Absolutely awful service. Rang 7 times and the guy answered but was talking to someone else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Absolute rubbish website. Placed an order. Paid for it. Husband went to collect to be told they didn't have my order. Went down and showed them my email confirmation to be told the restaurant is under new ownership, they no longer use the website and have tried having it taken down. I asked what happens about my payment and was told customer service said I would get a refund by next week. I doubt that very much. Absolute rubbish. Always liked their food too. No longer getting my custom

Nice tasty chicken tikka kebab but not many chips or salad 🤯 also requested no tomato and I got tomato. Would be nice to upgrade chips to wedges too

Ordered few times from here food has always been good especially pizzas and burgers nice and prices are ok and food always tasted freshly made will be using again

Its a shame i have to write this in order to save others from wasting £40-£50 on their (iftaar)dinner The first order we did this month was from them and was all messsed up missing the wages zinger burger was a normal grill burger and no donner in donner pizza no salad apart from one chicken parma which itself was overcooked and dry only one sauce that we requested instead of the spicy ones they gave us etc. I dont like to give bad reviews i don't like that i have to write this out but we gave then a chance to rectify by either giving half the money back or replacing the food another day free order anything but they only gave a slight discount on a next order did not want to order again but we did and so another issue today... Full peri peri chicken was still raw by the bone i have the picture but i can't upload here atm The delivery was on time though both times Astaghfirullah this isn't a good experience either they should listen to their customers and not make mistakes or rectify the mistakes as do other takaways who in the past mix up an order and give in free next time or something that made sense.

I have had a very bad experience a few times now, this was the last time I order from them. Food arrived so late, it was cold (and this is not the first time), chips were definitely not fresh, last time order was all wrong, they sent wrong stuff, sorry ak kebabish, not ordering from you anymore

First time had a curry from here the prices very reasonable, chicken madras was gorgeous garlic nan perfect could've eaten more of the onion bhaji all round amazing. I will be ordering again & highly recommend 👌

Everything when I ordered he missed something from my ordered when I call for get my orders he always said ok coming your remaining food but he didn't delivered. He always send half orders. Don't recommended

Gutted that this restaurant is now always closed 😔 For me this is the best restaurant and takeaway in Rotherham town center. I tried it for the first time a month ago and have been back every week since. The curry's are fabulous and you can ask for them to be mild, medium, spicy or extra spicy and they get it right. The piri piri chicken is brilliant, the only very slight downfall is that you don't get much salad

Ordered various items from the menu and everything has been delicious and full of flavour. In my opinion the best takeaway in Rotherham at the minute.

Absolutely disgusting service from all this takeaway firstly the delivery driver tried to charge me £7 over the actual price then my son only eats garlic bread from the take away when this can he sat down and started eating it when he came running to me saying this wasn’t right this was actually a margarita pizza and my son is allergic to tomato so had a bad reaction when I called them to tell them what happened they laughed down the phone to me!!!

Ordered 2 fish masala on Nan and meal 1 (£22), both fish masala came with chips even though on the receipt it says Nan, the fish masala was bland. the meal 1 peri peri burger was a 2 star at best the burger bun just crumbles in the hand, the chips were cooked with old oil and tasteless, the meal came with 2 lamb chops that was uneditable and hard to chew. Long story short we had to order from somewhere else and chucked the food in the bin, I was told they’ll give nans next time but there won’t be a next time unfortunately for me. To the owners, bro you really need to look into your staff and redo the way they cook and send things out, I don’t normally leave reviews but this had to be said

What a shank charger £2 for garlic butter and write just a little bit next to it not being tight but just paid £16 for a pizza and two chips and food wasn’t even all that 😳

Use this place a couple of times a month. Staff are nice and the food is among the best we have tried always arrives hot and meat is always tender.

Ordered the set meal for 1 as usual, paid same price as usual, meal arrived & half of it was missing. Rung up to let them know to be informed half the food, rice & chips, have been removed from the set meal, I asked how this could be a meal without any rice or chips to go with the curry & apparently it's a meal because you get a can of pop. Will not order from them again, what an absolute rip off & disgraceful way to treat regular customers!!

Really looking forward to a curry, order usually in the week and the Korma is so nice and sweet and tasty. Got it today, it looked like soup with hardly any chicken in it, spicy and was unable to enjoy my food. Straight in the bin.

The chicken leg was not cooked and even smelled bad. The Chicken breast was good. Kebab Sikh was so so but not great. I feel chicken leg was not fresh and totally I don't advice this shop

Best chicken fillet Burges in Rotherham,

First few times I ordered they was spot on. Last few occasions its just gone from bad to worse. Ordered a margarita pizza and got a pepperoni pizza instead. Checked rest of order and 2 burgers I ordered with chips literally had 15 fries in each box. Online it stated the zinger burger comes with salad and mayo, come plain. Phoned and told them and the manager turned round and said its my fault for not putting what I wanted on the burger in the comments. Rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Very poor service. Never deliver on time, always late, food comes cold. When order arrives items missing. Boy on phone extremely rude. Would have given ZERO stars.

They double charged my credit card and didn't return my money back !! Kitchen hygiene was very poor, Not recommended.

Bad experience with this place. 30/04/2021 Placed an order at 8:22 via just eat. I was updated saying my order would be delivered between 9:25 and 9:45. Still at 10:15 I had no order. I phoned the shop 29 times when I finally got through and the guy asked me what address and he put the phone down on me. Rude behaviour. 2 hours after placing my order I received my meal. Which was missing chips. And also the curry was just full of oil Would never order from here again.

Absolutely brilliant !!! Super friendly, Fantastic fresh food, great prices and Fast delivery. The only down side is they somtimes get the notes wrong for example they added chilli sauce to a burgur which was supposed to be mayo sauce.

I had a Rogan Josh curry with chicken and Garlic naan bread, it was nice. The food was filling and a good portion, I really enjoyed the chicken. My only gripe is that it did take a while to turn up, about an hour but they did say 45 minutes to an hour on the phone so I'm appreciative that they were honest about the wait time, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, will be ordering again though as the curry was flavorful and the chicken was really good. 👍

Disgusting service waited 2 hours tonite for my food to turn up.. turned up and my childrens pizza is missing. Had to chase after the delivery driver to tell him to be told it will be sent streyt out. And told a discount will be given next time? What next time there wont be a next time. Slow delivery and what was delivered was Incorrect. Accused us of lying when we informed them of how many items they had got wrong and forgotten! Won’t be using again. Staff need manners!!

Would not recommend, messed my order up, there was no chicken on the pizza, also the donner meat was stale, my wife shouted at me.

Absolutely pathetic..ordered at 10.30 , rang back at 11.45 only to be told you havent ordered. Explained that we have and was rudely told to.provide proof. Sent them.a screen.shot of.the duration of the call and still accused of.lying about the order. We are regular customers and having had many orders messed up we still used this place.Shocking customer service by the.management who were ruder thsn the staff.we will not be using this place anymore. stay away.(they go out of their way to NOT provide sauces).

Ordered bottle of pop got a can order chocolate cake and it came and in was lemon marange garlic naan was cold ordered loads aswell won't be ordering again!!!!!

Had a very nice meal w/c 08/04/2019. There are so many average/poor takeaways about but this was very fresh, tasty and hot (temp. not spice).Only one slight thing, the onion bahjis could be a bit bigger! :) But overall, excellent!

Went in to try the place out absaloutly loved the food great quality and portions are perfect I would recommend the peri peri chicken loads of flavour and the chicken is grade A standard!!!

Ordered takeaway from here late one evening as the reviews were outstanding, however I am not in agreement. I ordered a lamb shish pitta which is supposed to be cubed lamb grilled on a skewer with fresh salad and pitta bread. I only got a very small amount of meat and it was very well done n overcooked making it very dry n chewy! The pathetic amount of meat was lost in the small pita bread n I personally found it very disappointing and would not go back in a hurry!

Wow amazing food i eat out often but this is something new great experience the kebabs and lamb curry on the bone is amazing all fresh food cooked perfectly on the grill infront of your eyes Also quick delivery arrives in perfect time nice and hot with great service and a great team you can really tell these guys enjoy what they do in the quilty of the food is perfect definitely 10 out of 10

Today I ordered for the very first time... i odered peri peri deal (3 full chicken with 2 chips with sauces and salad).. I just love it and my guests too...definitely going to order again soon. Secondly I called around 7pm and ask them to deliver at 8.30pm...ting tong exact 8.30pm the man was at my door..resonable prices...however naan prices should be low...I will definitely recommend.... Keep it up

Thankyou to the staff at Ak when my dad went in cold and confused they kept him safe and warm and alerted the police he had gone missing from his care home earlier in the evening , he is now back and safe thanks to these warm hearted people.
