The food was overcooked. We waited for over an hour for our delivery. Not good quality and would not recommend or use again.

Food had taken over an hour to be delivered after estimated delivery time. Driver was rude and classed contact free delivery as knocking the door, getting back in his car and shouting at us telling us to come out to his car and get it. This was after calling the restaurant and asking where our order was, and getting nothing but abuse from staff and told our order was with the driver when it was a staff member who then delivered our order twenty minutes later. Absolutely abysmal service and will not be ordering again.

Have been a fan of this place for some time but last couple of meals were poor. 2 weeks in a row I've ordered a lamb curry of one sort or another and 2 weeks in a row it's turned up as chicken. Why not complain? I was hungry.! Dishes are all tasting the same with a colour variation. Think the lack of competition is probably to blame, churn out the same stuff and people will eat it. Very disappointing.

bought salad kebab and it had bits of meat in it ..makes you want to vomit ..will not be going back there again ever

This carryout place is excellent, the food is always very good, they put a reasonable amount of meat in their dishes, the portion size is good. Naan breads are large and tasty. They are a bit more expensive than others locally but in this case you get what you pay for.

Thought we would have a quick supper tonight!!! One chicken burger consisted of one chicken burger no salad or sauces!! So dry, shocking, one cheese burger consisted of one burger and a piece of melted cheese!!! No onion, salad or relish, very dry and inedible!!! What a waste of £6.80 👊never again

don't know what's happened to this takeaway...it used to be great....I just ordered 2 meals tonight ...took 45 minutes to arrive...could have been warmer...not much taste....and the nan bread was thin and crisp...not good at all....I wont be ordering from there again

45 minutes late. Stone cold once arrived. And food was good enough for my dogs. Coz they did not mind it

This takeaway offers a comprehensive menu with Indian specialities, kebabs and pizzas available. All food is freshly prepared and in my experience, is always of excellent quality and quantity. For a small fee, meals can be delivered to your door if you live within a reasonable distance. I have used this takeaway on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed.

Came 35 mins later than the confirmed delivery time! Asked for sauce and salad on a donner kebab and it came dry and plain! If u want a decent takeaway use someone else!

We eat from here regularly, and they have the best curries and pizzas around. Would recommend a chasni or korma, both lovely. Naans are huge and the special ones like garlic, chili and coriander are very tasty. Pizzas are also excellent, and the calzones in particular are great value for money.

I've ordered from this place for years without any problems, however recently we've used just eat to place our order. In fact 4 times and all 4 times they have failed to deliver at least 1 item from our order. Tonight was the exact same, except this time the attitude of the staff on the phone was disgusting. Poor service, not the best quality of food anymore, definitely not be back.

A good little gem of a find. Used just eat to place my order the first time then, because the just eat company take a cut off the total cost of my order I phoned direct to the shop myself the next time. Delivery on both occasions was really quick with no issue - even though we stay outside their village - in the country. The food on both occasions was excellent - their kebab sauce is just the best. Good quantity and very tasty. Will definitely use again.

Asked for onions on both burgers neither had them. Also was 30 mins over late. When I phoned all I got was is it not there yet then told it will be there just now. 5/10 mins later it arrived not very warm either. Very disappointed usually really enjoy anything I order from here.

got the wrong pizza and the wrong sauce. usually love ordering from here but with the wrong order was a dissapoiment :( to late to call for a replacement

Ordered a pizza said to pick up at 11:45 shop closes at 12 we were there for 11:40 to find a note on the shutters and our pizza had been left at the BACKDOOR ON THE GROUND ! VERY UNPROFESIONAL JUST BECAUSE THEY WANTED AN EARLY FINISH ! TOTAL DISGRACE WILL NOT BE BACK !

Tried this takeaway for the first, and last time. I suspect none of the food was freshly made, chapatis were stale and bread on Hoggies was also stale, chicken was tough and popadoms were soggy. Overall most of the food went in the bin, very disappointing. May be better if you get the food closer to when it was made but Buyer Beware.

I will never order from here again I have had issues in the past with this place but last night finished me I specifically ordered for 10.40 the order came before 10.00 I asked for sauce separate but it came over the chips when I phoned to complain I was told to order seperately but there was no option for this on the menu also whoever I spoke to on the phone told me I had asked for it to be delivered at 10.25 when the e mail I got stated 10.40 he always has an answer not only was my daughters tea ruined it wasn't what she had asked for either

Delivered exactly on time. Food wasn't hot but it had travelled and was warm. Always get a great kebab from them. Might suggest they use a cool/hot box for these deliveries but 5/5 from me.

I'm not surprised that this takeaway had so many wards displayed on the walls. Wether you go into the shop or have it delivered its always piping hot & tastes delicious.

Order was wrong, 1/4 cheeseburger instead of 1/2 cheeseburger and no salad with other meal. First time there's been an issue so would give benefit of the doubt and order again.

Food was nice but arrived half an hour later than expected. Ordered two chapattis but only one arrived. Wasn't worth phoning to complain as would take too long to be redelivered.

Unfortunately this time I received 1 chappati but paid for 2 plus to add insult to injury they tried to charge me more for delivery, which I can understand due to the distance. However this should be on the just eat site. Had I paid online there would have been no problem with delivery charge!!!

Never got full order and when phoned they said I had read the menu wrong then told me I had to go down to the shop for the rest of my order! Not atall pleased and won't order from here again!

Everytime i order its always here before the delivery time. Last week i placed an order for 5:30 and it came a half hour early 😂 i didnt enjoy my chicken tikka wrap but it just wasnt to my taste but the kebabs are really good 😊

I ordered my food at half eleven was charged for it not received it I work long hours on back shift and now have no food or anything to eat have took my money and have nothing for it looking for a full refund and an apology this is disgraceful paying customer and don't receive any goods willing to take people's money for nothing I have tried phoning on numerous cases but no answer it's now shut and I have wasted my hard earned money on literally nothing.

Absolutely appalling...phoned them 70mins after ordering to be told it was on its way. phoned again 15mins later (i'm 1.5miles from shop) to be told driver had just left. Finally delivered a further 10mins later. all i wanted was pizza (which tasted good) and chips (which didnt). Certainly wont be going back for more

Delivery price is higher via "just eat" rather than off the menu if I were to phone for an order. I think it was around 40p, So I will phone in future rather than use Just Eat as all these 40p's add up over time.

Would recommend just cook waited for 1.5 hours for delivery when it came it was all burst in side bag and cold phoned back said they would send me a refund had to phone twice one hour 15 minutes later got refund we had delivery from other take away and eating before got refund would recommend getting ready cooked meal out of asda before ordering from here
