DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE we waited almost an hour for our order from via JustEat and just before it was supposed to get delivered the restaurant randomly cancelled the order!! With no call or nothing. Despicable service.

If you want to wait nearly 2 hours for your food then definitely try this place. Place an order around 20:30 waited 40 minutes before to find where the food was, only to be told it had been delivered; not sure where it was delivered but it definitely wasn't to my address. They offered to remake the order due to the original order being delivered to the wrong address, we accepted their offer and was told it would take 15 minutes. 15 minutes nothing has arrived, both time we were told the driver was leaving now. I explained I have a ring door bell so can see if anyone has bee.n to the front door to which they HUNG up the phone. The food finally arrived at 22:17. honestly if you want to wait nearly 2 hours then definitely please order from them.

Delicious , really enjoyed the food. Food is exceptional , that's why I have been eating from long time. Never disappoint, Highly recommended.

The food was cold and hard, the salads not fresh and wilted. Portions were strangely small, I ordered large fries and got a tiny portion. I will definitely not order food from this place again.

Order never arrived. They never even cancelled the order it just shows as delivered. Called the restaurant nobody answered. Still waiting for a refund or a response. Really poor service and communication from these guys lately this is the last time I’ll order from them.

Ordered at 18.54, received a notification at 19.26 to say it was on its way. It didn’t arrive until 20.12, the driver said he knows nothing about it being late, but yet, when I took it in, everything was completely stone cold, and mostly inedible. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order.

The food was nice, we liked the chargrilled flavours even if the meat was somewhat dry but the garlic mayo was to die for❤️ The rice was also nicely seasoned! The biggest problem was the delivery! It predicted max 50mins wait which is already a lot but they managed to be 15mins late on even this. No option to call the restaurant, no driver tracking and they marked the delivery complete before it got here. Somewhat problematic experience but we had a dinner so thank you.

I ordered 17:10 it showed food will come between 17:50-18:10 app showed food was dispatched at 17:40 but didn't arrive until 19:20 I called restaurant 5 times they never answered the phone, courier said he works for them and he got the food 10 minutes ago anyway I don't know who was lying but food was already cold and soggy. In this situations just eat also at fault they didn't provide live tracking like other restaurants and there is no phone number to call, and email support is just generic.

Shish was burnt,mixed donner was made up of chicken scraps leftovers from tray , it was cold dips missing think it was more of a wrap than kebab,it was late very disappointed.

My order never came to my place.

No complaints about the food, for the price it was a generous quantity and it was delicious too. No complaints about the driver either. The app however was glitch as it didn't advise me the driver was at the door when he was at the door, the driver had to ring the doorbell and phone me because of the glitchy app.

So clearly this place leaves a lot to be desired look at all of the bad reviews. I just came to leave a review due to my order not turning up, had to call them and was met with a bad attitude, claimed that the driver tried to deliver and call me. Lies, I have a ring doorbell and no attempt was made, nor was I called. Was told I would get a refund and hung up, no apologies.

wow just wao! the food here is on point - delicious frsh and brusting with flavour. Everything arrives hot and perfectly packed. It's clear they care about quality and the service is just as amazing. I am hooked.

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace, it’s overpriced, the food is dreadful, as for the staff, they really have no interest or respect for their customers. I certainly won’t order from them again and I certainly don’t recommend this restaurant!!!!!

I called the restaurant and they said “in 5minutes with you”. Reality it took them another 20min to deliver and we live 0.5mile from the restaurant…

I waited 1hr30min. Driver gave it to someone else without requesting for code. Customer service at the restaurant was awful, blamed me and just eats. At first the restaurant made it sound like I didn’t order from them. Every time I’d give my name they’ll say a different name on purpose. Once they found my order, they said it’s already been delivered and When I asked on what to do he just hanged up on me
