Now taken over by Mark & Jenny the food is excellent as you would expect from this couple, limited space but well worth a visit and a good selection of charity shop goods to browse through before or after your meal

On a very wet Saturday with our small, welll behaved dogs, we found this gem. A separate part of a charity shop, the cafe is small but very pleasant, with a welcoming accommodating and very friendly owner. He checked food ingredients (easy as he and his partner make most of the food), adjusted dishes and made us feel very at home. Dogs welcome when there is room, and worth searching out for the delicious cake and excellent salad and savoury dishes. We would love to visit again when in the area!

Eating at Adams was great, but parking in Haverfordwest was a nightmare! There are no yellow lines or writing on the road telling where you can or cannot park! Beware and look for signs on lamposts

Have eaten here several times with different family and friends, always very happy with food. There are vegan and vegetarian choices and this is brilliant find in area.

We visited here today for a light lunch at the recommendation of friends . We were not disappointed ! A fantastic selection of home cooked meals - including vegetarian , vegan and gluten free dishes ! A varied menu plus impressive specials board !! The food is clearly prepared with love and care and really was delicious ! The Cafe is located at the back of a charity shop so the added bonus of browsing books and bric a brac too !

Tucked away behind a charity this small cafe serves beautifully prepared food, freshly made, in good portions at bargain prices. The room itself is welcoming and comfortable, one wall lined with books for sale. We went for the stunning veggie and vegan food but the cook Jane prepares good meat and fish dishes too. A small but varied menu. Park behind the library (free), it's two minutes walk Highly recommended

Vegetarian and Vegan options-as well as various traditional and imaginative meat dishes. All home made and prepared daily from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Reasonably priced. Dogs welcome. A quirky little gem. A happy discovery.

Very friendly staff. Very good food and ambience. Nice to have an open fire going at this time of the year. Hubby and I both had the lamb main which was delicious. We're in Llanteg for a week and are coming back to this restaurant before we go back to Kent on Friday. We'll done to the new owners and we wish you all the best for 2022.

Went for brunch, got seated straight away although it was busy, amazing service had coffee that was excellent and meatballs for food that were just amazing! Carrot cake to share for 'pudding', with a box for cakes for later. Amazing team/people and amazing atmosphere, and amazing food! Would give it 10 out of five, will becoming regulars!!

Fantastic coffee in a convivial setting. We went in here because where we had intended to go was shut. What a happy accident! The coffee here is absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

Whilst staying in Nk and Sandra’s Barn ( Ffynnon Fair ) we experienced two meals at The Frosted Bee. Both excellent but on New Years Eve we had an individually created and prepared 5 course meal which was superb
