Prawns which was one of the nicest things I’ve eaten for a while. Piping hot, plentiful prawns and crisp vegetables, absolutely delicious and I couldn’t finish it! What stood out for me was the service. We were served by Hannah, who was attentive, helpful and really friendly. Well done All Bar One Sheffield, I will certainly be back soon ☺️👌🏼

Had a lovely quick bite at All Bar One in Sheffield. The staff was delightful, and the service was fantastic. The food was really tasty. Definitely recommend!

Went for drinks only last night. I had to ask bar staff to replace my lipstick stained wine glass when given another dirty glass. Senior member of staff struggled to give me eye contact let alone apologise. No apology even when I returned the second glass to him. A chair broke underneath a guy on a nearby table. He fell to the floor but luckily was ok. No apology again from the same staff member who simply took the broken chair away. He didn’t replace the chair or offer anything in way of compensation ie complementary drink. I found this utterly shocking. I just don’t understand why a senior staff member of a busy popular bar feels like he can treat customers which such disdain. I won’t be rushing back.

Ok first time here and drinks and food standard as expected, unfortunately no chicken and chorizo skewers available today so went for the £15 fish and chips, nice and hot but to be fair easily matched if not beaten by an average 8quid takeaway, nice place, not too noisy, great service by the patient hostess

Great quality ingredients. Good well made cocktails. Bar is constantly cold though. Don’t go in winter or you sit in your coat
