Aladdins Pizza in Sandwell

Had pizza today was absolutely horrible tasteless and all i could see was sweetcorns dropping off everywhere the price was very high for the horrible quality of food won't be going back there again

I made a order as normal, an accidentally processed the order as collection instead of delivery, are called the store and the guy I spoke to made no effort to get my order delivered to me so I had no choice what to cancel the order, also he put the phone down on me while I was trying to ask a question, which then required me to phone back to ask how long the refund would take, and apparently it's five working days, and he also stated that he can't cancel the order because he has to wait for a manager to come in to then cancel it. That is terrible service and I won't be ordering here again.

Been ordering from here for the last 5 months and never disappointed.

No sauce on the chips but overall yummy

Avoid this place been on the toilet the past few days with pure watered diarrhea. My whole family are ill with the food. I want a refund.

Staff can be quite rude. I have used this place quite a few times in the past but not anymore

Just ordered a takeaway as a regular customer. Delivery man was very rude. Food is cold, asked the peri peri strip to be cooked well done which is not. Terrible from Aladdins

Went to great barr today ordered a pizza box it was lovely £7.49 nice portion size, called up for collection staff was frequently on phone when I went there it was quite busy but it was handled really professionally they was live streaming online too ( great for business). Despite them being so busy they did not forget their manners which I liked the most great customer environment. Thanks for the food will be back next time.

I ordered a burger box and the chips had mold on them and the pizza tastes like rubber would not recommend

Horrible pizza, it was freshly made but tasted like rubber, soggy fries and extremely expensive for a local pizza shop. Tried it to give it a go but highly disappointed. Avoid this place. Only positives are: Shop looks clean And quick service (for collection) Never again.

Only problem was missing a milkshake the driver said someone would be back with it but no one has turned up

Food was beautiful and hot as always but forgot to put zinger meal in apart from that hiccup cant fault it.

Food was really nice they understood intructions given. The deals and variety of food and drink are awsome milkshakes 10|10.

Forgot drink with burger meal an cream on one milkshake when asked for none also forgot to put extra cream on the oreo one still happy with the order tho thank you food 10/10 👍🏽

My order was £21.99 and the delivery driver charged me £23.

Ordered here a few times but today was disgraceful..I orderd bbq wings they gave me hot and spicy with a drizzly of bbq..and orderd a meal for one they covered the meal with so much mayo the box fell apart leaving the food to fall out

The kebab regular is probably best food I’ve had only wrappings don’t smell too nice

Delivery was quick, that's the plus. Quite possibly the worst kebab ever. Fries soggy and uncooked. Meat was like leather. Rice was microwave uncle Ben's. Horrendous food. Waste of money. Worried about how this is going to come back out if I ever digest it.

I bought on Uber eats but can’t review on there for some reason. So I thought I’d come here. Uber wasn’t updating where our food was so I rang the store. Didn’t realise the distance between the shop and I! The man on the phone was lovely! And this is the whole reason why I made the effort to come here. Usually you’re met with attitude and then being hung up on from other restaurants. But he was lovely! Gave me the update that I was after and I even got extra chips. Thank you guys! Will be a returning customer

Amazing food, incredible customer service (Thanks Zee) he’s “The Man” always get food piping hot. Never get my order wrong and ALWAYS sort any issues (only ever had one) out in record time! highly recommend!

The two donor kebabs meat under cooked, chips were hard, salad not fresh, on both kebabs, 8inch pizza hardly any chicken on it and was stone cold, I spend alot of money with Aladins wednesbury my first complaint I spend alot of money with you L Green

Food was delivered early and still managed to be freezing cold. When attempted to call the restaurant i was informed that it was not their problem the food was cold and that i had no way of proving the food was cold. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs

We placed a big order and they messed up most of the order, they put the wrong sauces on the food and spoiled my appetite. I couldnt even eat the food and it gave me stomach issues

it was pretty average. Definitely not value for money in my opinion. Fries were soggy from being wrapped up multiple times and unsalted. Pizza was ok. Yeah, average. I probably wouldn’t go here again to be honest. Nothing to shout about.

Have been using these guys for years. Their food is always amazing and second to none.

Apple crumble was ice cold. Straight out of the fridge. No custard. What a rip off. The special waffle had 4 pieces of chocolate on it again a rip off. I have had simpler waffles with more topping for around half the price.

Staff is so unprofessional.I ordered the pizza and they delivered without source and I specially requested them to give me sauce and the guy said he will put .But he never delivered the sauce and delivered the cold pizza when I call to the store the said I haven’t been charged I said why didn’t you charged me.he said he don’t know.later on at the end he refused to deliver the sauce and was very unprofessional.make sure everyone when ever you order the food make sure you check on the delivery . Coz they are not gonna deliver again once they get money.Scammers they are.Never will order the food again .Disgrace

soggy greasy pizza, undercooked chicken wings, soggy cold chips only decent thing about the order was the can of pop,complained and asked for refund 7 days ago and not even a response

Had a few different pizzas from here and they are always hot and tasty. Plus their chicken strips are like the best I’ve ever tasted.

Chips were the worst chips ever they were white loads ov black bits on then and tasted arfull not good st all really need to do something about your chips

Ordered from here a few times recently food was hot everytime and delivery always on time, Donner kebabs and chips are so tasty, delivery driver and people over the phone very polite aswell. Only complaint is wish portion sizes were little bigger, still nice size and good quality but large kebab and chips could be little bigger. New regular, I’ve ordered loads form here over the years but last few delivery’s been top notch!

don't know why there's so many bad ratings tbh first time here large family made a huge order and we're all picky 🤷🏻‍♀️ was on time, all hot, the only critism I have is there was a choice of wings and I chose SFC - and they were bright red and spicy 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 apart from that was 🔥 would order again if a deal was on again 10% don't cut it for our massive family unfortunately so we wait for the 30 or 40 % 🤣 TOP place , TOP food. 🫵🏻

This is the worst food I think I've eaten. Raw chicken paper it came in full of grease and presentation was vile might of well as took it out the bin would of been more presentable. What a waste of £20 and the staff wouldn't do nothing to sort the problem. Avoid this food shop!

spent 27.77 for 3 burger meals and one milkshake. the food isn’t necessarily bad but the portions for the amount you pay isn’t worth it.

I have ordered one large pizza with chicken wings and chips,chicken wings was delicious but pizza was worthless,they put a lot of garlic,it was completely garlic pizza I can’t eat a single piece.

Best pizzas and kebabs in Wednesbury by far the best. Service has been amazing and I will recommend more to other people.

I placed a large order for delivery as was hosting family and friends. Zee took my order. I am completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He took down my order and even recommended me their best sellers, which I was very happy about. Some places don't really pay attention to their staff and their lack of customer service skills but I was very impressed how Zee paid attention to what I had ordered. Absolutely great job of handling my order with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. (Most takeaways always having something missing when delivering food) But everything was delivered, fresh and piping hot! A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ZEE. Most appreciated. Will definitely be ordering again.

in the burgers section it said buy one get one free. i even called them to confirm i would get 2 of the same meals and they only sent one. scamming people with £12 for a single burger meal

Delivery was quick but food was not edible I had pizza with garlic and tomato sauce but the garlic was so over powering just couldn't eat it

We order from here…quite a lot! Today is the first time we have had any issues and we had a pizza missing. Called up and spoke to Zee who sorted it straight away and sent us a bigger pizza which arrived within 15 minutes, he was really polite and friendly, would recommend Aladdin’s 100%

They got my order wrong but the customer service was greatcand I would highly recommend to other people as they offered to help me with the order being done wrong and the young man zee helped greatly with this .

Highly recommend the food, going to make it my regular takeaway!!! The service was both very courteous and professional. I was particularly impressed with the young man who took my order, Mr Zee, made it so easy and delivery was on time too! 😃

This was the worst kebab we have ever had, when they were in the other place across the road, they were so much better. Sorry, but we won’t be going there again, so disappointed 😞
