Very Nice restaurant in Edgware Road. Lamb Shawarma is highly recommended. Fattoush Salad also is very tasty! Service is very Good!

I assume that the humble furniture is not a big deal for the starving tourist. It's indeed a cheap restaurant, as you are also offered to take away. I liked the typical Lebanese style that you would get for the money you pay!

Had dinner there the other night. It's a fairly simple restaurant with very basic furniture. I had a good hummus and asked for a suggestion. So I got some young chicken, charbroiled. Freshly made juice as a drink. Was overall pretty ok.

Yo estaba buscando una comida antes de salir a Heathrow Express en el que estaba paseando por la zona. He estado en los numerosos restaurantes de Marouf y quería probar un lugar diferente.

También buena comida y servicio amable. Vine aquí 3 o 4 veces y ahora decidimos dejar un comentario. Este lugar no parece tan pijo o pretencioso como algunos de los otros lugares Oriente Medio en la zona, pero no te dejes engañar por la humilde apariencia. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Volveremos seguro!

La comida era increíble! Conseguir un olor fétido madamas y algo de pan porque está hecha en un plato caliente apropiada en la parte delantera del restaurante y es delicioso.

Food, price, location all great. What nearly put us off our food was the waiter: the dirtiest fingernails I have ever seen and his clothes definitely needed a wash.

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt Abu Ali mit seiner schlichten Einrichtung wie ein besserer Imbiss. Durch den netten Service des Inhaber und das qualitativ sehr gute libanesische Essen ist das Abu Ali aber sehr empfehlenswert. Sowohl die Vorspeisen, als auch die unterschiedlichsten Hauptgerichte waren lecker. Und dies zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis.

Friendly staff and beautiful food. Perfectly cooked, fresh and tasty. Even the juices. When we ordered juices as our drinks we were expecting the same old stuff out of a carton you get everywhere else, but oh no.This was the first time we went and would look forward to returning. I tend to prefer the more understated places that you'll find on a side street rather than the main road. This is only one door away from the main Edgware Road but looked more like my kinda place and it was. My partner agreed and we both left feeling satisfied and without paying an arm and a leg.

Enjoyed a great night out with friends.All the staff were excellent and helpful.We had the Blue Mist Shisha and Water Melon Shisha and finished the night off with some excellent food.Great atmosphere!

Down market feel. No table cloths or airs and graces exhibited by other Edgware Road middle Eastern restaurants. Formica tables. Outside a row of hookah smokers puffing away lend a gentle scent and atmosphere to this ‘local’. Warm welcome by the besuited front of house (Owner??) Menu reasonably priced with a good choice of starters, (hot and cold meze) and usual kebabs etc for mains. The quality of the meat cannot be questioned. Freshly but quickly cooked .No alcohol of course. 4 starters 2 mixed grills and sparkling water £44. Good value.

I tried only the fattoush salad, It was very tasty. Staff are nice. Shisha smell is overall the place!

I have been going here for the best part of the last 20 years - has remained under the same ownership throughout and the food is great. We had the humus with lamb shawarma and arayes for starters - these were great. For mains the kofta halabiyeh, kofta khosh khash and farooj musahab were also great - served with fries, rice and salad. Garlic and chilli sauce accompanied the main courses. This place is always reliable, service is fast and you cannot go wrong with the food. There is Sheesha outside if you are that way inclined.

Been going to this place since 2007 and its the same amazing taste every time. The food is so delicious and consistent over the time and the prices are decent too, considering other places around.Would love to see them upgrade their toilet facilities though. When our kid needed a toilet for nappy change we were in a bit of a hassle.

This place is another edgeware road legend - excellent food at reasonable prices with fair service. In particular the aubergine dip and the baby chicken with garlic sauce are standouts

Service was very quick. Food was tasty and bill small. What more can you ask if you are looking for a quick bite? The atmosphere may not be the best but it was a very enjoyable meal. I'd go back again.

Abu ali is the best in edgware road(chep prices.delicious food"best value shawrma")and frinedly staff but i m visited the restaurant in 2012 andiremember the workers and especiallay the menager"yassoun"he have excellent efficiency and i noted his absence..

Abu Ali has everything going for it! Great, cheap and fresh food, smiling waiters and good sheesha. The only problem is that the seating is below average. Due to the low prices, there is an inclination to seat as many as possible in the cramped space available outside (sheesha is served outside only). This makes is slightly inconvenient but overall a great place nonetheless.

I live nearby and often eat here as the food it always fast and fresh. Very well priced (shawarmas only £3.50) and friendly staff. Not a flashy place to eat out but can rely on the quality and is fine for the price. Note they do not serve alcohol.

If you want the tastiest and best value shwarma on Edgware road, this is the spot. Service is friendly and fun - best for a local and authentic flavour. Shisha is brilliant too. Check this place out - much better than cafe Helen - from a Londoner.

Reasonable priced. Great friendly personable service. You can smoke out of a hookah outside. Not fancy decor, very simple indoor seating area, but the food is freshly prepared and tasty!
