Very friendly staff, great local chip shop and food taste good

I have just been there and the food is nasty the chips were cold the burger weren't all that nice. This will be the last time I go here. This place has gone down hill. Not happy last time I waste money at this takeaway.

No idea never went in but looks nice and clean and sure the sighn now says ocean

This place has seriously gone downhill. Just had sausage & chips and it’s got to be the worst I’ve ever had. The sausage didn’t even taste like meat and the whole meal has a horrible sour taste like the chip fat hasn’t been changed for a decade. The portions are small as well so the new owners are buying cheap products and scrimping on size to make a fast buck. I won’t be using this shop again

Oh dear! Just changed owners and everything has gone down the pan. Cold food, rude service and unintelligible staff on the phone. Was a favourite but not any more. Shame.

The food is brilliant, delivery is on point and it's always hot. The staff are extremely friendly and they always give my son lollypops. Only downside is, you've missed alot of orders from me because your website is broken. For me it is very slow and the bogof offer doesn't apply at checkout, so sadly had to go elsewhere. Please fix it so I can come back!

Last four visits have been horrible, from under cooked to overcooked. This time is the worst, oily soggy chips and fiber strands in the food. Extremely disappointing place to go.

All special burger is really tasty.

Absolutely revolting, forgotten things of my order then try to say they I never ordered them burger buns were soggy salad looked and tasted old, chips were soggy and undercooked, chicken wings had no meat on them burgers them self were undercooked, it was utterly vile I also found 2 hairs in my burger, if you fancy a nice takeaway with no stress keep strolling, they dont even deserve to be called an establishment! They didn't even try to make a mend in the phone just blamed me!

The kebabs are lovely but ordered a delivery 3 times and on 2 occasions it turned up with no chips.

Fish & Chips, burgers, kebabs, pizza, had them all and not had one bad experience. Very friendly staff. Big portions, sometimes a tad too big. Tip for this place, use website to order & collect. You get 10% credit to account to use against future orders. Two minor points, All salad does not include cucumber and they put mint in garlic mayo. But if that's all I can complain about, it can't be bad. Plus they know me know and what I like.

Best kebab I've ever had great staff delivery service is great can't fault any of the food my wife loves the fish as well.

WOW can't seem to get an order right ...50 mins wait for a pizza.Joke of a service

Staff don't know enough English to get your order right. Then when you tell them your food left on hot top for 5 mins wilsthorpe the chicken meat cooks got home a greasy horrible mess. Dogs enjoyed it tho :(

Chips were undercooked, fish was soggy and tasted old. The potato cake was full of old grease and expensive compared to sturdee plaice. Really couldn't recommend.

We get chips and kebabs from here all the time ! Brilliant food very generous with the portions!! A gem of a place on the Monsell !!!
