Ordered food and never came joke

Waited over 2 hours for our food to arrive. Tried to phone them but it just kept ringing out. Won't be ordering from here again in a hurry

1st time customer. Meal for 3, the food was delivered on time,great quality and generous potions. Will certainly order in the future.

Don’t waste your time and money doesn’t deliver food waited over 3 hours and never arrived despite multiple phone calls them saying it one it’s way ,they have a fake number on just eat that just rings out real one is on google fyi it’s been a week and still not had money back off just eat I’ll be paying this guy a visit tonight

Disgusting! 2 hours over I waited! Took my money and never even delivered! I want my money back!! Do not order from here. Used to be great. Cannot get through on the phone, tried over 10x for them to just say “enjoy your food” hahaha

Absolute disgraceful service. We ordered food tonight and an hour later there was a message saying enjoy your food and absolutely no sign of it. The phone number doesn't work either. Waste of time.

Had a delivery today, ala romana pasta and a Donner kebab. Both were lovely Donna nicely presented and pasta super tasty. Will definitely order again

Non breaded chicken wings with a cracking sauce, love it, Pasta dishes good flavour, my favorite is build my own chicken kebab and choose 2 sauces. grilled chicken with spices, lovely.

Have to give one star cause not possible to give none. Ordered food over 2 hours ago. Was meant to be here 1 hour ago. No one answers the phone. Find it very unprofessional to not have a working phone for customers to ring. Not even a text to say it might be running late. Unhappy is not the word. Will not be going here again. Disgusted 🤬🤬🤬

Just done an order for collection, the food quality was amazing. Definitely the best takeaway pizza. Food was hot and fresh and they take pride in the presontation. Lovely will definitely be ordering again! *Forgot to get a photo, pizza went straight in my mouth. No left overs either 😅*

Have ordered twice now from here. Delivered on time with friendly driver.Pasta is absolutley delicious, as is the pizza. Great value for money and plenty of food to go round. Ordered online but rang the restaurant just to double check they got the note to make my pasta dish could come without salami. Request was met. Would definitely recommend and will definitely order again. 5 stars easy.

Food is lovely here not going to complain about that as its super delicious but the site is not updated enough as its saying its opend now but every time my brother calls it keeps saying sorry this person can not be reached and to leave a message but no one has contacted us back and it clear says open

Ordered a couple of times now and the food has been perfect every time! , drivers and staff are lovely, my partner said his donner kebab was the best he’s ever had & I love the variety available the baked pastas are amazing!

Delivered on time & food tasted very good however the last 3 times my meal (which is Spare Ribs) has had very little sauce & only a tablespoon of my favourite accompaniment mixed peppers, onions & mushrooms which given the good portion of rice that comes with it leaves the meal rather bare!

Burnt chicken wings which were rock hard. Burger patty was burnt on the outer ring. Frozen cheese cake and it had broken pieces everywhere... Do not order from here. Absolutely disgusting service and really bad tasting food.

Absolutely disgusting the service from this place. We ordered via just eat at 7pm, 7.55pm we received a text to say the delivery is out for delivery. 10 minute drive. 30 minutes later we called and spoke to the rudest woman who said that they are extremely busy and they are sending it out now. We asked why we received a text they said they were too busy it was going out now ... she then shouted the same that they were busy then slammed the phone down. We called back a man answered to tell us they were too busy and they had cancelled it. I asked him why, he said too busy that’s all. The service from the staff are terrible taking the frustrations that they are busy out on customers is the worst possible outcome.

Pasta tasted like pure fat and was drenched in oil. Garlic bread was greasy and left hands shinnier than a freshly polished glass, donner meat stone cold, called twice as order took over hour and half to arrive and customer service from the man who answred was rude and appauling. Despite being starving hungry I could barley touch the food and instantly had an upset stomach, wouldn't order again! Taken photo of amount of oil on the pasta, when ordering Italian food from somewhere I expect pride to be taken in the food like typical itatlian like I've been brought up, disgusted!

Disgraceful staff amd customers care/ didnt even get the food after saying it will be five minutes.... 45 mins later no food ask again whats happening, they just reply with "food will be on way soon we've made order bigger about five minutes" no thanks cancelled order and got told to f off

I can say the best pizza takeaway in Leigh, they made everything fresh and pizza base here is amazing. Chicken wings here always made by fresh wings and also some of their pizza toppings are fresh as well. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful, thank you for your good service. Good luck 👌

Best stuffed peppers and cheesy sauce around

Hi. I am from Germany and every time I visit my boyfriend I order cheese pizza from here. I have never been disappointed, the quality of the pizza has always been consistent. The sauce of the pizza is amazing. I wish you could deliver to Germany :)

Took 1 hour 45 mins to come. Went to eat it and it was absolutely disgusting!! It Smelt funny and made us all feel really sick so rang them and told the man we haven’t eaten and wanted my money back. He was extremely rude slammed the phone down on me. Said he would pick it all up and would give me my money back. Waited 2 hours still didn’t come, so I rang again and him and the women started arguing and again he slammed the phone down and said he wasn’t coming back for it. It isn’t proper Italian food, the pizza was hurrific and not Italian pizza. The man and women are very rude will never ever go here again and will advise no one orders from this hell hole!!! I’ve paid £20 for rubbish and had to order from elsewhere!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Love all the food from here. Everything is cooked fresh to order. even the chips not reheated rubbish. Larger portions than usual From a take away. The pasta dishes are amazing. Definitely a place to try if you haven't already tried.

I ordered chicken mushrooms pasta in creamy sauce when they brought it . it was in tomato sauce so I rang up complain about it they said we make you a fresh one and we had to go to the top of our street because the driver didn't know where he was going
