We had the most scrumptious Dhokra, Shakarpara, Papdi Gathia, Jini Sev, Matar Kachori with Ambli and Lily Chutneys very recently! We travel now and again from East Anglia to fully enjoy the Aarti Sweet Centre experience. The staff are such a delight to order from and have a very meticulous unity in their work. We always leave Aarti Sweet Centre, Melton Road, with a big smile and this is way before we have eaten the treats! We will be back on our next craving 😋

Very popular and very busy.. expect queuing outside the shop at peak periods, bit worth the wait for the Indian savoury snacks.

We come here often for patta gathia and the gujrati thali. We love it and are never disappointed!

Best place to get Indian sweets and savoury. I travel 50 miles to get the stuff from only Aarti Sweets. The quality is unmatched and the prices are very economical too. The staff is super efficient and very friendly. Love this place. I have added to shop in my favourites list on Google.

Wonderful quality farshaan and Mithai options. It beats many London places for quality and taste. Only thing I would change is if they had a bigger store to avoid heavy crowding. There is high demand here and queues frequently back out into the street

I bought methi-pack last weekend it is very tasty, just like homemade we had paperi ghthia, khanan dhokala, sev mamra, all very tasty.

Everything is good but they are always busy and have to wait for hours and hours but sometimes have to wait for something good.

Aarti is a Gujarati Sweet centre in Leicester. It is a popular place for take away snacks. I ordered a number of items like Kachoris, Dhokri-Khaman Dhokla & Samosas. The snacks are meant to have a hot, sour and slightly sweet taste. But, the kachoris were overly sweet and not nice. The samosas were more like Punjabi style & tasted okay but nothing special. The dhokris were okay too. Aarti’s food would be nice if they didn’t use so much sugar in savoury dishes.

Sorry to say vey disappoints with Arti Sweet Centre, we ended up queuing for over 45 min just to get £15 pounds worth of sweets, the service was appealing, the atmosphere very bad. After buying the sweets, the next day the sweets lost their taste.was it worth the hassel we went through to purchase the sweets NO! Dont waste your time here it is not worth the money one spends in the shop. Very Disappointed.

The whole team were accomodating, helpful and went above and beyond both with food tasting and the actual events of my wedding. The food was fantastic, and we continue to receive compliments about the food. All staff were presentable, professional, and polite. Thank you again to the whole team at Aarti's.

Samosas best iv had around..food tastes amazing and its worth waiting 5 minutes in the que to be served by a young lady with a smile 😊 my first time there I will be coming back again..

Prices are steep though not well organized for customers to que properly totally unorganized place do not visit unless you want to enter with arguments with other customers

Food is amazing and top quality. However you will age at least 10 years waiting to be served. Would be 5 stars if not for tiredly long wait times and slow staff.

Gogan bhai was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. All the staff were hospitable, smartly dressed in uniforms on the wedding day. The food was excellent and we had so many compliments on how good the food was. As we all know one of the most important aspects to a great wedding is the food and we achieved that with Aarti. Once more thankyou.

Lovely place to order proper genuine authentic Gujarati sweets. Shame they don’t answer the phone! Everytime you order from their website they mess up. You have to ring to tell the, you placed order, if they even answer phone!

Ordered food for my wife's 40th. Gogan Bhai was very attentive and helpful right from the start. We got the food tasted earlier and on delivery it was of the same quality. All our guests just loved the taste of each item on the menu. Would like to thank Mr Gogan for his awesome service and the chefs for their hardwork. Items: K Paneer, Veg Kofta curry, Baingan bharta. Keep it up Aarti team.

I was very disappointed when I rang numerous times a few days ago and no one would pick up the phone; I wanted to order a take-away; I then visited the place and whilst standing in the queue, other customers who came in had the same complaint! What was MOST ANNOYING and I feel UNPROFESSIONAL, was when the phone rang and one employee asked another employee if she should pick up the phone!!!!!.......this obviously means the staff are deliberately not answering phone. The management needs to WAKE UP and address this issue. If there are staffing issues then this needs to be dealt with too.The service provided should match The GOOD FOOD Aaarti makes .

Today I was deeply embarrassed by the staff stating that my card declined on some date which I never visited the shop. What troubled me the most was the lack of evidence or attempt to resolve the matter privately. It seemed like a baseless accusation made solely to embarrass me, I had never encountered such unprofessional conduct before. Never visiting this shop again

Unassuming little place on Melton Road (recommended). I ordered Farsi Puri, Mix Bhajias, Dhokra, Jalebis, Dry mung and Channa Dhal - the last two appeared to be roasted rather than fried as they weren't oily at all! All of the above were a hit....I can see why ppl from other parts of the country and Ireland (!!) would order from here to be delivered to them......

The Indian sweets and savoury snacks are nice, the jelebi is the best from here, in my opinion. Always a queue at this shop and I suppose that says alot about their quality.

One of the best Farsan shops Leicester! Me and my husband particularly enjoy the fresh pata gathi with chillis and sambara. It's unfortunate that the wait times are long (even when you order ahead) and it feels somewhat chaotic inside when trying to collect + pay 😅

So my first trip here in many years of living in Leicester always see lines of people… So went down in the morning to expect a long line which there was!!! But can I complain not at all the quality of the food I took away 10/10 the wait was worth it everything freshly made and flavour was on point… now I understand why people Line up outside for hours to get food from here!!!

This is one of the best place to get the indian (chevda) snack. Goes perfect with tea or just on its own. It is made fresh and with love. This place can get really busy so be ready to wait in a que. To me personally if you want fresh and tasty chevda this is the place to come. Worth the journey…. We come here all the way from London. Clean and friendly 👍🏽

November 2022 bought Papdi Gathia Mari they were not like their normal, they were very thick. Also taking advantage of cost of living . Increasing prices more than cost of living. Having said all that staff are brilliant.

Prices have gone up!!!! Also hygiene issue. Whilst being served several servers ocassionly touched their nose.

Horrible service. Actually zero customer service. Phones don't work. Lines are long. They don't know how to speed up and take their own sweet time. Shame. They have so much lines and no way to reduce them. Horrible people. Never again.

Really nice Indian takeaway shop. This is one of the best shop for savory items. We need a branch Coventry south. I am sounding their salesman. But this shop run by women's.

They do not put all the items you purchase in the bag so be very careful as this is not morally correct ...getting charged for something that they keep. When I complained they said that responsibility is with the customer to check! Absolutely incredible!
