Most delicious pizza I've ever had!

Got a vegetariana pizza and it was really great. I'm definitely coming back.

food good, but nothing wow. normal price, parking nearby. worth eating if someone is in the area, but probably not to go back there specifically. service pleasant

I always come here for the food, amazing staff they are very kind and helpful, and food is out of the world. My wife loves the pizza and king prawn which is the best so far in Uk we had. Highly recommended

a lovely little restaurant, visited on a wednesday evening and no booking required. pizza was good, nothing too special but tasty nonetheless. considering there was only 1 other table of 3 and ourselves, the waitresses didn’t really do much, we had to get up and walk to the bar to order food and drink, grab ourselves salt and pepper and ask/pay for the bill so am not too sure where the automatic service charge came from? maybe we just had an off evening but will be back again i’m sure!

Underwhelming takeout experience. Staff seemed confused about menu options, and we were not made aware of a change to our GF order until we called back for an update. Our lasagna was crispy, dry and lifeless - see photo. We were provided extra cheese in a container to heat and prepare ourselves I assume? We didn’t ask, but also weren’t offered a refund or replacement order. The other pasta orders were great, however, and redeemed the other aspects of this experience.

Very good pizzas and excellent and very helpful staff.

Unfortunately both pizze and ice-cream are now utterly disgusting. Pizze taste like paper with a cheap topping and ice-cream cheap with a triple dose of sugar.

Amazing pizzeria- we come here all the time and it’s our go to place for friends and family. We also go down regularly for ice cream in the summer and would recommend every flavour but especially the lemon sorbet!!

Excellent food, nice waitress, small patio or comfortable room, what-else do-you need ? Excellent value for price, tasty pizzas, salads and pastas.

I started with the baked king prawns in oil. They looked over-cooked but we're very tasty with a crunchie slice of toasted bread. Then a Napoletana pizza. It was very well covered, loads of capers and anchovies with a crisp base. Excellent. With a large glass of wine it was £35, service included.

Authentic and tasty pasta carbonara and caprese salad. Very friendly staff and quick service for take-out. They served a perfect after-surgery dinner.

This is one of the best places I have been for a very long time. The staff were excellent- to put it mildly. The food was out of this world. I came back the next night and would have come back a third, in fact we did but they had had a flood. This place is worth a special visit I am thinking of planning our next holiday around this place. It was genuinely that nice.

Nice food, however they add a large service charge to every bill. I asked for it to be removed which was unpleasant and spoiled an otherwise good meal.

My favourite restaurant in Headington. Great pizzas, great service. The last time I went, they boxed the rest of our pizzas for us but we forgot the box - it was too late when I came back but they made me a new small pizza to take away free of charge, it was a really nice gesture.

Really good pizza. Seems to have upped their game. Went in 2023 and it was ok, but this time in 2024 it was really good.

Ate here today for lunch, bruschetta was burnt and very small.. Pasta was cold, mediocre, so disappointed. I used to order a lot of food from here as takeaways last year, during the covid period, at least around that time,the food used to be at a very high standard. What has happened in 2024? Didyou get rid of the chef who used to make amazing fresh food? This is not authentic Italian food, something has changed... Please can we go back to what it used to be? A bit disappointed:(

What a lovely find this restaurant was! Staff were friendly as soon as we walked in and they were happy to accommodate my dietary needs. Food was fresh and you can see it being cooked from the restaurant and the prices were great too. Will definitely go back again

Not the best I've ever tasted. Garlic bread was a small garlic nan. Pizza lacked topping.

We’ve been eating here for years both here and further up the road where it used to be. Unfortunately in recent months the quality of the pizza has plummeted. The bases now taste like cardboard, almost as if they are gluten free with no yeast to give them a bit of rise. There are now better alternatives within a few minutes drive.

Fantastic pizza, staff was welcoming and friendly. Great cosy atmosphere. A must spot to visit.

Really good thin crust pizza at this family owned business. Love the vegetarian. I love the coffee! Please open earlier so I can have early morning coffee here too! Always like to eat in, it's individual decor and is very clean.

We ordered two vegetarian pizza but got chicken one. Happily accepted it, was expecting some discount for the wrong pizza which would be a good customer service for the customer satisfaction but paid full amount for everything we ate. Overall, the vibe of the place is good but the pizza is not as good as you would accept at an Italian place.

Have been for the first time here. Everything is so good. The interior makes you feel like in one of the old towns in the Italy. We’ve ordered their special Lamb Chops, Risotto with pesto and Spaghetti Bolognaise. Food was so delicious and service as well.

Our cycling club stopped here on our 100-mile charity ride from Northampton. Lovely food and great service from the two guys in the restaurant. There's indoors and outdoor seating, which wasn't an option in yesterday's weather. We left feeling fully refuelled and made our way back home.

It's ok. My mash was real cold and the lamb undercooked but everything came back as OK after u asked fir it to be sent back. It was nice. Once finished I waited to order coffee and cake but got bored waiting. Shame. Dessert looked great. The guy who served me was very polite and helpful

Delicious pizza, good beer selection, quick service. The pizzas are cooked in a genuine wood fired oven which gives them a wonderful authentic flavour. The pasta dishes are denerous and full of flavour. Beers are reasonably priced and the service was prompt without feeling rushed. Definitely recommend a visit. Lovely stuff.

Wheelchair accessible or dine outside this place does all the Italian classics. I have to give the decor a 10 out of 10 for all the fine details which bring pleasure to the eye. You can have a simple coffee or gelato here or a basic Italian meal. They also have a patisserie section. Fine place and fairly decent service. They have two gardens, one back and one front and then a main restaurant area and a few seats at the bar. To use the toilets with a wheelchair you would need to be able to transfer as they are a folding door which flank on to two loos opposite each other. Due to the doors being folding in both loos you will be able to fold the door and transfer with about 3 steps. Since the wash bowl is in the centre of the two doors. I blocked the centre door with my powerchair so no one else could use the loo in order to make my transfer. The staff were fine with that in the middle of the day! Regards access, there is a ramp BUT there is also a small lip to get over. My daughter could not get a 20" wide manual chair through the front door so had to fold. I suggest you eat outside if you can't wheelie the hump or you have a large manual chair. I have a large powerchair slightly wider than normal with a docking system and it coped! Autistic rating: 3/5 for day time ambience. I will review again if we go at night.

Cosy, friendly, family run and reasonably priced restaurant with good food. Perfect place for a relaxing, simple meal with friends.

The pizza is brilliant, I had the americano and my girlfriend had the penne Salmone and they were both amazing. The service was wonderful, makes you feel welcome and wholesome. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a great Italian pizza or pasta. 10/10

Food has dropped in quality. It used to make up for the poor service but now both are poor. Delivery drivers were also constantly coming in to pick up pizzas which did not help the atmosphere.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 6 pizzas and only 5 were delivered. Called to complain and request the missing pizza to be delivered and staff refused to help, no replacement pizza was arranged or assistance for refund offered.

Terrible pizza! No flavor, too much insipid cheese, little acid tomato base and soft pale crust. You'll be better with a pizza from the supermarket.

This is a fake "Italian" Pizzeria and cafeteria? Or caffetteria? If you pretend you should do better. I don't think they understand a word of italian here. Not better than a general domino's pizza, unpleasantly-salty, gummy and full of cheese that is not for sure mozzarella. Garlic bread? Chicken on pasta & pizza? Funny how is easily allowed cultural appropriation.

Good value pizzeria. Large thin base pizzas. Fast and friendly service. Popular with online delivery people too.

I would like to give it zero if possible. Purely based on the fact that we booked this place for my son's birthday, however when we turned up they were closed. They never contacted me to communicate the fact that they were not going to be open or indeed let me know in advance if it was a pre-planned closure. Really disappointing!!!

Great food,even better Ambience,Sophiya was an exceptional server and made our dinner really special.The food is absolutely top notch, especially the pizzas, Prosciutto Crudo being my fav.I will be back though as i want to try the Spaghetti Bolognese. The prices are super pocket-friendly,highly recommended for a fine Anglo-Italian experience

Great service, friendly staff, very small inside but cosy. I had calzone it was so delicious. I would definitely go again.

The pizza I had was okay. However the glasses were grubby and we had to asked for them to be cleaned. The white chairs need to be checked as they've clearly been painted over and some of the dry paint would stick to our trousers. We didn't get any compensation despite everything that happened. Also some of the owner's(?) kids were running about even though the restaurant is not that big. I do not recommend for dine ins.

Lovely little place, absolutely delicious food! We the had the Carbonara and the Penne pollo with a side of the cheesy garlic bread which was excellent! Followed by the chocolate orange and Toblerone cake, they were equally as good. The staff were friendly and the chef was lovely too! Will definitely be returning here soon!

Not impressed at all! Im confused by the other reviewers and whether we are referring to the same restaurant! I went to Adria in Headingtom Oxford last Sunday 9th January 2022 with my family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) and was disappointed. 1. The food took 40 minutes to arrive! My children were ravenous by the time it came 2. The waitress made no attempt to apologise for the delay 3. Take aways customers that ordered after us were receiving their food before us 4. The waitress looked grumpy, moody and with no sense of cheerful customer service 5. My penne paste was dry and horrible 6. My sons pizza looked uncooked with slimy cheese and the base was so thin it was barely there (he was still hungry after)! 7. There was hardly any filling in the faccacina sandwhich-thingys. Ok, so we have been to this restaurant twice before, we loved the food the first time (around 4 years ago) so we went back. The second time the food was hugely delayed, didnt taste as good and there was a different grumpy moody waitress who was awfully rude to another customer, so we decided we would not go there again. In the hope of changed attitudes and new staff we thought we'll try Adria one more time after 2 years of boycotting it, but we were bitterly disappointed. Will not be going there again and will warn others not to, too.

Fresh dough, quick, tasty and good value. Pizza approx £10 Folded sandwich pizza things £5ish (very tasty - great lunch) Good coffee and quality ice-cream. Very impressed.

Their focaccias seem unusual (they're a bit like a mini calzone) but are super tasty (sun-drier tomato one in particular) and great value for money!

An absolute gem of a place! Great coffee, and the food is absolutely divine - really fresh and generous portions. Really friendly service too and a lovely atmosphere.

Well I traveled over 30 mins to try this place tonight seen as it had top star ratings , unfortunately it was a big disappointment . The food was sub standard and the service wasn't any better the girl who was working in the kitchen was was rude on more than one occasion and at one point apparently she was feeling to warm and wanted the front door open to cool down the the waiter asked me and my freind if we would mind if the door was open and as it was 8 degrees outside I said it was a bit cold 🥶 and didn't want to sit in the cold , then the girl from the kitchen had a little bit of a tantrum in the restraunt as we were eating lol , we will definitely not going back .
