i never had such worst experience in any restaurant.waiters are so polite but a guy named shah was so rude to us. he doesn’t have manners at all

Well over due review as we have visited Agra not just tonight 23-04-24 but on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. It is our family favorite even with our family across the water. The food is always top class so fresh and so tasty. The staff are very welcoming and very attentive. Until next time. Thankyou. 🙂

Beautiful interior, very stylish. Staff were just lovely & the food sublime. Quality ingredients & gorgeous flavours. So good I forgot to take photos! We will def be back! Highly recommend.

After my order finally arrived it was most disappointing food I have ever eaten. It was paneer in gravy made up of sugar syrup!!! instead of gravy made up of onions, tomatoes and cashews!!! IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SLEEP HUNGRY INSTEAD OF GOING TO THIS DISASTER PLACE.

The taste was very poor and the food was stale. When we complaint the waiter behaved very poorly. I don't think that it's and Indian restaurant. The restaurant is being run by Pakistani or bangladeshi people on the name of India.

AVOID this place at all costs, it's complete SCAM! I don't like to write review but this place made me to do it. The prices here are exorbitant for what you get. The food was tasteless and bland. It seemed like it was reheated or microwaved rather than freshly prepared. It's a disgrace for Indian cuisine, really shameful. And after that "Terrible service" The staff was rude and inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food. Absolute money waste, it's better to have food from any food stall then this.

We came here during our trip to Belfast searching for good Indian food, mind it keeping an Indian name doesn’t means its an India restaurant. The food was pathetic 0/5. We ordered Paneer butter masala, Nan & 2 Nonveg Dinner set. Each item was as equally bad as it could be. The Paneer butter masala was tasting like a sugar syrup. Even chicken tikka masala was tasting very sweet, which I was surprise to have. We left almost everything and tried finishing nan with their chutney which was still consumable. Would never recommend anyone. It took them more than an hour to serve while there was no one when we entered. The staff was friendly until we complained about the taste. Their behaviour suddenly changed once they got exposed. A BIG BIG BIG NO, for this scam.

WORST Indian food I ever had: I can’t emphasise this enough—the food was abysmal. The dishes were bland, and downright offensive to Indian cuisine. I suspect they used a microwave more than actual spices. The staff seemed disinterested in our existence. It took ages to get their attention. After all this it took 1 hour to get the food.

An Indian cuisine restaurant definitely not run by Indian but brown people from other roots.We wanted to explore the starter menu and order starters and drinks coz we were not in mood to have rice or naan. But after few internal discussions they denied to serve us and stated that many Indian come here and only order starter and then not main course. I asked If you only serve 3 course meal you should mention that and they told nobody do that (which is not true) . Their tone was also extremely disrespectful and I felt it was coz I was Indian. In the beautiful Belfast city with wonderful people this was the only bad experience so far.

Absolutely fabulous cuisine. We had Korma, Lamb Balti, Tikka Tandoori Chicken, with veg curry side, salad and pilau rice. Beautifully made. Decor inside was ambient. Staff friendly.

The service was very slow and the food was really bad. The lamb in the tandoori appetizer was rubbery and chewy, and the main course was tasteless. I order Vindaloo and they pour chili powder water over the chicken to heat it up. It was mild, no flavor, just chili. The masala was not cooked and had the raw taste of chilli. Coke was the best. This is definitely not an Indian Tatse and if they say so, don't believe them, I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would have given 0stars if there was an option. Why you can't give good food for the money you charge from the customer.

A somewhat overdue review! Agra went above and beyond on Saturday 9th December. We were a party of 13 celebrating 3 family members' birthdays. The food and service is always second to none. Great value too given that it's BYO and the price to quality ratio for the food is just right. Not my first visit and it certainly won't be my last.

Geen alcohol schenken heeft wel wat Maar meer dan een uur wachten voordat je eten hebt is wel erg lang. Er werd ook niet aangegeven dat het lang zou duren ivm weet ik veel wat Eten was heerlijk dat zeker En onze tafelgenoot die erg van pittig houdt was voor het eerst gevloerd door de Spices ;p

One of the best Indian Cuisine places in Belfast. Great food and great service. Well worth a visit

So we came here last minute whilst on a trip to Belfast. The service was poor. The staff were lovely but we always had to call them over, they never came to check on us. We'd finished our poppadoms and had to call staff over to place our order as we were waiting 10-15 mins. The mains took an hour to arrive which was quite a long wait considering how empty the restaurant was when we arrived. However the food was outstanding. We all completely cleared our plates and thoroughly enjoyed the curries we ordered. If the service was more attentive this would have been an outstanding experience. Photo is of the butter chicken.

Honestly speaking O/5 for Food, service and staff behaviour. Pathetic food, Rude staff, No service at all I raised my concern over the spiciness of the food and they didn’t even accept that it was spicy. Would not recommend anyone this restaurant. Question for staff- who will take the responsibility if anyone get sick due to your intolerable spicy food? We all 4 were sweating.

There service not good. Food is Indian but not of really true Indian taste. You have to ask for water. Waiters forget to deliver items.

The food service over here was very good . I had a vegetarian dinner ,believe me, food was delicious and mouth watering. Staff was very friendly, excellent service. Everyone can enjoy a modern classic sitting.🥰

Turned up early. No a problem for these guys. BYOB was put in the fridge to keep cool. Decor was really nice. Onion bhajis were massive. Chicken Pakora really tasty. Chicken Dopiaza and Mixed Veg Saag hit the spot. And Peshwaari Naan was not over sweet. That and rice with corkage came to just under £50. Will defo be back. Saw lots of tourists show up without their own booze. Staff kindly pointed them down to nearest off licence. A great addition to what is normally quite a quiet street at night. But a great welcome to the Belfast food scene.

Just got my first takeaway from Agra tonight food was really good and price was reasonable however I thought the portions could have been a bit more generous especially the veg pakora and chips.

We are a Sri Lankan family of 4 visited Belfast and found out this restaurant and it is fantastic.specially Shakeeb service that he gave is supporeb.

The very first things I did after coming out of this restaurant is to write this review. Lacks people engagement skills, one of the staffs was arrogant when questioning about utterly slow service; had to wait for long to get the bill.

Nothing special about the food I ordered. The vegetable biriyani tasted and looked like curried rice with a lot of oil. The samosa barely had any filling considering the price (£5.25/2 pc). It’s a total rip-off!! You’ll be disappointed looking at the size and shape of it as it’s flattened and not like traditional shape filled with potatoes and peas. The bread/ naan/ roti are the only good things on the menu. The ambience is nice but the food taste is subpar.

Really lovely BYO restaurant. We visited for dinner and the food was excellent. We had lamb korai and chicken makhani and both were delicious.

Food was average. We ordered Lamb Chillie Tikka. Was suggested as a hot dish. Our experience was bad as the dish was very sweet instead of tikka. Spoiled the whole meal. Will not visit the restaurant again.

This is the only Indian restaurant we found in Belfast in our one day trip. It's in the city centre . It's opened just before 6-7 months, so the interior is new and eye pleasinng . Food was very delicious, the Paneer madras curry we ordered was actually the hot & spicy one as they had shown on the menu.. We loved it. Other than that, we order naan , roti and daal tadka, which was equally good. TANDOORI ROTI CAN BE THINNER AS NAAN & ROTI WERE LOOKING SAME Other than the taste was great, the service was good. They also gave mint flavour chocolate as a mouth refresher instead of fennel seeds post nice n spicy dinner. The quality and quantity were good for the prices.

We had a great time there. The place was breath taking. Food was delicious, best Indian food I have ever tasted. The cheesecake was delightful and the mango Caipioska( Moctail) was Yummy 😋. Highly recommend everyone to give a visit there 😀.

very nice Rogan Josh Lamb and Butter Chiken with Garlic Nan and Cheese Nan, the garlic King Prawn starter is perfectly seasoned and nice size! Rogan Josh is just good level of spiciness and match very well but garlic Nan. I order Cheese Nan and Butter Chiken to help with dealing with the potential spiciness, it wasn't necessary but the favor and season is all good.

Can be hit and miss sometimes, the food was really good the first time I visited and it wasn't too great the last I've been, so all depends. I might be tempted to give it another chance when am really hungry again. Will see if they can wow me again.

Amazing place, friendly staff and beautiful food. My daughter struggles with spicy food so chef made her special dish within five mins! Pods are great for groups or families. Will definitely be back!

stumbled across this restaurant tonight when we couldn't find a table anywhere in Belfast and how lucky we were. The ambience and service were first class and the food was amazing. Everything we had was delicious, fresh and light and just amazing. Thank-you for a wonderful experience we can't wait to return.
