The worst desert parlour . Bunch of 3 guys not having a clue of how to run the place . Hashim specially with the worst customer service. Toilets don’t work in this place . And definitely not family friendly. Complete run down place . Also to add they only accept cash . No card payment accepted.

The ice cream tastes very bad, There is a test in the ice cream that makes you realise there is not a single natural ingredient in it, Feel artificial, industrial mass-produced, a tone of sugar, unnatural colour etc….. shame on this business that dares to serve such a low-quality product to the public.

Just walked in to get an milkshake (around £6 worth) and i’ve been tould there is a minimum £15 card payment… Seriously?!?! We are in 2022 almost… no one uses cash anymore to pay for goods… are we going backwards…?! I used to order often through UberEasts but never ever again from this store. I will go to others around who takes card payments.

Have been coming in for the best part of a year now always been great service! No matter who is working, recently was served by Ieesh and a few of the other servers that work there (can't remember everyones name) but always have a great time and great food to eat! Usually buy the waffle and a milkshake!

I payed £4.35 for a piece of Fererro cake to take away. When I arrived home and started to eat the cake I noticed it was quite old and the taste was not great for that price, but I decided to eat it as I was craving something sweet. At the last 2 bites I discovered a thick, dark hair coming out of the piece on my fork (definitely not mine). If the price and quality didn’t disappoint enough, then the hair surely did! “Good job” Afters!!!

I ordered a delivery and I must say What a terrible service. They forgot the cookie dough, damaged the cheesecake and the waffle and chocolate cake were cold. I will never order from them again. Save yourself time and effort.

It was terrible. My sister's ice-cream had a hair on it. The crepes tasted under cooked and chewy. The waffle also tasted under cooked and chewy. I was expecting it to be soft . The ice cream was not worth the price (£2 extra). Really everything was not worth the price I would definitely not recommend it.

Abdukstely disgusting toilets I am utterly shocked. There was vomit in the toilet and dirt everywhere the place looked like jt hadn't been cleaned in months!!! There was even a staff member standing up using the toilet! The pictures speak for themselves. My friends waffle came burnt and they tried to cover it up with chocolate sauce it was a MESS.

Have been wanting to go to Afters for some time. There is an impressive selection of ice creams, the menu has a large number of big sundaes and ice cream based deserts of all sorts as well as some big cake deserts. No option for a smaller sized desert. The service was very poor. The man who was serving did not acknowledges and at one point I thought we might never get a chance to order. Quality of the ice cream was no better than average - would have expected a desert shop to have really good quality ice cream. Won’t be returning or recommending

I visited here with my family on Fathers Day at 2pm. It was literally empty - we were the only ones there. Firstly the man behind the counter was busy preparing dessert for someone who had ordered (there was a driver waiting near the counter). He looked up at me several times but did not say anything or acknowledge that I was waiting. I waited for a total of 10 minutes as another driver came in after the 1st driver left. Again 10 minutes went by before I was acknowledged. No apology was given. I placed my order. I was told that the cake I requested was not fresh so I chose another one to be told that that was not fresh neither and he removed them both from display. The slice of cake I finally chose was hard on one side. So overpriced for what I received. I will not be going here again due to the lack of customer services - now I understand why Kaspas was full when I drove by after my visit to Afters!

We went there for Eid treat. The place was fully packed and the staffs very busy. Service was alright however toilets were a bit dirty.

After an amazing Sunday dinner at Spice Village we enjoyed delicious desserts at Afters just opposite the road...my favourite dessert chocolate covered strawberries 🍓🍓🍓❤️❤️💝👌🏻👌🏻

The places looks lovely however I found hairs in my ice cream twice then got a refund wouldn’t ever be going back. Rubbish customer service staff are not professional.

The ice cream options are creative and fun with plenty of choice and styles to enjoy your dessert there is a very good drinks selection that offers fresh juice cocktails so even the health buffs can have fun while the others carb-overload. The waffles are good, and the seating is rock'n'roll American diner style. sometimes all you want is dessert and if your pregnant and craving its a dream come true. If your a kid and craving its heaven on earth, if you're really fussy about 'real' organic chocolate sustainably sourced and hormone/antibiotic free dairy this is not the place for you. Lactose/gluten intolerant? - stick with the juices

No del todo contento con el servicio que recibí. Quería comprar una rebanada de tarta de queso, era la última rebanada y estaba rota por un lado. Pregunté si había otra pieza que podría obtener del mismo pastel. El camarero fue bastante brusco y dijo que no. Seguí adelante y compré el trozo de tarta, ya que no quería causar inconvenientes, no he vuelto desde entonces con mi familia y no tengo intención de volver.

Mi amigo y yo tuvimos nuestros postres aquí esta noche después de la cena al curry. Tienen muy buenas opciones de helados, helados, tartas, zumos y batidos en el menú y los precios son muy buenos. El personal es agradable, amable y muy sincero, mi amigo me cobraron cuando pagamos con su tarjeta y nos dijeron de su error como mi amigo ni siquiera aviso y le dieron un reembolso. Le recomiendo este lugar a todo el mundo.

Estuve allí hoy y esperando estuve más ocupado haciendo el servicio de entrega, luego los clientes del personal no parecían muy felices, miserable y vi que había un mosquito muerto en uno de los helados que se lo demostré al chico que él acaba de sacarlo y lo arrojó no ir allí de nuevo el servicio es basura

Los helados son muy bueno pero demasiado caro, los precios han ido en aumento a lo largo de los años. Mi mayor preocupación es que la máquina nunca funciona. No estoy seguro si realmente es un problema con la máquina. Es mucho más fácil que ir a la otra heladería más adelante. La máquina funciona siempre en tarjeta.

El 28 de enero vino el postre de mi cumpleaños y el miembro del personal que nos atendió sabe que tenía alergia a las nueces, como dice el menú que debería hacer. Trabajando en la hospitalidad como mesero, también conozco el procedimiento. Cuando la camarera vino a tomar nuestro pedido, yo también se lo dije. Ella solo frunció el ceño y dijo "entonces no hay nada aquí que puedas comer, lo siento" y sugirió que nos fuéramos.

My birthday treat was a cafe sundae with 3 scoops of delicious ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream and some caramel drizzle. I loved it! Very sweet, however the coffee ice cream had a distinctive tanginess to it. My boyfriend enjoyed a chocolate sundae with some bananas it in, he said they were ripe. Our only complaint was the Bollywood music playing in the background, not really suiting all Christmas decorations, and how cold it was inside - staff was wearing jackets. We will go there again!

I went to Afters West Wickham a few days ago. Staff are very friendly and desserts were really nice. Also there was no parking issues on this high street which was such a touch.

May I start my review by saying that the desserts are so delicious (🍰🍨🍦🍧) Which are served by happy staff . Very hygienic toilets and eating arear. Lovely but small garden for the summer time .

Postre solía ser el lugar ir. Yo lo intentaría en postres Sin embargo, fui con mi hermano menor y el servicio fue mediocre, como los gofres que nos sirve. Las mesas no estaban limpias. Fuimos a la 1:00 p.m. teniendo en cuenta, por lo tanto, no era una época. Que realmente necesitan sus juegos de nuevo porque hay varios otros lugares en la zona de postres ahora que les facilite la competencia.

Went to Afters straight after an awful experience at Kaspas and the service was quick, professional and friendly. The only problem is that they only take cash which is s but inconvenient although the cash point isn't far.

Estaba muy concurrido, cuando fuimos alrededor de las 10 de la noche el viernes por la noche. El salón parecía un poco fuera de control. Algunas personas estaban haciendo fila algunas personas estaban ayudando a las cabinas. Los servidores sobre el mostrador no eran lo suficientemente organizado. Cuando le preguntamos a un servidor una cuchara ella ignoró dos veces y entramos de distancia, que era extremadamente grosero! Ella sólo me dieron una cuchara cuando entramos literalmente al mostrador y se puso delante de ella, así que no puedo pretender que ella no me escuchara. No estoy diciendo que todos eran como este, sólo una señora que estaba sirviendo la última noche. Mismo problema con la cuenta tuve que esperar unos 10 minutos en el mostrador tratando de encontrar a alguien para pedir la factura. Demasiados cocineros en la cocina! Son tan desorganizado que se sentía casi como cualquiera puede caminar lejos sin pagar sus deudas y ni siquiera conozco!

My kid loves the play area and this is the only reason we go there. They can improve their shakes. Try your luck!

I love Afters, the quality of the ice-cream is much better than Kaspa's although a teeny bit more expensive I would choose here any day. Yum!!!

Staff don't really know what they're talking about, when asked the waiter got very defensive and just didn't know how to answer simple questions. Nothing seemed great. And the coldstone was nothing like what they suggest, or what I've had before, this was simply a few scoops of ice cream with some bits and bobs sprinkled on top. Nothing was mixed etc like how cold stone stores serve their creations.

Not quite sure why this has such a high rating. I've been here on two occasions now (never to return) where the desserts have been awful. Clearly capitalising on the fact that the restaurants nearby don't seem to offer any desert option.Afters looks nice but most of the stuff is put in the microwave. Avoid the pistachio cake at all costs, it smells of dog and tastes what I imagine their fur to taste like. The fudge cake wasnt much better, very dry and still half frozen in the middle. The prices aren't really the best, you can get the same desserts from Costco for a fraction of the price. Service isn't great either had to wait a long time for the food and to pay on both visits.Avoid.

A good place to visit. The desert menu is quite large leaving you apolitical for choice. However the prices are a bit on the expensive side but you do get large portions! As for the atmosphere I think more appropriate music should be played on both tvs and stereo system as there are families with little kids eating there. Over all a good place to visit- 4/5

A lovely medley of ice cream and sorbet flavours. the American waffles are the BEST! Smoothies could be better, but i'm never disappointed by the waffles and ice cream.

Strawberry cheesecake was just cream and fake strawberry jam. Pistachio cake with Nutella had cheap fake Nutella. Also pistachio cake smelled funny. Do not recommend. Cheap frozen desserts for £4 a slice. You can buy better from the supermarket! See leftovers.

This is the perfect place for a hot summers day. There are so many options on the menu and everything looks delicious. I had a toffee sunday and it was great. Worth a visit for sure! Only negative was that there was nice music playing in the restaurant but the owner had his own (other) music playing from the back which was a bit of a bad mix for the two...

On a rare hot London morning we visited Afters and enjoyed our icecream in a beautiful American diner-like atmosphere

The choices are good, the ice creams are nice. This branch does get very busy but you can always take away. The prices have recently gone up and in my opinion it's just not worth it. This branch does make better sundaes than the Sutton one, as in Sutton they like to change the ingredients without asking first.

Teenagers and kids seem to love it, but the coffee is poor, overpriced cheap ice cream and cakes that aren't that great. Tacky pink fake leather booths, sticky tables and menus. Not impressed

Wait is usually very long due to their lack of organisation. Prices are slightly higher than kaspas. Service isn't great. One time they got my order mixed up with someone else, then expected me to carry on eating my dessert or swap it with the other person! And then they tried to charge me for the extra dessert due to their mistake!Some desserts are quite nice and they also have seating outside at the rear of the store which is nice

Great idea with the kids play area but lacks a good atmosphere and service. With the play area this would have been better off as a coffee shop setting rather then a dessert bar

It's very difficult to go wrong with dessert, most important thing for an icecream place is environment and service. This place lacked both. Noisy kids in the play area didn't help. Won't go back in a hurry.

Its okay, I wasnt disappointed by anything, but not overly impressed either. Prices are okay, and the quality is what you'd expect.More of a talking factor to say, oh yeah we went to Afters, because it seems to be the thing people do when they go to the area.

Went today as a treat for my kids and the customer service was disappointing! Asked for a smaller size portion of their large £10 dessert for my 8year old and was told that it wasn't possible for the simple fact that they couldn't be bothered! I'm sure he could have made a small size and charged half but despite seeing my daughters upset face, the manager refused! There is always room for going the extra mile but not here! The waitress that served us was polite and tried her best but the manager really let the whole experience down! My other order was made without the correct ice cream but instead of just offering a free scoop, the manager asked for more money! Was a disappointing visit, should have spent my £20 elsewhere!

Ambience was very good but the desserts were over sweet and lacked character. The kids liked the sundaes though.

Love Afters by far the best dessert bar in Tooting. Had a meal at Spice Village and headed on to Afters where we indulged in a cookie explosion and a tootie frutie alongside a few individual scoops of ice cream. Let me just say that the cookie explosion is the best dessert ever. So much so that I purchased one to take away a day later.

I've been to Afters many times now, the cakes and ice cream are amazing and sooo much choice!!The service is very attentive and really friendly, I have always felt welcome. The wait to get served is quick and so is the order.I can't recommend Afters enough and my children and grandchildren absolutely love it too!!

The place screams 'tack' but in reality you'll wait for ages, get mediocre service and mass produced products. The gelato IS nice, they are made on site and taste thick and creamy. The cakes however taste artificial, the cream tastes laced with additives to make it last. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Wow make sure you come here hungry even if you are just getting a milkshake. The large size is enormous (in the best way possible) I had the Ferreo Rocher and it was gorgeous. Definitely check it out!

Love this place. Always at the Sutton branch 2 but cant find the trip advisor for them. This specific branch has never let me down, even when busy the staff are pleasant and trying hard! :)

Me and my friends went after dinner to Afters and I have to say I love the concept. Such a big range of desserts. The decor is designed like a American theme from the sixties. I fully recommend to everyone to give it a go, especially after a meal.

The place has gone a bit shabbier since our last visit. Credit cards are no longer accepted, the menus look rather worn and the place just looks a little mangy.The desserts itself is not bad and the place was relatively busy during our visit but it is not a place I would rush to again and with the prices charged there are better ice cream parlours.

this is a very nice pleasant dessert restaurant. Opens late, good family orientated atmosphere. Range and quality of icecreams are excellent. the cakes are overpriced. the ice cream based desserts are good fun to watch being made. Children and families will love this place for a treat

Im not going to lie, gets a little boring esp if you go all the time like me but they never fail to dissapoint. There bubblegum ice cream is so yummy and the banan boat even better! Must try!!

The desserts here are generally of very good quality, particular the waffles, shakes and ice-creams. The cakes are nothing to write home about though as you could probably get better in Tesco. The customer service lets down the experience and could be improved upon. Still, this is a really good dessert place and I would strongly recommend the Ferrero Rocher milkshake!

Staff are very badly trained. Major attitude problem. Three different staff, all different occasions. Act as if they are doing you a huge favour serving you even when you ask them for information on the unlabelled cake section. I hope the owners see this message. Wake up owners! The word is spreading in Tooting about how horrible your service is. One business owner to another: Train your staff to be friendly and courteous or you will lose many more customers than you have already lost!

We are regulars at After ' s and know what to expect service is poor no proper management but the children like the play area -which was once clean but not NOW!!! Ladies toilet have a big windows which remains open at all times so quite dangerous - I visited with my nephew and nieces and paid entry to the play area with our ice creams - I was not offered a receipt the waiter had no customer service was annoyed that the children wanted to taste the ice creams before purchasing them -child friendly not !! My sister came later and stayed with the kids and I left to run errands when my sister got up to leave she was told to pay -she explained that it had all been paid but was accused of lying the waiter who served us denied all knowledge of even serving the children -our mistake of not getting a receipt but when you are in the parlour for 1 1/2 hrs you would expect better bill chasing! ! I spoke to the manager who again accused me if walking out before paying when I asked him to check his till he reluctantly did so and mumbled an apology -I said he had incompetent staff -offered no apology to my sister just walked off -DO NOT USE!!!!

Having eaten Tapas locally we decided that we would try out this place for our desserts. It's an interesting concept, with ice cream, and cakes of various flavours and textures available to eat in or take away. We chose, lemon cheesecake, ferrrero rocher cheesecake and apple and cinnamon crumble. They were all fine, but nothing absolutely outstanding, or different to the quality of desserts at say, COSTCO or Asda. The prices though, were less than you would pay for this quality in a restaurant and this might be something which appeals if you are having a night out on a budget.

Afters is OK at what it does - deserts. The concept is great, and they seem to expanding across London.In terms of their cakes, and gelato, they're OK. Cakes can be pretty dry, and overly sweet. Gelato flavours are sometimes not reflective of their corresponding names. The place can get extremely busy, and without a formal queuing system in place, you are sometimes left to fend for yourself and find your way to the tills to make an order.Not bad.

We went to afters in Hounslow and the staff was horrible no customer service started talking in their regional language. Opened such a big place and charges 0.50p extra for cards.. Seriously!!! Worst place to eat will never visit again ever!!!

I've been driving past this restaurant for years, after having an amazing roast at a local pub we popped over for some afters. Excited at the prospect of eating here we are both highly disappointed, completely tasteless cheese cakes and where cheese cake lovers, this visit has offended my taste buds and I certainly won't be enticed by the bright funky colour again. Bland food, moody staff and wished I'd never visited.

I have been forced to go here a number of times by the kids and everytime I have promised myself I will not go there again. Desserts/ice creams aside the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Rude, unattentive and completely unprofessional. Once you get past the fact that you are doing THEM a favour by popping in...the icecreams and desserts are not bad but nothing spectacular! Don't bother unless you have a VERY THICK SKIN.

I went in for a dessert here and it was just disgusting! the staff weren't friendly and didn't seem well trained. The seats and tables were dirty and sticky, also when the staff were leaning tables they were just spraying it right infront of me as i was eating! As for the cake it was just gone off and hard. will not ever be going here again!

It use to be value for money, but the quality of the desserts have slipped. They have now started charging a service charge, where they didn't in the earlier days (well not to me). I Did not like the fact some customers were given freshly made waffles (made in store inside the waffle machine) whereas some customers were given much smaller straight out of the packet waffles. There was no mention of the option for the larger freshly made waffles. I hate to say it but 'Creams' in Norbury offer the same menu at a better quality, price and service. The waffles there are made in the waffle machine for you to see.

I always go to tooting afters but never again I ordered the Ferrero Rocher cake as I was nearly finished I found fungus on my cake I felt so sick after seeing it I demanded a refund and the member of staff claims that thier cakes are freshnever again!

I really like this place, the range is great and will satisfy any sweet tooth. Can be difficult to get a table at weekends. A lovely place to go after dinner or just for a treat.

Bit of a random place this with it's black and pink décor, but the huge range of ice cream they have there is excellent.

Afters is a nice place if you don't expect too much. The ice cream is ok, not great, and the prices are very high, it is also very hard to find a table here. It's good to go to if all you want is an ice cream sundae in a typical American diner type atmosphere and don't mind paying a lot for it, don't go if you're looking for a relaxed evening with good dessert.

Not sure if cakes were freshly made or simply defrosted products as their taste and texture appeared to suggest the latter.Service leaves much area for improvement: dirty tables, uninterested waiting staff with no knowledge of menu items and long waiting times.

This is very nice and has a good atmosphere. It is not cheap but you get alot for your money.The service is very slow but that allows you to chit chat with your fellow diners. There are Ice creams , milkshakes and cakes, which can all be combined to make a nice dessert.The problem with this place is that because of the slowness of the staff and allowing customers to sit unnecessarily longer people coming in have no seating and wait can be very very long. Some people just sit there without even eating or drinking anything and then you realise the staff know them. Management must be losing money.Overall if u got time this Ice cream joint is better than others.

I ordered a waffle and got it served to me by heating it in a toaster from a packet.Expect to pay these prices, you would imagine they cook a fresh waffle!Never going back

We enjoyed it. I had a waffle and the girls had a bubblegum ice cream. Prices are a bit steep but it was amazing and my girls had a great time. I rate it a three because it wasn't packed and lacked a little in atmosphere but I'd like to see it in the evening.

Went here after a meal next door. ended up paying £20 for 3 desserts! a bit much. ice creams were nice but the choc which was ladled on top of the ice cream hardened too much broke the spoon trying to eat it.

After hearing such good things about this place my boyfriend & I decided to try this out. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake with a scoop of mint choc chip ice cream. Well, the cheesecake was awful not to mention disapointing! It tasted of whipped cream with light cream cheese. My boyfriend ordered the chocolate fudge cake with whipped cream which wasn't bad. We then decided to taste more on the menu so we tried the nutty ice cream. This was a lot nicer than the previous. The ice cream on a whole tasted very cheap & watered down but the overall service was very good, and the staff were very friendly. Its not a place I would return to.

The range of ice creams are good, but the price of it sometimes puts me off.My waffle was taken out of a plastic package right in front of me and put into a toaster!!Ive had fantastic waffles and ice cream made fresh for half the price of what these people charge.Not too keen on the interior, its very cheap taste with the shiny marble flooring and sparkly lights, and cheesy music videos on the plasma.

I was with my family and got spoken to very rudely by the waitress. We all went up the the counter to order our desserts, she told us to sit back down and she would take our orders, my family where still looking at which dessert they needed. She took my order and asked what everyone else wanted, I said I don't know as they aren't here, And she then said don't shout at me! After the rest of my family ordered she kept pointing out that she should have taken our orders sitting down! The desserts where just defrosted cakes that you can get form anywhere! Very disappointed!

Nice compact place, Gets busy at times. Big selection of ice cream treats guaranteed to tingle your taste buds. Definately one to go again and again.

Ice cream here is fab! Other desserts are a little factory-processed - being a dessert lover I like a good homemade pud and can definitely tell the difference. But if it's some exciting ice cream or impressive sundae you're after this is the place to go. A tad overpriced though but you can just buy an ice cream cone to takeaway which is slightly better value for money.

I ordered the Black Forest gateau cake. It was room temperature and the bottom layer of sponge was very wet (like it had been defrosted). I told the serving staff that I was not happy and demonstrated the wetness of the sponge. The manager then came over and insisted that this is how all fresh creme cake should be and that it was delivered 10 minutes ago. I insisted that I was not going to be eating it and he offered to replace with another cake. I decided on a lemon sorbet, and was then brought mango sorbet...I was then forced to pay for the full priced cake and my other dessert. Won't be visiting again. :(

Was excited to go and ordered two choc choc choc with my boyfriend. The menu had no allergy advice on but the sundae clearly stated it was just chocolate; however my boyfriend then had an allergic reaction to nuts. Fair enough we didn't ask about nut content but the menu should state it - the waitress then didn't check up on us or bring water and we ended up paying for two sundaes. Writing on here as they deleted my facebook comment - bad customer service.
