Brilliant aqua park party - 9th birthday My son and his friend had a joint birthday party at the Wild Lakes Aqua Park this weekend. It was brilliant fun and a perfect party venue. Wild Lakes has such a cool and relaxed vibe whilst being highly professional. There were 3 lifeguards at the aqua park - all very attentive, professional and helpful. The kids were under constant supervision by the lifeguards. The food in the brilliant club house was outstanding - no rubbish kids food here! Wood fired pizzas, proper burgers and chips. The club room was perfect for adults and children to congregate after the party, with the deck overlooking the wake lake. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication and booking was easy. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Wild Lakes…keep doing what you’re doing 😊

Good activity if you're in the area .. aqua park is small compared to others around the country.. but eventually it does get tiring..good if in a large group.. Wetsuits provided..basic changing facilities. Paid for 4 members who didn't turn up . Lost out on the booking no discount or consideration given.not even a coffee on the house or some credit.. would always book less as with a large group always get drop outs last minute because of the weather or illnesses Took a group of 20

Loads of options to choose from in a great facility, and Lauren in Bouldering was really lovely and got us set up in no time!

Second visit for us with 2 teenage boys. Bouldering was great, staff were friendly and helped boys with shoes and advice. Food amazing, great quality and decent portion size. Inflatables fantastic, 2 teenagers came off it and asked to come again. Really good value. Will definitely be returning . Well run family establishment.

Awesome experience here, wakeboarding lesson and then amazing food in the tipi. The kids went on bouldering wall, which was super fun and everyone was inclusive and encouraged them. Great experience, the staff and owners all super friendly and welcoming. we'll hopefully become regulars! update - been back a few times for wake sessions and the Christmas fayre. the team are all super approachable and friendly and I can't recommend it highly enough! honestly can't rate this place highly enough! another update - become one of my fav places in Pembs! aqua park was great fun with the kids, and boarding is amazing 🤣

Aqua park was brilliant fun for all the family, followed by a lovely coffee sat on the decking.

I have been coming here for years and think it’s great. I am 17 and first came here when it was just a wake park 5 years ago. I have done the wakeboarding and come here every summer and also had dinner and done the aqua park. The wakeboarding is incredible fun as is the aqua park. The food is absolutely delicious. However the main thing I love about wild lakes is the incredibly friendly staff, ready to offer hot water bottles and dry robes in the cold weather and always seem happy to see you. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to try the bouldering!

Wow what a place! Facilities are top notch and the activities are well organised. Massive thanks to the whole team from admin to bouldering. But a massive thanks to Arno for his patience and instruction helping my lad to overcome his nervousness and gain confidence and stand up. Not forgetting to push my own limits. Great work guys! Recommend this to anyone wether you've done it before or not.

Wow, what an amazing place, highly recommended 19 of us visited and 13 did the activities aged from 9 through to adults and we all loved it, a fabulous team from Sarah and Sammie sorting our booking, Lauren coached my kids on the bouldering and Arno doing the Ringo's and him and the other Lady that coached the kids on the Wake Boarding you are all awesome Facilities and the Food are all Excellent We all had a top day Thank you

Great community here. The climbing wall is open to all abilities and as someone who'd never been climbing before I was made to feel really at ease and had plenty of assistance and encouragement. I haven't tried the wakeboarding yet but it looks like so much fun. When you are visiting I recommend the food available from the tipi. It may seem a bit pricey but the quality is amazing and the portions super generous. I'd been a few times before food is served at 5pm and could smell the slow cooked brisket. I recently had the Wild Lakes Burger made with Pembrokeshire beef and topped with brisket, nacho cheese and served with spiced fries. It was phenomenal. I highly recommend a visit be you a local or tourist and if not for the activities on offer than just to sit and soak up the sun and view with some great food and nice crowd.

Absolutely superb. Warm centre despite freezing outside in January 2024. Really friendly atmosphere with 2 adorable dogs hanging out on the sofas. Great climbs and a little cave section. Upstairs training area with hangboard, rings, rung and moonboard. Can't wait to come back. Only improvement would be to upgrade the crashmats. I was staying at Bluestone when I found this gem around the corner thanks to Google.

What a fantastic place for wake boarding, climbing or water Park fun. The very cool Teepee dining is well worth using too! Absolutely love the place. The Tipi dining is closed for the winter but their lovely cafe is still open.

Our second time wakeboarding at Wild Lakes & we absolutely loved it! The staff/owners are so friendly & go above & beyond making sure you're happy & enjoying yourself. There's an adorable dog called Bryn who's so concerned about people in the water, he's a sweetheart. Also the food is amazing so hats off to the chef 👌🏼. They also have an aqua park & indoor climbing so there's fun for everyone & we can't wait to come back again when the next season begins 😁

An exceptional place to visit!!! Did the inflatables with my older 2 children, 11, 13 and 15 yrs old and they loved it!!!. Only a short slot but long enough as quite physically demanding. I would book in advance and do an early slot so you are full of energy. Very well run and extremely safe, great work team!!! Loads of other activities on to look at next time and a nice little cafe. It was soooo much better than expected and the kids loved it👍

Really fun, gutted I didn't book my own session just the kids! They had a great time and the instructors were fab. Excellent coffee and cake too.

We really enjoyed it here, we bought the 4 activities for £12 each package. I would say it was well worth it. We did the climbing wall, curling, obie interactive games n mini/crazy golf. We loved the little rhymes on the crazy golf at each hole. The man who showed us around and what to do was really nice, helpful and kept us entertained. All the staff were really friendly.

What an amazing experience. We booked in advance for the Aqua park, paid online and also did the waiver. So when we got there, all we had to do was changed into our wetsuits. Thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely will be going back. Adeline looked after my inhaler so I didnt have to go all the way out when I needed it every time. Then went to check out the rest of the facilities. My nephew wanted to try the wakeboarding but didn't book this online, the slots get filled up fast, so before visiting I would recommended booking online. So we asked if they had a next day slot and they did. My nephew did the beginners with Steph (one of the owners) as she explained everything to him,and this helped with his ADHD. He liked it that much he went back on it again towards the end of the day. Was lucky enough to get a slot. We also did the bouldering and again we did the beginners course with Lauren as instructor as we had never done that and again we found it very helpful. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very accommodaing,especially Adeline, I asked her what was good on the food menu and if the cake's where any good, she recommended the brownie, which was the best I have ever had. I also tried and the Cali burrito again recommended by Adeline and it was amazing, she said it would be bigger enough for 2 and it was. I got myself a jumper which had there logo on which I love. Fun family day out and would highly recommend to anyone.

A lovely place to eat, set up in a big tipi. The food is a bit pricey but most that we ordered was great! It can get a little loud with the music and outdoor activities, but on the whole I had a lovely time.

My kids had a great time and the staff were great. Nice place would go again.

Excellent food and wonderful service. Our party only dined here. Due to the age of our children, the other activities were not possible. That said, I was jealous of those who could partake. The climbing walls and wakeboarding looked amazing.

We called in after work for a quick bite to eat and to have a drink in the sunshine. Staff really friendly and the pizzas are great.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and toilets. The food looked great. We did the inflatable water course and all the kids and adult had an absolute blast. My son was barely out of the water asking when we could return.

Great fun, not a huge aqua park, but not over crowded either. Friendly, helpful staff and instructors. We have done bouldering and aqua park here and really enjoyed our experience eveytime. Very reasonably priced. Not dared the wake boarding yet, but always seems popular and looks fun.

Been eyeing up coming here for a while now and went over the bank holiday weekend. It was so much fun! Took the introductory bouldering lesson and will definitely be going back for more bouldering. Can't wait to try out wakeboarding too! Member of staff suggested booking midweek bouldering sessions in advance. It's really busy on Wednesday evenings. Well worth travelling for if you're staying further afield. If you're just around the corner at Bluestone, definitely check this place out.

The setting is picturesque but very slow service at tipi, we waited for 50 minutes to be served take away. Dissapointed, please don't go hungry here. Booked a table and still was made to wait . Caution

I only called in for a coffee break during a bike ride. The wake and climbing wall seems to be very popular

Had a great meal out tonight (28/10/22). Me and my partner both had burgers, which were stunning, both with tiger buns 😍 The chips were gorgeous too. We both had sticky toffee pudding with cola, and Barti Ddu sauce. Partner loves Barti Ddu rum but I'm not a fan, so he took my exact sauce and loved every bite! Having live music from this guy was extremely entertaining 😄 We will definitely be returning here, I cannot recommend the Tipi Dining enough. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the music too 😊 Definitely a place to go.

I go here at least once a week. I use the indoor bouldering / climbing wall. This place has an amazing atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. They're always super friendly. The food is great too, but you do have to book in advance because the Tipi fills up very quickly. I forgot to take photos sorry.

An amazing place the also have a bouldering wall which gets changed every 2 weeks by route setters. Really enjoy it! Please just go you won't regret it.

I come here regularly for the bouldering room, Wild Lakes is a great place overall. Chilled out atmosphere & friendly staff, tasty food and drinks. I have been to 3 other bouldering walls and this one is so far my favourite. Holds are clean, routes are varied and matting is in good condition.

We had a great time here! We used the aqua park and had a really fun time and spent the rest of the day laughing about it all. Absolutely exhausting for the kids which was a very welcome bonus! 😁

I attended Wild Lakes, Narberth last week as a member of an ambulance crew, to a lady who had become unwell (no fault of the venue) . Sadly we had had been delayed for a long time and it was hours before we eventually reached her. I would just like to commend the staff - particularly the two ladies - who I believe own - or certainly manage the venue. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were brilliant, extremely professional, and had the whole situation under complete control without panic or undue stress. They had documented all eventualities and first aid treatment they had provided. They had tried all avenues of transporting the patient to hospital themselves but due to her condition this was not possible. The lady was on her own with her children who had also been looked after by staff with great care and kindness. I hope if you read this you are on the mend, we are so sorry you had such a long wait, your polite, well- mannered, sensible children were a pleasure to meet and an absolute credit to you. Well done girls and guys of Wild Lakes, as well as a fantastic, fun place to visit I would not hesitate to place my trust in you 😌 PS - thank you so much for our little treats that kept us going through a long night , the rocky road brownie was absolutely delicious 😋😋

Eaten there twice and it is lovely food, and a nice setting. Enjoyed pizza whilst watching the wake boarders

We went on Sunday for my niece's birthday and used the inflatable. There was a group of about 10 of us ranging in ages from 6 to 45 and I can safely say we all had an absolute blast. I didn't use a wetsuit, just a rash vest and shorts, and found the water chilly but fine once I got moving. The others used a wetsuit and were warm, given it was a pretty sunny day. Coffee and cake from the teepee afterwards was a lovely treat. The Rocky road was particularly good! Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic aqua park. A group of us visited here in Aug 22 and had a great session. Great entertainment for the whole family and good value.

The water park was really fun and enjoyable however the first lady we got greeted by was very rude and not helpful at all what was suppose to have been a really fun day for my little girls birthday turned into stress and hassle by this one particular lady who wasn't In any hurry to get us into the water leaving us with only 20 minutes of aqua time and being told our time was up we didn't turn up as early as we had liked with traffic, however all waviers had been done online before arriving, but I felt as though she was going out of her way to waste time , my little girl was really upset having to leave after 20 minutes as can imagine with all her friends it was a travel for us and disappointing.

Fun, friendly and comfortable environment... A beautiful setting and a great day with friends or family... We will definitely be going again

Was really looking forward to our meals as it was my dad 80 birthday. We were a party of 11, food was warm , unappetising and tasteless. Value for money absolutely not, Wont be going back for sure.

Had a really lovely meal here with friends whilst staying on holiday in the area. Quirky and rustic setting, friendly staff and exceptionally tasty food! Menu has something for everyone from basics for kids to some more adventurous choices. Wish we lived closer as would love to visit again!

Nice setup good well kept site food was very good really enjoyed the wakeboarding. The initial brief could have benefited from a bit more passion and a few simple clarified instructions instead of an ongoing speech repeating the same information. All constructive feedback Very good day overall 👍👍

Great day out and a big well done to the family trio who are making it a very well run local attraction. Very good food at the tipi dining area with excellent selection and service from restaurant staff. Also has a kids corner /play area to keep them interested :)

Luca gave excellent tuition and all 3 of us got up including a 55year old!
