No es el ambiente que nos gusta para una comida, pero es un pub y fue un día de rugby! Al ser de Yorkshire soy alérgica a la unión y a los tipos de ventiladores que tiene. Eso a un lado del pub fue excelente. Cerveza local perfecta, se podía oler el lúpulo tan pronto como se puso en la mesa. fabuloso plato de pescado, todo de alta calidad y fresco. Excelente catering sin gluten y nuestra hija es celiaca, así que realmente crítico para nosotros. Excelentes calamares para los estándares del Reino Unido. Servicio bueno si te gusta ordenar códigos QR. Los baños más limpios que he visto en un pub excepto el Rose and Crown en Romaldkirk.

Una cosa muy buena de Teuchters Landing es que no reservas, básicamente es el primer servicio. La comida es buena y hay una buena selección. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

An extremely good pub. There is a fire in the fireplace, which keeps you warm at the same time. Large selection of cask ales, local beers and generally a very wide range of beers. Fortunately, very few industrial beers. Everything was great, full recommendation.

An institution with a fantastic whisky list.

Really liked this place. Nice atmosphere- nice and cosy on a cold night. Food looked really nice.

This pub continues to thrive and deservedly so. It is friendly, has a great selection of drinks and interesting food offer and is an interesting building. There is a lot of outdoor seating and inside has some large televisions; these regularly show sport but they do not overwhelm the venue.

Super Fish and Chips. Mag eigentlich nicht so gerne aber dort war es echt super. Leider war etwas viel los und wir mussten in das neben Lokal. Geschmacklich aber extrem gut.

We had this pub recommended to us by a local, and weren’t disappointed. The staff were amazing at finding everyone the perfect spot on a cold Edinburgh day. Our meal was great and the mulled wine and cider were legit and delicious. The place was heaving and I can see why, I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Stumbled across this place on a recent stay in Leith and loved it. Wish we had somewhere like this on our doorstep where we live. Really cosy homely environment with good food to match - the chips are divine!

Love it. Excellent food, super good burgers and home-made fries. Unfortunately we couldn't order the seafood platter because we ran out of mussels. But also a wide choice of good quality puppy meals! Cozy place, relaxed vibe. Recommended if you are in Leith!

Awesome. Great beer choice, probably a 100 whiskeys and the biggest burger I have had in a long time. Candle lights. Other food coming out the kitchen looked excellent. Hand cut chips, it's a no brainer, go here and enjoy. Judging by the Signed Scotland Shirts, this is the place to watch Rugby Union. Highly recommended.

Easily one of the most enjoyable place I found in the city. Fish and chips was flawless. Beer was at it's best. A serious wiskey selection for order. Uber friendly staff and a location out of the path of everyday traveler.

Always a wonderful and cozy experience! Great beers on tap, friendly and efficient service, clean and cozy atmosphere! There is lots of seating so you can usually find a space so sit and enjoy your bevvies. Haven't had food here but it looks like solid pub grub.

Such a lovely pub. The rooms and decor on top of the location makes it a great place to relax and bring friends visiting. Nothing is too expensive and the food is super yummy (Cullen skink was delish)

Very very busy but we managed to get a table and had some food. Service and food was excellent. Beers were great too, but was a little difficult to see everything they had due to large mob at the bar.

Ordering is a bit weird. You have to order through their digital menu and your orders come to your table magically. If you are not very friendly with this kind of digital world, sorry for you. The best fish&chips we had in UK and the best creamy mussels in Edinburgh.

a beautiful and delicious place. Fish & Chips better than those in London, the fish was super fresh. We then had a spectacular fish and potato (skink) soup!! To top it all off, a sandwich with sausage and caramelized onions (they call it Teutchers dog) The place is lovely. They do not accept reservations. Super recommended

Classic pub in Leith, an institution. Decent food, huge variety of whisky and other beverages. Chill, no fuss, great outdoor space. As soon as the sun is out the place is buzzing.

Charming place in the Leith neighborhood! ! Great variety of local draft beer and whiskeys, ideal for a tasting. Typical Scottish food, very good. Both inside and outside the environment is great! If you go to Leith, this pub you should visit :-)

Mad busy, nice staff, good atmosphere, doesn’t take bookings so you may well be disappointed trying to sit for food. Food and drinks were great though so probably worth the effort.

We found this pub by chance as we had seen the lights from across the water. What a great find it was. We decided to eat there on our first night in Leith - and returned for every night we were there. The menu is varied and portions are plentiful. I would recommend the ploughman's board and the cheese board, as well as the fish an chips. Service is quick and the food always arrived piping hot. There is a fantastic variety of drinks on offer, from locally brewed beer and local gin, to an extensive range of whisky. Bar staff were helpful and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to find out about ingredients for us, and giving small tastes to assist choosing drinks. Would we return? We did - for 3 nights running!

Standard pub food. Good beers, nice staff. Location outside the center is also nice, not as many tourists as in the center.

Recommended by our B&B, and we know why! Super pub, with great ales, and spot-on menu. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, will definitely return next time we come up.

Amazing place with such a great vibe

Around 12 of us popped in on Wednesday evening after (sadly) a funeral but this was a great way to end the night. A good buzz in a busy place with a huge selection of whiskies, which went down well with our American visitors. Food smelt great and looked good, plenty eating. Staff very friendly and efficient. Most helpful in ordering taxis as we went our different ways.

This is a great pub. Fantastic selection of drinks. The food is excellent value for money since the portions are generous, and the service is quick and friendly. Only reason it’s not a five star is the app they make you use to order adds a pretty hefty surcharge. Other than that, this place is well worth a visit.

Joli et charmant resto typique avec un magnifique bar et une belle terrasse donnant sur le canal (nous sommes pas très loin.du port). Nous y avons mangé huîtres, coquille st-Jacques, Moules, et plein d'autres choses "de bar". Ce fut... délicieux !

Could do with more outdoor space especially on a busy day

Been there for years first time was when ian owned it when it was the waterfront he was a family friend there's a lovely bit outside were u can sit that's amazing, i think ian woild of loved the new outside seating this is and will always be one of my fave places to eat ..only thing today was sticky tables and floors and the stairs leading to the womens loo needed cleaned but other than that lovely x

An authentic pub with quality cuisine and fresh produce, the welcome is top notch. I recommend the fried squid, fish and chips and venison stew with my eyes closed.

Very cool location with a great drink selection. We ended up sitting on the barge on the water, which had me feeling a little lightheaded by the end (I'd have made an awful sailor). The Nachos with veggie chilli was great, though the chicken from two of our dishes was kind of dull (a bit dry, little flavor). I'm looking forward to coming back, I'll just skip the chicken dishes.

Came here for lunch during our last day in Edinburgh, one of the guides on the bus tours recommended it. It was very cold and the bar made me an improvised hot chocolate with baileys and whiskey that was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. I also got their fish and chips which was very flavorful and hearty. The staff was kind, and the service was quick.

Great pub! Friendly staff, great beers and selection of beveridge and good food. It's informal and feels both historic and quirky. It's cosy in winter and in summer they open up the pontoon so you can sit outside. Highly recommended.

We were very lucky with the weather 22°! We sat outside on the footbridge and had a delicious fish platter. Smoked salmon, hot smoked trout, mackerel pate, soused herring with bread, oatcakes, potato salad and pickles! We were absolutely blown away with the food and service. Highly recommend 👌

Iconic local pub. Special mention for the fried squid which is really worth it! Average oysters and good scallops. A good choice of local beers.

The employees are all extremely friendly; I'd come back just to visit. They have a ring toss game to choose your whisky. They have gluten free beers, and an extensive gluten free menu. IIt was a lot of, and I recommend stopping by.

Very pleasant pub with a good atmosphere and welcoming staff. We ordered two fish'n chips which turned out to be very generous. As a drink, a Guinness and a Coke For an addition of 58 euros. Don’t hesitate to stop there if you are in the area.

A special pub for me :) Beyond that, the atmosphere is great, the place is great... And the fish pie (I don't know if they still serve it), wonderful! A whiskey list as long as your arm: in short, at the top!

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, alongside an old harbour lock , this old pub has an incredible ambiance, both inside and out. We enjoyed it so much, we ate there twice. Considering the abundance of other excellent options, that says a lot. The food was phenomenal! The Cullen Skink (Smoked Fish Chowder) and Venison Bourgenon (Stew) were equally awesome.

You order via app, the food is really excellent, typical pub.

I first came to know about Teuchter's Landing when it featured on a tv programme a couple of years ago, so took the chance to visit last week when we were in the area to visit the excellent Lind & Lime gin distillery. The location is perfect, situated on Leith waterfront, and has extensive seating outside with many tables right on the water's edge. The drinks selection is also marvelous, with an excellent array of whiskies across a wide price range. There are also several excellent craft beers available, as well as the usual variety of other wines and spirits. The menu is okay, if slightly limited, and the fish & chips we had were very nice, though I have had better elsewhere. Staff were friendly and very efficient,, with the option to order at the bar or via a QR code at each table. My only criticism would be of the internal tables and chairs. While some may think the old furniture has character, it came across to me as dowdy. In addition, our table was sticky and remained so even after I had requested it to be cleaned. Even after a staff member had sprayed and wiped it, it still felt tacky and one of our beer mats stuck to it and came apart when we tried to lift it. I can't say if this applied to other tables inside, but it was definitely the case at our table. All in all, I'd happily recommend eating and drinking here, but it might be an idea to update some of the tables and chairs.

The food was good, I would like to only point out that the nachos we had weren't as good as expected. Very good service as a bar, friendly and kind staff. Excellent atmosphere.

My wife and I visited this popular pub yesterday and it has a really great location right on the water of Leith. We arrived before 5 o'clock and tried to order food but were surprised when we were told that you couldn't between 4 and 5. So we waited until 5 then the stampeded came as everyone was ordering at the same time. My wife ordered the burger and I got the chilli dog both were served with chips. The food was average at best with the chips being really soggy and the burger and dog being more bread than meat. Maybe the food was rushed due to the stampede of orders at 50'clock. We are both doggy people and this is a dog friendly pub but we were not too enamoured with the lack of responsibility some dg owners had with their pooches, letting them roam around the bar mooching for food. I understand that it is the owners responsibility but maybe there should be some house rules that dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to wander off. Not too sure if we would return for food but the setting is great and we will return for drinks.
