Lambchops with rice. Looks nice option. But it was not well grilled. Too much burned. Not so good . Lamb had a taste like pickle.

Got extremely sick after the food , couldn't leave the toilet for hours , food must be contaminated . Stay away at all costs

Very poor customer service. Twice I said a mixed kebab with pita ( it comes with pita or chips) and a Diet Coke, then when he started preparing the meal said “Chips” Then to top it off he gave me a full fat coke. What does it take to serve a very simple order?

Ordered online to pick-up the mixed grill and meat samosa. The food was ready when I arrived at the stated time some fifteen minutes after ordering. When I returned to my hotel, the food was very hot and tasty and a large enough portion.

Turned up very late after a night out in Manchester to be greeted with a smile and attitude of how can help and making every effort to serve us it and most importantly it was excellent

I work close by, this place is loved by all of us. The lamb kebab is my fav. I do notice lots of drunk English people being horrible to the staff - that's not good.

We had a double cheese burger and the Phat Boi burger with fries and a drink. Both burgers were really good and so were the fries which were dry, hot and tasty. Be prepared though, they only take cash, but there's a cashpoint at the Shell garage next door.

We used to live around the corner and order from here regularly. Since moving further away we have struggled to find a takeaway to compete with Aadams. Their fish Karachi's is to die for. I'm not entirely sure what standard of customer service the dis satisfied donor munchers on here are expecting from a kebab shop.

1 star only because there is no option for zero or negative. Firstly I agree with many other reviewers, the main guy serving has SERIOUS customer service issues, unpolite...quiet and bad mannered. I was nothing but polite and friendly to him. Went to pay with card only to be bluntly told cash only. The food...if you can call it that ! It was full of what felt like small stones. NOT what I need for my teeth ...thanks ! Your nan bread....was it possibly an insole ? No taste and damp right disgusting. People are PAYING for your service/food...appreciate your customers, especially polite ones as they won't bother to return ever again....a bit like myself as I don't plan to visit the dentist eating your food !

Food ok but the portions are overpriced and really tiny. Total rip off, bought a large kebab and had about 5 pieces of meat. Guy behind the counter had a face down to his bum as well. Steer well clear of this place , as absolute con artists.

When I asked about the food he said we've ran out the driver should have told you. I asked about chips then he said I gave you a extra rice which we had no use for. The food tasted like it had been warmed up. I've eaten from here before and loved it but something has changed. Will not be ordering from here again

The main guy serving food is one of the worst customer-facing staff i have ever dealt with. Extremely unfriendly, needs to be replaced

I’ve been going here for years now as I work around the corner but it infuriates me that 2 years on, the card machine is still broken. You’d think by now that they would get it fixed. Despite covid and people not wanting to handle money, this doesn’t seem to have encouraged them to make that call to the company that supplies their machine. It’s just an excuse to take cash and then not declare their real earnings to the tax man whilst all of their customers are inconvenienced by this prehistoric way of paying for goods. Other than that, kebabs are good, never had a bad one 👍

We had our normal order of two margaritas and usually I cant fault them, really tasty and cooked to perfection. This time, the pizza was really thick one side and then about 2mm thick on the other. The pizza had melted and slipped onto the pizza box instead of the pizza. It wasnt sliced up. And parts of the dough was so tough it was like chewing through wood. Like I say, usually amazing pizzas but really let itself down this time. Will be the last time I visit unfortunately

Not even a one star, would be zero if possible, wanted a donner kebab and received a tray of cold hard donner meat and charged an extortionate price for the privilege, won’t go there again!

I’ve had a problem with just eat over this order and have been trying to sort it but because the restaurant as not marked the order as complete after over 48hrs they say there nothing they can do which is really not good enough and extremely bad service

Trash. Waited 40 minutes to go and collect. Got an alert saying it's ready to collect, went to pick it up and they hadn't even started preparing it. I had to stand in the store for 10 minutes whilst he stuck some fries in. Also I paid for large donner kebabs, I can't imagine what their small kebabs are like? Mouse sized?

Chicken tikka and lamb kebab lovely!

The food was flavourless the chips were cold and also burnt the chicken in the madras tasted like tofu it was a waste of time and money but I think the dog enjoyed it though

During the coronavirus pandemic i drove past and seen they was open, after not having a takeaway for 2 weeks i thought why not, the food was beyond disgracful. Got a curry with pilau and a spicy chicken burger n chips for the Mrs. The curry and pilau was sour, just the smell was quite off putting, dont even know why i tasted it. The chicken burger below par (ive had worse to be fair. The chips wer not fit for a dog This is a genuine review. First time i have ever been here. Staff wer sound place looked clean. Not too many fast food available in the immediate area. But.. this one has a good menu and food is tasty.

After a few to drink we fancied something to eat. We were staying at Copthorne Hotel which is literally across the street. I had lamb chops and rice and my friend had Peri Peri chicken and chips. It was absolutely delicious and I wish it was open when we checked out as I would’ve bought some home. Definitely recommend and friendly staff also.

Aadams isn't the sort of place that is too bothered about TripAdvisor reviews I'm sure, but I'm posting anyway. After watching Bowling For Soup at Victoria Warehouse we were in need of food on our way back to our hotel....and Aadams was the only place still serving after 11pm. The staff were perfectly reasonable to us and everyone except a couple of problem customers one of who was taking forever to order (there was already a huge queue) and the other was clearly stoned and had no idea what or where he was (I think he was believing he was a cat from space who had just entered the fourth dimension via an innocent looking fast food outlet....THAT'S how spaced he was)...so I think that the people complaining about the rude staff were probably themselves somewhat annoying. Anyhow, I digress as usual, so we ordered chicken burgers and chips...and the price was relatively cheap. We expected dodgy food but they were really good actually...perfectly spicy. Next time we are here, I'm sure we will be back for supper takeaway again.

No options to add salad or sauce to kebabs or burgers - chicken kebab was 4 chunks of chicken on a naan for 5.99 - far too expensive for the quality & amount. Delivery said 30-35 mins then said it would be 60 mins. Finally arrived 75 mins later. Food was hot but soggy.

Said to collect at 12:30 but only got it at 12:45 however made fresh to order and restaurant was very busy so not overly a problem. Food was great. Will be going again!!

This was the worst of ever ever had from Adam's is and I'm actually quite disgusted with it. the pizza was cold and it was quite rubbery to be honest I had to re heat it up in the microwave to make it any worse while eating. your nan bread with salad is actually a trading standard description violation because all you get is lettuce a salad includes tomatoes cucumbers peppers onions when I got there for the money is not even worth the train came in I'm sorry guys that is absolutely disgusting and it is absolutely money breaking on your behalf. And to make matters worse I ordered two drinks of diet Coke and I get diet Pepsi and you know just a hole there was a Maya of problems your delivery driver can find the address he phoned me up I tried to explain where it was three or 4 times and they had to go out to him from my job where are not supposed to leave the building, so thanks guys, you know tonight was a real mess and I might consider never ordering from you again because that was a major major let down!

Normally the food is decent from here. Ordered Kebab, Chicken Donner there wasn't much meat and it lacked any substantial flavor and the chili sauce wasn't nice at all. Wouldn't order it again. As said before normally the food is good but this time it wasn't.

Not a great selection in the immediate area so we were glad to find this place still open after a flight delay. To be honest, we were expecting much but got a pleasant surprise. The chilli chicken was freshly cooked and tasty. Was very good value. Being late at night there were a few aggressive customers who seemed drunk or on drugs that the staff had to deal with and we thought they were polite to them, even in the face of one customer shouting at them complaining about his food. We'd no complaints at all. The food was fine but the atmosphere was tense. We ate and left as quickly as possible.

Food arrived lukewarm and covered in grease., even the carrier bag was covered in it from it leaking out of the food container. The chips were soggy and tasteless, the naan bread was saturated with oil/grease that it was inedible.

I always liked Adams but this time it was awful!!! I ordered chicken beryani and the chicken was not cooked withe rice! They added grilled pieces of chicken to the rice and mixed it together! They did the same with the Chicken Rogan Josh! It was awful by all means- had to throw it away!

I ordered Vindaloo, because I really like this dish. I order this often in other restaurants and I prepare Vindaloo at home. What I got today was disgusting. Didn't taste like Vindaloo ... it was too salty, sour as if spoiled. No herbs inside like coriander. Never again...!!!

Very misleading menu, ‘2 kebab mix’ for £8 sounds like you would get 2 separate kebabs for £8. Would not have bought knowing it was £8 for just one kebab! Also no sauce and very basic kebab anyway

Great food as usual however wasn't as good as I've had in the past. Delivery service was very slow, was 1 hour late i wouldn't mind if they told me they was busy but every time i phoned up they said driver was on the way and then put phone down. Had to get justeat involved in the end and that seemed to have done the job.

The food didn’t come with any sauces, nor does the app prompt you to add sauces like most places. The double chicken burger was just 2 chicken breasts and 2 pieces of bread - no sauces or salads. A bit disappointing. Very fast delivery though which was positive.

Flo was sent covered in mayo. Requested garlic sauce on kebabs even called to reiterate this and had it confirmed, only for it to be still send with plain MAYO. Kids hate plain mayo, hence was a waste

The staff are really rude. I ordered a mixed kebab and when it came it was just a chicken. When I pointed this out the guy behind the counter got aggressive with me telling me I didn’t when me and my girlfriend plus a couple behind me heard me say it. He still argued that I didn’t and called me and everyone else liars. I mean it’s not hard to apologise and sort it out and even if he didn’t charge me right apologise explain he miss heard then tell me what extra I would owe and do his job. I felt like throwing the kebab at him but instead I walked out with it and tried to eat it only to find it was full of gristle anyway. It was that bad i couldn’t even eat it and had to bin it. The chicken burger my girlfriend had also looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Disgusting place never again.

Asked for a chicken tikka kebab. Waited ages while it cooked then the doofus who took my order and never noticed my credit card in my hand the whole time says no cards. They want customers to go next door to get in out of the hole in the wall but mine was a business card and I can only spend on it not take out. I didn’t have anything else on me so wasted my time and messed my tea up! How hard is it to take money on order or get a sign up saying your machine doesn’t work!?! Would have prevent the whole dog poo experience! Won’t go again, it’s in my boycott list.

We had a take away from here and ordered Tikka naan, Seek Kebab and chicken curry.Seek kebab was very nice and tender and it tasted very good.I would say curry was a bit oily if they could reduce the quantity of they use it would be good.

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. I ate here twice whilst staying at a hotel nearby. The first time I got a chicken tikka kebab and the second time I got a veggie hot pizza and chips. My partner got doner meat and salad. On both visits I couldn't fault the food. I thought they were very tasty, hot and reasonably priced. I would recommend and would eat here again if I'm ever in the area.

I selected a specific delivery time an hour and a half, The food Turned up 15 minuets later the delivery driver called and i advised i wasn't home yet and advised my requested time. He advised not his problem and ring resturant. I Rang the Restaurant and they advised they dont offer specific delivery times. When i advised the Website let me. I was told they will bring the Same order back in an hour but wouldnt make it fresh. The restaurant told me to complain to Just Eat

I wish I had read other reviews first before ordering. Some of my takeaway was cold. The chips were like eating cardboard. And too add insult to injury, when I ordered by phone I asked if I could pay by card, yes I was told. However when I collected my order, apparently the card machine didn't work and I was asked for cash. I told them I didn't have cash a working card machine suddenly appeared. Yes that old chestnut.

Place was disgusting. There’s a big fully built cobweb hanging from the ceiling to the counter. It’s got dead spiders and flies in it. As soon as I saw this I wasn’t going to eat here but I just looked at the staff and they speak to people like crap and look at you rude. The place is very unclean. This take away needs closing down. We ate from here before and the food was poor but was cleaner then this a few years ago. But now it’s awful. I wish I’d have taken pictures I’m gna go back in at some point and take pictures.

First thing is about the staffs attitude, it’s owe full , you will get a very cold attitude like you never welcome there , and they send me notice about order is ready then they toke me 20 minuets in the shop and serve others then me , and them food was good but not like professional just as a food it was fine but no more like amazing product .

Ready 10 mins early. Chicken tikka was excellent. Garlic bread was really bad compared to last time--no garlic on it! Pizza was enjoyable.
