Beautiful location on the Thames with a view of London Bridge. Had a quick but good brunch.

We were taken to our table immediately very good the area was warm and we had a good view, the waiters didn’t ask if we wanted any accompaniments so we had to ask for mayonnaise and vinegar, the fish was slightly over cooked but was still good enough to eat. The drinks came nice and quick, we were not rushed so was a nice atmosphere and overall we had a good time.

Amazing place to see London's landmarks, great bar and great staff. Alex has to be my favourite bartender, he's very kind and always gives great service. I highly recommend this bar.

Had the set Xmas lunch menu with my colleagues. Starter - Panko fried prawns - I have never seen such small prawns at a restaurant. They were overcooked, dry and rubbery. The main and dessert were ok. I thought it was a bit pricey for the quality.

No proper beer and very average food. Nice location and reasonable atmosphere but obviously riverside prices.

Fab for drinks outside on previous visits. Evening dining a let down. Little food choice, had to buy nuts as a snack before heading elsewhere to eat! Such a let down.

Super nice and lovely people working at this place! I went there with my friends had a few cocktails and food. The waitresses were super lovely and suggested delicious cocktails as well as helped choose a meal and it was delicious and freshly made. Lovely place! Coming back for sure!

This restaurant is very deceiving. Nicely decorated, nice setting, nice looking food. I came here with two family members. My aunt ordered a dish that I forgot the name of but it contained steak and shrimp . She said that the steak was extremely chewy and she didn’t like it so she spent extra money on ordering another meal. After eating we were waiting for one of my family members to return from the bathroom and i was on my phone. My aunt told me that she had just witnessed a female worker take a family’s leftover drinks in the table in front of us after they left, and she poured the leftover drinks into one new glass cup and then poured the combined leftovers into another glass with ice and served it to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I am absolutely disgusted and sick from this. I spent £135 for this. I pray for the person’s health that drank the leftover wines.

Nice menu and not over cluttered with choices. The only reason I gave only 4 stars was because we went on a quiet lunchtime. That said the staff could go have been a bit more attentive. I would definitely go back

We organised a party there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most dishes are very good in particular considering it’s a chain. And the view on the Thames is pretty awesome. We definitely recommend!

It seemed to annoy a few others as well, myself included, since it’s not something you’d expect in a bar setting nor should it be encouraged. Despite that hiccup, it's still a good place to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Butler's Wharf, and I'd recommend it for its overall appeal.

The gentleman behind the Bar was friendly and went above and beyond. I didn't catch his name but I think he had short dreadlocks. All the food was good. I was with a large group we had the fish and chips, burger quesadillas, garlic bread, dumplings , beef tacos and chorizo skewers. I would visit again.

Ideally located along the Thames, this restaurant with terrace offers a menu with very varied culinary tastes, ranging from the emblematic Fish & Chips to the Pad Thai dish, all well executed and beautifully presented. It is possible to simply stop there for a drink break.

Arrived at 11:30 for brunch (single diner) and was advised I had 7mins to order or wait 30 mins for lunch .. which was fine I knew wanted something quick. Eggs benefit, eggs over cooked and sauce lacked seasoning. Service was honestly shocking like they were doing me a favour by taking my order or brining me my food. I truly felt so unwelcome

I’m embarrassed I brought my family from Oz to lunch there today - the disgusting rude waitress Eastern European treated us like children knocking on the window from inside because I let my teenage girls sip my drink! Never been treated so poorly in my life after spending £92 - appalling behavior! Never go there again with family or friends!

Went here twice for some cocktails. 2nd time we just went to sit down on the deck seeing as there were many tables available. You can order through a QR code (which we did) but none of the staff came to greet us. One of the staff came by our table to take the plants and candle away (as they were closing in an hour) but didn't say anything. Close to 10 one of the staff came by and asked "do you want plastic cups for your drinks?" Which seemed to be a weirdly phrased question to say "go away." (Mind you, we weren't the only customers left). To their credit they didn't actually bring cups and we got to finish our drinks and left on our own. Cocktails were good, bit more pricey but it's close to Tower Bridge so it makes sense.

disgusting service we sat at our table and waiteress was extremely rude and pulled our table to clean it and left it for us to pull back. when we ordered drinks i ordered two for myself and same waitress immediately questioned me on it thinking i was ordering for my daughter after telling her i was ordering for myself she gave me dirty looks and kept floating around our table. when drinks came i let my daughter have a sip and same waitress saw from inside and immediately ran up to the window and started banging on it and came outside and started hassling my daughter who is obviously young if she had an ID etc we were all very uncomfortable and this was all before our food even came. very rude and disgusting behaviour not sure of the waitress name but she had a tattoo behind her ear
