Great cocktail bar located on a quiet river bank, stunning view of the City and Tower Bridge. I dont know his name but the bartender who worked on Sunday night was amazing and very helpful. I strongly recommend visiting this place

We organised a party there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most dishes are very good in particular considering it’s a chain. And the view on the Thames is pretty awesome. We definitely recommend!

The venue's modern decor and relaxed vibe make it a perfect spot for casual dining or drinks with friends. The food and drink menu is diverse, with a good selection of wines, cocktails, and light bites that cater to various tastes. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. However, I did have one odd encounter that left me slightly perplexed. At one point, a staff member asked everyone to form an orderly queue at the bar, which is not very British and unnecessary and disrupted the usual flow of ordering. It seemed to annoy a few others as well, myself included, since it’s not something you’d expect in a bar setting nor should it be encouraged. Despite that hiccup, it's still a good place to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Butler's Wharf, and I'd recommend it for its overall appeal.

The gentleman behind the Bar was friendly and went above and beyond. I didn't catch his name but I think he had short dreadlocks. All the food was good. I was with a large group we had the fish and chips, burger quesadillas, garlic bread, dumplings , beef tacos and chorizo skewers. I would visit again.

Super nice and lovely people working at this place! I went there with my friends had a few cocktails and food. The waitresses were super lovely and suggested delicious cocktails as well as helped choose a meal and it was delicious and freshly made. Lovely place! Coming back for sure!

Ideally located along the Thames, this restaurant with terrace offers a menu with very varied culinary tastes, ranging from the emblematic Fish & Chips to the Pad Thai dish, all well executed and beautifully presented. It is possible to simply stop there for a drink break.

Arrived at 11:30 for brunch (single diner) and was advised I had 7mins to order or wait 30 mins for lunch .. which was fine I knew wanted something quick. Eggs benefit, eggs over cooked and sauce lacked seasoning. Service was honestly shocking like they were doing me a favour by taking my order or brining me my food. I truly felt so unwelcome

Went here twice for some cocktails. 2nd time we just went to sit down on the deck seeing as there were many tables available. You can order through a QR code (which we did) but none of the staff came to greet us. One of the staff came by our table to take the plants and candle away (as they were closing in an hour) but didn't say anything. Close to 10 one of the staff came by and asked "do you want plastic cups for your drinks?" Which seemed to be a weirdly phrased question to say "go away." (Mind you, we weren't the only customers left). To their credit they didn't actually bring cups and we got to finish our drinks and left on our own. Cocktails were good, bit more pricey but it's close to Tower Bridge so it makes sense.

disgusting service we sat at our table and waiteress was extremely rude and pulled our table to clean it and left it for us to pull back. when we ordered drinks i ordered two for myself and same waitress immediately questioned me on it thinking i was ordering for my daughter after telling her i was ordering for myself she gave me dirty looks and kept floating around our table. when drinks came i let my daughter have a sip and same waitress saw from inside and immediately ran up to the window and started banging on it and came outside and started hassling my daughter who is obviously young if she had an ID etc we were all very uncomfortable and this was all before our food even came. very rude and disgusting behaviour not sure of the waitress name but she had a tattoo behind her ear

I’m embarrassed I brought my family from Oz to lunch there today - the disgusting rude waitress Eastern European treated us like children knocking on the window from inside because I let my teenage girls sip my drink! Never been treated so poorly in my life after spending £92 - appalling behavior! Never go there again with family or friends!

This has been our local for over 10 years. We love the area overlooking the Thames. Went in for the offer of spend £40 to receive £20 off and it was excellent. James (Manager) and Suma our favorite member of staff make us feel very welcome. Thank you once again.

I haven't even ate yet but the host was SO rude. She sat us at a table with only one chair and I asked if I could take the one behind me (same chair, no one at that table) and she goes I'll get you another one. After standing waiting for a few minutes, I just grabbed the chair behind me and figured she could replace that one. She comes back and SLAMS the chair down behind me to the point where I jumped, and scoffs as if I’m the rude one for not listening to her. She simply could've offered me the other chair to begin with and just replaced the seat at the empty table. I think the manager needs to have a talk with her about professionalism and customer service - she's the one with a tattoo behind her left ear. Attaching a pic of the identical chairs for reference.

Was a great location, we choose to sit outside, so had great views of St Katharine's Dock and the City of London. Service was good, friendly staff and although the cocktails were strong, they tried to accommodate and lesson the alcohol for my daughter. Will definitely go back.

The food and service were great, for London standards the price and portion size was surprisingly good. The service was quick and the servers were friendly and polite. We ate: chicken and bacon sandwich, halloumi and veg sandwich, the chicken/bacon/avocado salad and the nachos (as a starter). All the food was tasty, the focaccia bread for the sandwiches was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the music was very loud and made it a difficult to talk (we were a table of four and pretty close to each other), this rating should actually be 4.5/5 stars but sadly Google doesn't let me be as granular. I don't live in London but it would be a place I would return to eat some other time if I did.

People can be a bit snobby about All Bar One, but this is a great venue in London for food and drinks, and the service puts many other 'fancier' places to shame. Great value, great quality, great service. In particular, the bottomless brunch is amazing value. And Emily is one of the best people working in hospitality in London, and I am not just saying that (I eat and drink in London a lot).

Great at table service from the staff - there is a Waitress that we saw the last time we were there (Feb/March 2024) and she's great. Outgoing, personable, appears to enjoy her job and very good at topping our drinks up when needed :) She kept things flowing. This is now our regular catch up with a group of mates for the past 3 years (maybe 4) - other pubs were too busy, loud, standing however the outside seating area makes such a fantastic venue with great views to.

Lovely views over the Thames. Perfect for a sunny day, but inside seating for inclement weather. Staff are friendly. Good selection of drinks at manageable prices. Food alright - good selection and sharing plates good for picking at.

Was nice and quiet inside where as outside was veyr busy following the finish of the working day but after a while we were able to then gain an outside seat. Food came quick, drinks incorrectly served to another table, we ordered to the correct table.

Friendly service and nice cocktails but the food was awful. We shared the small plates, the pita bread was either stale or just very poor quality, certainly not made in house. The prawns were clearly frozen and rubbery. Was very disappointed with the food as on previous visits it has been better
