I came here with a group of friends for a birthday. It was the middle of a bank holiday and quite busy. Regardless of this we had two servers who strived to make our experience the best we could’ve had. A lovely lad called Souma and a beautiful girl called Buse made mine and my friends experience at All Bar One Butlers Wharf exceed the expectations we had. Drinks were served very quickly and with absolute accuracy. Nothing we ordered was brought to us incorrectly which was refreshing as other venues we went to didn’t manage to achieve this. These two members of staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and made the entire group feel welcomed and acknowledged. Quick, correct service paired with friendly and helpful interactions made our visit enjoyable, and every single one of us would return happily as long as the venue continues to employ such invaluable staff members. Unfortunately no managing staff were working at the time we experienced All Bar One Butlers Wharf, leading me to compose this review instead of praising these members of staff to said managers. These two persons alone have made all 9 of our group feel welcomed and excepted and none of us would ever question whether we would come here again, as long as staff like this are working. 10/10 from all 9 of us. Buse and Souma have been exceptional. Praise to them.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a great vibe that made the evening really enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to server, Alexandra, who did an amazing job. She was friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Her service really made the night even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Took forever to get served and when we eventually did it certainly wasn’t with a smile. Not much seating indoors if just having a drink as most tables are for eating. Plenty of seats on the terrace if it’s a warm day.

I really like this place. It's modern, lots of space between tables, good loos and I'm a fan of their chips. However today was a bit disappointing because of the volume of the music. It was a bit too 'clubby' for me and too loud. It was lunchtime and my friend and I wanted to talk. However, the music was so loud with a thud thud beat that after our meal we gave up and went somewhere else for coffee. I can understand why this might be fun in the evening - although still not for me - but at lunch on Mother's Day when quite a few of the customers were older it was all a bit much. I'm really not into yelling over it. Was the volume to amuse the staff or for the customers? I did wonder who it was for.

We visited this bar expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, the service was a complete letdown. When we arrived, the bar was almost empty, yet after being seated, we had to wait before anyone even took our order. Ten minutes later, another waiter came and asked if we wanted to order drinks—despite the fact that we already had. We politely let them know, but still, our drinks never arrived. After another long wait, we had to ask the staff where our order was. We were told it would be “chased up,” yet after another ten minutes, there was still no sign of our drinks. In the end, we had to leave without receiving anything. With the bar not even being busy, this level of service was unacceptable. A completely disappointing experience.

Went here last weekend and we liked it so much that we went twice. We were helped by Ross, smoothly, neatly and very nice. He gave good explanations and tips on what to choose to eat. We had very tasty cocktails and 3x small plates to share, all super tasty! The environment is great, it is very large, but there are still all kinds of nice corners. Very relaxed vibe and nice hip lounge music in the background. You sit on the water with a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge, in a nice neighborhood, The Butlers Warf, it doesn't get much better. In short, a top tent!

We were taken to our table immediately very good the area was warm and we had a good view, the waiters didn’t ask if we wanted any accompaniments so we had to ask for mayonnaise and vinegar, the fish was slightly over cooked but was still good enough to eat. The drinks came nice and quick, we were not rushed so was a nice atmosphere and overall we had a good time.

Had the set Xmas lunch menu with my colleagues. Starter - Panko fried prawns - I have never seen such small prawns at a restaurant. They were overcooked, dry and rubbery. The main and dessert were ok. I thought it was a bit pricey for the quality.

This restaurant is very deceiving. Nicely decorated, nice setting, nice looking food. I came here with two family members. My aunt ordered a dish that I forgot the name of but it contained steak and shrimp . She said that the steak was extremely chewy and she didn’t like it so she spent extra money on ordering another meal. After eating we were waiting for one of my family members to return from the bathroom and i was on my phone. My aunt told me that she had just witnessed a female worker take a family’s leftover drinks in the table in front of us after they left, and she poured the leftover drinks into one new glass cup and then poured the combined leftovers into another glass with ice and served it to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I am absolutely disgusted and sick from this. I spent £135 for this. I pray for the person’s health that drank the leftover wines.
