Aladdin Fried Chicken in Hounslow

purchased chicken and chips this afternoon, I told the youngster I want fresh chips not the ones laying in the tray well he just added new ones to the top of the packet I said I hope they fresh, yes he replied but the further I got into the packet the chips were cold and you could taste they had been standing awhile. I come all the way from my work to buy the food what a disappointment 😞 it was today the chicken was awful it will be going into the bin tomorrow. Sorry Alladins I won't be back.

Dry chips, dry chicken wings, too much salt - terrible customer service, tight on ketchup & tissues, staff like to watch you eat food. Won’t be going back there.

Zero Coustomer service those peoples they need only ur money price very high portion very small u get ur order with no tissue no salt no mayo...

My sister and I had a fantastic meal, the staff couldn’t have done more for us. Nidel and Ronnie went above and beyond and were friendly and helpful all evening. As always, great food, great atmosphere - we always have a lovely night at Aladin!

I keep coming to Aladdin more than 18 years but i wasnt happy for the last 2 to 3 times service what they provided me.even last night Chips was too dry and cold. I have ordered doubble chees burger meal and doubble chees burger they gave me single chees burger. New staff service is not good at all. I just want to say the shop owner Suleman, pls pls make sure about the new staff and service which they didnt care about customer what the customer want and what they giving? You have to make sure about the price that what is the right price pls. Make sure about the customer service because i dont want you to getting more complaint about your business. I hope you will sort it out problems. Thanx.

Went twice in week. The staff are friendly and polite. Their burgers and chicken pieces were succulent and tasty with a crispy coating. Unlike some other places where it can be dry. Chips were fresh. Very reasonable value. Favorite chicken place now.

I have been a loyal customer to Aladdin's friednchicken for almost a decade now and it has always been a reliable source of amazing fried chicken. The customer service is great and best of all the chicken perfect! Its tender, juicy, not oily and crunchy delicious!!!

The chicken wings were a bit oily, but not bad.I went to Aladdins after much recommendation from my friends.

Do I need to say more ahem ahem, the title says it! Busy always, which is proof enough that the place is worth visiting, so is it?? Yes, of course, the staff are friendly, the food yummy and has variations of spiciness to them which is the need of the hour now. Not expensive and fast service. The owner even stayed late one night for my order, well after the close of service, hats off to them. Give them your money and you wouldn't be disappointed.

Have been going here for a while, always maintained their standards and quality. Service is always prompt even at busy times.

Ordered on the phone for 10 peri wings. Came into the shop 20 minutes later and they were going to be ready in 3 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and all I got was a pile of burnt bones. Really shocking experience, never going there again.

If anyone knows Hounslow you will know its very difficult to find anywhere decent to eat, even though its filled with hundreds of fast food joints, mainly chicken.Aladdins is and has been one of the best for a long while now. They are constant in their quality, customer service and variety.The chips are one of the best, you can tell the oil is clean and not old used like the other places.As a company many of us in the office visit or order take outs often and to date never been let down.Office favorites- Med burger (MUST try)- Chicken Nuggets- Piri Piri range- Inferno burger

Wife and I were hungry late at night have always walked past and seen it has been busy. Food is Good,good portion size. Very good variety. Only thing when you walk in it is overwhelming with all the menus and options. No problems would go back

It's an ok fried chicken and burger place. Much like loads of others in Hounslow but I was shocked to discover that tou had to pay 20p to use the toilet. Really spoilt an otherwise ok experience.

It has the tastiest wings and chips around and if you wnatd a really quick bite then this is the place for you

My kids enjoy to eats at aladdin when I picked them from school evey time they are hungry they should have take away or eaten there good place and price for family.

La comida es buena y siempre vienen a comer aquí, pero en muchas ocasiones como hoy la orden que nos dieron estaba equivocada. Llame, nos dijeron que lo sentían pero no mucho que hacer. No fue tan fácil para volver y recoger porque llevábamos allí. No había reembolso ofrecidos y totalmente arruinado mi experiencia. No es un cliente feliz ahora!

Burgers, peri peri chicken and chips,the food is always fresh and is tasteful nd the service is fast , there is a sit down place as well if one wants to sit and eat

Great value chicken meal, lots of options, fast service - location by Hounslow East underground station means it can get really busy, but the flow rate is good. If you like chicken to go, this is cheap & cheerful !

Love the food from here, always nice hit four and good service, never had a bad meal here. Like the peri peri chicken.

Had the above with 6 wings..had a food comma after but damn..well worth itService is friendly and quick..you can also phone ahead of your orderThey don't do delivery which is a shame!I always love going to this place..THE place for a "dirty" chicken burger

very cheap for the quality they offer. they are located right opposite the tube station which makes it very accesable for everyone. they do offer vast variety in the products they offer such as grilled and fried.. there fries taste better than macds, so overall a great choice.

Reasonably priced, very tasty. Quick clean service. Staff react positively with customers and are vewry helpful.

This place has got the best chicken I've ever tasted, Its definitely without a doubt better than nandos chicken! They do a chicken wrap too which is really tasty.. The staff are very friendly too.. So if u happen to be in Hounslow u gotta check this place out!

I really love this restaurant. I literally love their chicken burgers and their wings. Overall most of the food and the range of sauces availabe is really good.I would definetly recommend this restaurant as the food is really tasty and well worth it.

Been coming here for the last 12 years when it was a small little shop back in the day. Quality and value has always been consistent. Best cheeseburgers EVER. Staff are so polite and fast. And now the peri range is excellent too. :)

Food was really clean, the fried chicken wings are really nice and not greasy at all, in my opinion its the best chicken shop in the area
