30 mins late barley warm use to be a go to won't be ordering again...I don't leave bad reviews but this was poor

Absolutely shocking portions for the price

Meals were far too oily, oil everywhere, it even leaked into the package bag. This was on 2 occasions but I excused it 1st time because the food was nice & tasty, but I had to pour out all the oil. Use only 1/5 of the amount of oil which is enough

Not had kebab and curries from Abdul’s in years and oh boy it was worth it. Brought back memories from back in the days when we always used to go out for kebabs and curries. Thank you will be ordering again soon

I take out palak paneer with rice. The rice was old and it went bad and it was smelling bad. The palak paneer was ok.

Food turned up cold. They were running late for drivery time and I tried to call to find out about delivery time. They Hung up and moved order to out for delivery and it was that way for a long time. And the food arrived cold. Spoilt our evening.

Attend late at night and found severe discrimination towards people they seemed “drunk”

I ordered food as usual with an expected delivery time of 7pm to 7:20pm, expecting it to be hot and FRESH. Well no sooner had I walked into my living room after removing work clothes and the food was at my door. It was NOT 7:05pm! It was 6:40pm!

Unable food straight in the bin would never use again it was like the meat was off horrible.

Garlic bread was freezing when arrived. Paid money on top of order for Garlic sauce x5 and never received. Fell asleep with a dry kebab dreaming of garlic sauce even worse when you tip the boy behind the counter.... Dogs would turn this muck down.

Ordered chips and curry and it was an absolute disgrace!!! Tiny portion of pale undercooked chips and next to no curry sauce. More like oil. Disgusting. Will never order from here again!!!

Customer service is good ish. They forgot some of my order even though it was what I paid for. The food itself was quite bad quality it didn’t taste fresh and was very bland and cold. Would not eat again.

We orderd chicken tikka pizza and we eat only tikka (10 small pieces of chicken tikka) other than that whole pizza was waste …they use very cheap cheese all stuff was really bad totally disappointed waste of money … I give one star because zero is not possible…

Absolutely disgusting cheesy chips was stuck to packet stale chips tasted like they have been out all night kebab was stone cold so was the pizza and the pizza was burnt the only alright thing was the burger

Nan bread delicious, fresh and hot. Food was 100% dried out and tasteless as though it had been left in an oven while the nans were cooked fresh. It was a shame as the presentation of eveything was exactly as requested. I would order again if assured that the meat was not left sat in an oven but fresh, soft and juicy.

I am giving this fast food takeaway one star (only because it is compulsory), due to the fact that the amount of times I have been here to get keema (mince) rice I have disappointed and I have not experienced a pleasant time. Every time I go, there seems to be an issue, varying from their service, portion size, and cutlery. First off let’s talk about their portion size, the people that work here have no understanding of portion sizes. Sometimes they will give you a normal plastic container full with rice, other times they will give you a very small foil container which is very small compared to the plastic container, clearly it depends on their mood and not the professional manner of which they should be acting. Today when I went they didn’t bother with cutlery or tissue, I don’t know if you see this as a positive but for the first time they gave me sauce when I never even asked for it.. so they can forget basic necessities but put sauce that I didn’t even ask for? Last but not least, their staff, management &/or service. When telling them, you have an issue with the portion size or the fact that they didn’t give cutlery they become extremely aggressive and argumentative very quickly. This is so unprofessional because the amount of other takeaways I’ve been to and if I’ve ever had an issue they are always happy to help and are very apologetic. Me and my family even spoke to them in Urdu & Punjabi which is the staff’s first language in hope that we could reason with them or they would understand us more. But they lived up to our negative expectations (based on past experiences) of becoming argumentative and point blank rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place because although their keema rice is edible I wouldn’t be in a hurry to ever come here again.

This is the worst kebab I've ever tried to eat. Hardly any meat and freezing cold. Lots of cabbage and soggy bread. Guys I had a lovely one last night but I'm afraid I won't be using again. Really really unhappy.

got my food for it to have brown lettuce and half a tomato in my naan bread and i hardly got any chicken and when i have looked at my chicken it is still pink. definitely won’t be coming back any time soon.

Wrong meat on kebab. Cold. No salad included.

I visited Abduls and ordered 2 mixed kebabs, upon arrival I was served by a man with a very cold and miserable manner who looked and acted almost as if I wasn't welcome there, also the general atmosphere was cold and uninviting and set the tone, the place itself seemed very clean and modern but the lighting inside is dark and it was freezing, the food took ages to come and was cold, although the meat, especially the doner was cooked well and not greasy it was bland and flavourless. I also had an onion Bahji and a meat samosa whilst waiting for the other food, and they were chewy and overall pretty nasty. I used to visit Abduls regularly back in the late 90s, and the kebabs were cracking back then. What's happened? The food, although of a good general standard, has gone downhill in terms of flavour.

Abdul’s of Fallowfield has been producing THE best chicken kebabs for literally the past 20 years. Great food and their delivery drivers are also lovely people.

The meal was a disaster. The chicken kebab was undercooked and overseasoned - way too much salt. 😫 it tasted like seawater. not enough salad in kebab and the extra side salad for the starter missing. the Lamb Bhuna (a large) portion was terrible; change or train the Chef. Food was over-salted to a point where it was inedible, I would not give it to a dog. I am very disappointed 😞 I've been an Abdul customer for years, until yesterday.

My own fault, the house number didn’t correct on my “auto fill” but I didn’t realise until after deliver time! I rang the takeaway they were completely understanding and re sent the driver! Food was ever still warm, legends!
