This is an awesome Lebanese restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. We were served by the manager Brahim, who was friendly, professional and very attentive. Thank you ever so much Brahim, for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.

Just like the other Al Arez branches in London, this one also lives up to the standards and provides amazing Lebanese cuisines.

Frankly, the service was very bad and I did not like to deal with it at all. In addition to that, the prices were very exaggerated and unsatisfactory in terms of the amount of food, and the food needed to be served in a more professional manner that befits the store, and the food salt and spices were not excessive. I did not feel that I was eating Lebanese food. I was upset to an unreasonable degree because the treatment was bad Rating 1 out of five Thanks

Place with a good welcome, excellent food as well as mint tea

I tried their chicken shawarma. Less than normal. The chicken is dry, but the service is again excellent. The restaurant staff is terribly polite, God willing 🤍

The waiter treated the food very badly. His behavior was not good with us, and we did not ask him for food. He seemed to care about the interests of the restaurant owner or the customers. We came at 11 a.m. on 3/7/2024. I do not recommend him.

It's an okay restaurant... but today I was scammed when paying the bill... I know the prices of the food I'm ordering because I live outside London... I called the waiter, why are the prices so high? He replied and said, "You ordered tea with two desserts... I laughed. I wanted to make a scandal with them in front of them." Customers...they think that the Gulf people are fools...even the menu has two menus, one with high prices and the other with normal prices.

Fantastic restaurant so close to Harrods. They have a complete Arabic food menu, especially Lebanese. Prices are affordable and staff are very nice. I like it very much! It's Halal food, by the way!

The best shawarma I ate in the UK. The only place that made me feel like I was eating at the quality I got used to all my life in Turkey.

Located just down the street from our hotel, we knew it was a safe bet, trying Lebanese here in London. Absolutely mouthwatering from the sauces to the hummus to the chicken Shawarma sandwich. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!!

Bad service- we asked to sit outside they refused - said you need to order hookah then we moved upstairs - there were three new visitors in outdoors tables that didn’t order hookah. p.s. we were four European guys and they kicked out us but Arabian guys were very welcome to our table instead of us. Say no to racism!!!

Very fast service. Got a chicken shawarma. My only gripe is that the shawarma was quite oily but this is pretty common and I can’t expect them to do miracles. It was fresh and tasty. I normally go to Maroush but I’ll be popping in here more regularly now.

Best food option if you are HUNGRY in the area. Chicken and lamb wrap, small one is only £7 and they pack it full of meat. will fill you up. Large one not much more if you fancy.

Walking around London and looking for a place to eat that is not too expensive for a Spaniard, we found this Lebanese restaurant and a good amount of food and quite a few Good and well priced 39 pounds for two main dishes and a juice.

Amazing food with biggest portions ever ! :) Come here VERY HUNGRY as they are very generous about portions. The service is incredibly fast and all food are very delicious. This restaurant is right next to my home and they always give 5 star service.

Why can’t the waiters write down an order? I requested no tomato and yet after an eternity and chasing up my shawarma arrives cold full of tomato’s. Love this place and the food but today was very disappointing.

Literally just finished up my meal, such delicious food and authentic Lebanese. Staff are polite and friendly and our food came very quickly. Reasonably priced considering its opposite Harrods! Will definitely return 😍

Food is exceptional. Went there after a shopping trip from harrods.. hit the spot big time. Started ordering on uber eats to my work place.. both times they give extra bread. Perfect for when you drop meat out of the shawarma.. free 2nd mini wrap lol Apologies for the poor picture.. finished eating mine and then my colleague was near the end of his 🤣

Last night we had dinner at Al Rez knightsbridge, 4 x Mix shawarma came out burt we made staff aware they took the burnt one and gave us new, in new wrap there was very small amount of lamb meat and that was in the middle and was serverly burnt see in picture below, so i took the other one home and found to be same, 0/10 very disappointed, poorly and sad/ disappointing that this is what they are serving. tho waiter were very nice and friendly.

My Hummus with Lamb shawarma was lovely.

They made us climb 3 flights of stairs with elderly with us only to say no table is available, then they gave us a tiny table for 5 people, I have called the waiter several times and they kept ignoring. Worst service ever I ended up leaving the restaurant and they didn’t even bother asking why.

Absolutely delicious food with aromatic flavour (not drowned in spice), slow cooked full flavour. Service was fast too, lovely clean restaurant. Generous portions and good price for central location, handy for museums or Albert Hall. Especially recommend the vegetarian moussaka.

I come here every week for a quick bite. Food is very good at a very reasonable price. The staff here are very attentive to my needs. I have become a regular, and even the staff here remember my orders. Rayan is lovely, a very good staff member. Love his hospitality!

Rayan in this location is absolutely amazing! I come here very regularly and he’s very hospitable, kind and very attentive to our needs. A weekly visit to be served by Rayan’s hospitality is a must. Amazing Lebanese food in the heart of London. The chicken tikka, the cheese sambosa, the hummus and bread were all 10/10. The lemon with mint juice was really good, as well. The service was quick. Will be back, InshAllah!

The beef shaorma along with the garlic sauce are delicious. The service is nice as well and they have AC which is nice on hot days. Price is super reasonable, will definitely check it back again when I come to London and visit Harrods.

I have to say the shawarma’s taste here exactly like the one you would get in the Middle East my mom and sis got the chicken shawarma and I tried the chicken cubes in vegetable. Really good portions and good quality food. The place was a bit warm Other than that everything was good.

Falafel wrap, decent, similar to what I've had at shawarma grills before. Not a fan of white sauce but that is standard for wraps, and I a picky eater. Service was quick and helpful.

Comfortable, cosy experience with an Oriental feel. Food was served quickly and well presented. Service was good. We went at a busy time so understood it would have been unreasonable to have stayed a little longer than we did. Clearly this is a popular place to eat.

At the time the mixed lamb and chicken shawarma sandwich tasted delicious. Fast forward to 8 hrs later at 3am I was vomiting my guts out and I am still being sick. Looks like I got some sort of food poisoning or something was off that didn't sit right with my stomach. And before anyone says how do I know it was the shawarma, that was the last thing I ate and the last thing I ate before the shawarma was breakfast that morning at 8am. I have given it 2 stars as the service was excellent but I think I won't ever be ordering a mixed chicken and lamb shawarma again, if I order a shawarma it'll just be lamb. There was 4 of us and a baby and sat on the top floor. The service was amazing and at the time the shawarma tasted delicious but now... not so much. But credit is due to the service, thank you for being attentive.

I first came here in 2020 and went back hoping for the same excellent food and I was not disappointed. Exceptional value for money, we had the mixed shawarma, served with salad and hummus. The food was not oily or greasy. Everything tasted fresh and we finished our meal with mint tea and the best baklava I've had in years! Thank you so much the wonderful food and excellent service! Definitely recommend 😊
