The food turned up late. I had a call 20 minutes after the food was meant to have arrived telling me they don’t have any chicken nuggets (which was for my kids). I asked that they throw in a small pizza instead which they agreed. The food arrived and the chips were soggy, the curry was very nice but the pizza smelt awful. So bad in fact I threw it away and I concerned that my daughter had taken a bite. It was so bad I thought the smell was the dog originally. Made me feel uneasy about the rest of the food to be honest. Won’t be going back.

Always loves AR but this was awful…… 2hr wait and the driver didn’t have any change. Phoned countless times to be told the same thing (the drivers on his way) !!

I’m wondering if this place is under new management. I’ve been ordering for years on and off but tonight the delivery was almost an hour late and the order was wrong, the food was very watery, I won’t be going back I’m afraid, what a shame 😞

Ordered lamb tikka for both curries and it was just plain lamb and I order mixed meat kebab and it was just chicken with no bread..

They put delivered but I received after 35 minutes and it is damaged and full of oily in bag

Usually a fan but tonight the chicken tikka masala was just watery with no taste and the onion tasted of cheese. It was our usual order as well, tasted nothing like what we ordered previously.

Solid job from these guys. Where else can you get a kebab, wings and a curry. All at a great price, low delivery and good service! Dropped a star on the lamb in my curry but was still very tasty, the wings especially. Absolute belter

45 mins late. Food was ok, some nearly cold. Lamp chops look like lamb chops without the meat part.

Pizza edges were very hard and cheese was only in the centre. Didn’t look like a pizza at all. Will never order or recommend. Delivery time was promised at 7.55pm. Had to wait beyond 8.00pm as it was not ready on time

Overall food was good. The vegetable pakoras need more vegetables and frying for a bit longer.

1st time ordering from here .rice n keema was not fresh n sheek kabab was not fresh either.I am a person that loves food so I know food n the food that was delivered to me well if the restaurant really tuck their time and value the quality of food they was offering their customers then maybe to food would be fresh and up to standards .

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address, I rang up to ask where my food was and he got more food sent straight away. Human error of course! He was so sorry for the mistake. Food was well worth the wait, piping hot and tasted amazing! Thank you. Will definitely order again 😊 xx

We haven’t used this restaurant for a while, we can’t remember why, but we are definitely regulars again now our food was absolutely delicious

Lovely food, but always delivered half late shocking

Ordered from here twice now, had to wait over two hours both times.

Really late delivery, called the restaurant 10mins after the food was meant to have arrived (app said delivered) and they said it was still being prepared. Food was delivered about 30mins after that...

This is beyond a joke I’ve been waiting 2 hours for food almost 2 and a half hour how can it take them so long as I only live around the corner!!! They call this a business? After phoning then they responded “I don’t know how long the delivery man left with all the food so I’m not sure” absolute joke!!!

Tandoori chicken had too much of tomato taste.

Food was good quality but took a lot longer than they had said and had to call to see where and when it was going to be delivered.had text to say not long now and on its way at 8.30 and yet it was near to 9.00 when it arrived and it is a 5 minute drive away.

Disgusting customer service!! No drinks came with my order,payed for 3 popadoms got 2 and there was suppose to be 8 chicken nuggets got 4. Phoned to see if they could rectify this was told no and had the phone put done on me! Tried to phone back multiple times by strangely enough couldnt get through. First time customer will not be coming back!

The food was delivered an hour late. The quality of the food was pathetic. The biryani was not more than tasteless cheap fried rice and the chicken curry was basically chicken dipped in tomato sauce. Worst food experience ever. Highly disappointed and never recommending!

Advised that order way on way 30 mins before arrived. A korma curry is meant to be mild it was quite spicy and my mouth was on fire also the same with the mint sauce was spicy too

I have been going here years and normally it's great but today is one of the worst currys iv ever had, the narn was doughy the pakora's where tiny the onion bargie hardly had any onion and the curry was not even in the same ball park as normal. Don't no what has happened but I doubt I'll be going back.

Food quality has gone down. Won't order from here again. Onion Bhajis were doughy and greasy. Curry had 4 bits of meat in it rest was all sauce.

Food nearly an hour late, unsurprisingly barely warm. Food is horrendous chilli cheese naan with no cheese and the sauce is stupidly runny. went cold within 5 minutes of eating it

Delivered late, chips were cold, no salad, mango chutney instead of yoghurt and mint sauce and chicken tikka was awful, like really bad, it had a cheese smell to it and nothing like a tikka, absolutely terrible

Ordered chicken korma and vegetable korma. Very runny, not at all creamy or coconutty. Used to really enjoy the vegetable korma, but seems like it's made with a bag of frozen veg now. No flavour. Sorry won't be ordering again, even though have ordered from you for years.

The chicken gravy was horrible. So bad that I couldn’t even eat it. Like someone put a whole bag of sugar in it.

Food is awful very tasteless, order was 30 minutes late with lots of items missing which then the restaurant did come out to correct the order but after waiting so long it should have been correct in the first place. Wont order again.

very bland one thing was mentioned as spicy hot and it was sweet tasting not spicy at all . prob wont order again as all tasted the same no difference .

Food was dreadful! Tikka masala was a light brown colour and tasteless, was more like a casserole than a curry. Naan and chips were Luke warm, not the great standards we usually receive 🤬

Missing part of the order. Curry spilt everywhere in the bag. Naan felt like chewing glass for some reason. Sweaty chips.

Ordered from here previously and was nice. Unfortunately, on this occasion I was disappointed. Food was 20 minutes late, I ordered a keema and cheese naan but it was plain, cold and tough. The lamb tikka was tough and my madras was bland and leaked out into the bag. Sorry to say I won’t be ordering from here again.

This is the first time I’ve had to put a poor review on this place, but it was poor today!! I received half the meat I normally get on the order and I had more salad then the box of chicken, but still have to pay for the normal amount, my naan breads were delivered in greasy paper bags so they had lost there heat, all the food was cold compared to what I normally get. Not great service this time, NOT happy at all!!

Food is always hot and plentiful . Would not use any other takeaway. Delivery is always a little bit later than confirmed but we are use to this now .

Unfortunately the food was extremely bland, very greasy and lacking in flavour. Both my husband and I had poorly tummies after eating :(

Can't believe this was the same meal we ordered last time 🙁. The Rogan looked like curry sauce with tinned tomatoes poured into the container before it was sealed. The channa Baji tasted watery. The tikka masala was really sweet but ok. And the Balti Chicken Sag was ok but nowhere near as good as last time. Rice and bread were fine. Really disappointed especially as all the prices have gone up - by quite a lot. The channa Baji had increased by 55pence - given it is a side dish with ingredients that are mega cheap it's hard to see how this is justified. Will sadly be trying somewhere else next time!

Special Biryani was plentiful with some large pieces of meat but was a very bland, especially the Biryani sauce.

Very disappointed with my order. First (and last!) time I’ve ordered from here. It was all round very bland. The cheese naan has no cheese on, nor does the cheese garlic naan. The prawn purée doesn’t taste of anything, nor did the curry sauce. My partner didn’t bother eating hers n I persevered... not something you expect to have to do after spending 30 quid on a meal for 2. I’d advise ordering from somewhere else.

I ordered butter chicken. What I got was skewer chicken in a korma looking sauce. Chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. Butter chicken is supposed to be tender and melts in your mouth. Probably the worst butter chicken I have tasted.

Highly recommend the chefs special chicken tikka with the special fried rice if you want a mild curry. There portions for the prices have always been awesome aswell as the quality of the food. This place is probably one of the best for Indian curries. The sides like chips and chicken wings etc not a big fan of.

I normally don't write reviews. First review. I ordered a few things, the butter chicken tasted like it was from a can or cat food. Tasted more like carrot sauce than butter chicken. Also the Donner kebab smelt like cardboard and tasted how it smelt. I really hope you read this and make these two dishes even remotely better to make it suitable for human consumption. As in assuming that it's only these two dishes that were so revolting. Thank you, please don't take it personal, this was just my first review, an honest one.

Best curry we've had yet! We always have the Balti Chicken Sag and tonight it had more heat than usual and was better for it. Yummy! Delivery often early and always nice and hot! (We are quite close by though)

Terrible experience from a rude resturant manager who when spoken to politely and explained that no order was received despite the fact that my daughter directed and went down to collect order. The driver said he could not find the building and the resturant would not refund the order. Adding insult to injury the resturant abruptly put the phone down.. will report to JUSTEAT and hopefully others will avoid this resturant

Late delivery again only arrived after chasing them, delivery driver not really apologetic only apologised after i told him it was late. Good quality food but spoilt by the poor delivery. This is not the first time I've had this problem with them

Basically as usual their food can be very good for consecutive orders. There is however that off chance you get spoilt food which smells off clearly when you call the restaurant they argue the food is fresh when it clearly smells. This is especially painful when you have to understand you spend 23 pou d for each order. They lack consistency.
