Don’t get home delivery. The driver just assaulted a couple of kids, forced entry into their home and smashed a mobile phone. Avoid like the plague

Unsure why so many bad comments but in my experience these guys make the best wraps ever chips are spot on and always comes piping hot.

Ordered a meal deal, small "special kebab" not worth the money and there was no tomato base on the pizza. Never ordering from there again.

Absolutely phenomenal scran, the kofta kebab was absolutely delectable, the boss man is very charismatic.

Oh My Goodness. Never, never, ever again will I order from the overpriced Big Boys. Dominos was £18 for 12". Adams was £13 Inc Stuffed crust for super sized 16". First order for collection. Turned up 5 mins early and yet still ready. Got it home with nose being assaulted by lovely aromas for the 2 miles. Once I'd opened.. soft, thick, packed with ingredients and super big green chillis. Masses of cheese to keep it moist. I'm now stuffed, full, holding belly but can't manage another delicious mouthful. Lunch it is then. Many thanks for my super value and so tasty dinner.

Parmasan is absolutely delicious and so is the garlic sauce. Best pizza shop in Darlington I would definitely recommend this shop to any one who enjoys good quality and value for money.

Give the driver 2 £20 notes thinking he had said £30 for the order and he give me £7 change, realised as he drove off and rang up and started arguing with me saying i only give him £20, scruffy as first time and last time ordering from here proper tramps man no honesty in them and to be fair they havent got a clue how to cook a pizza the dough was like a marshmallow like chewing through a flump

Ordered a pizza last night it was burnt so rang and complained. They replaced it after I argued for a while it was burnt. Find out this morning the owner or whoever he was has CHUCKED the collected pizza all over my path. Very professional I must say 🤣 was a good customer but won’t be returning now

Always reliable these guys, unlike some takeaways that obviously can’t remember to turn their Foodhub machine off when they’ve stopped cooking. Food is quality 👍

I used to always order here for the chicken wrap. That is hit and miss now but ordered a parmo and pizza and the parmo texture was like rubber. The worst parmo I've ever eaten. It took 90 minutes to come and my kids left most of the pizza bevause the topping was like slop. Think that's my last time ordering from there for me

Used to be really nice food gone down hill massively used to be Fast delivery. 90 mins still no food have rang and they said it will be 5 mins. I won't be using them again. If I hadn't of paid online I would of cancled.

DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!If i could give 0 stars i would. The food i had was disgusting,the battered sausage was overcooked and the batter was solid. the kebab didnt even taste edible, it was soggy and again overcooked, the chips were cold but edible, the driver also gave me the wrong change. Please dont waste your money on this.

Shocking service!!! We order from here all the time and tonight have been given the wrong pizza with our order. I rang and was told it was obviously a mistake and if I dont like it dont touch it! Safe to say it's the very last time we ever order from Adam's!

DO NOT GO THERE unless you want abuse! Ordered over the phone for a delivery, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude, my food took 2 hours and 12 minutes to arrive (yes, I timed it to the minute especially after the rudenes) and when I finally got it it had horrible brown dots on it (Im a vegetarian so I thought it was meat, it was mouse poop) . When I phoned back upto complain the so called manager started swearing and shouting at me down the phone and threatened me and my family. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want abuse!

Ordered an hr & 50 mins ago for delivery & still waiting. Wish I hadnt paid already in just eat. Will NEVER order again regardless if food nice or not if/when eventually turns up! It's now 2.5 hrs later & after been told twice that food was definitely out with driver I rang back a 3rd time & was told that the woman would ring the driver ring me back. Well she didnt sprang back & she said she had no record off my order!!! Fuming. The worst takeaway shop ever! Avoid if you actually want to eat

Awful company, awful owner, ordered on Saturday night, Girlfriend had a nasty fall and had to go to the hospital. Tried calling but the phone line was busy. Called a day later a lovely lady answered and offered the same order for free. Called up and the owner said he didnt care it wasnt his fault. Very bad customer service and it has put me and many others off. Very rude man.

Shocking undercooked and ignorant

We have just spent £49.50 here, and the food was disgusting. The 2 kids parmos were raw. The garlic sauce was sour. The pizzas and garlic breads were under cooked and bland. The chips were under cooked. When I called to complain the lady was rude, and very unhelpful. I will be getting in touch with environmental health as this is totally unacceptable, no apology. Just met with a rude lady who told me there was no way it was raw. The food and service from this place are disgusting!! Also, we paid the driver in cash - he came back to door saying it was £5 down. One of my colleagues gave it to him thinking he was genuine. This was not the case! The money was checked more than once before it was handed over!
