A Nice Sip in Belfast

Great bubble tea. The perfect wee break on a sunny afternoon - some bubble tea and a walk through botanic gardens / university area.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. I ordered a hot Taro green tea milk, which was delicious as they used fresh taro. Most bubble tea places use powder and taste artificial and/or powdery so it was really nice to see. Also noticed they had grapefruit green tea, which they claim to use freshly squeezed juice instead of flavoured syrup. I am a big fan of using fresh ingredients so this is nice to see. They also have an extensive menu with some unique drinks. Only downside was their bubble waffle. I had seen on their Instagram that they would cool it with a fan, like traditional egg waffles in Hong Kong. That is the key to making it nice and crisp on the outside. To my disappointment the waffle was still warm, and ended up soggy by the time I got home. When I bit into it it was also stoggy, not light and airy. Too much batter. It could be dependent of the staff who made it. You may go another day and have a great waffle, I'm not sure. Next time I will just order bubble tea and skip the egg waffle.

So nice to finally get a bubble tea in Belfast - please give theM lots of business so they don’t go away 🤪🤪 my son and i had lycee with aloe Vera and pearls and both yummy

Té de burbujas encantador. . a la moda y delicioso. . el dueño es simpático y divertido. . Vale la pena visitarlo y está muy cerca de la Universidad de Queens y de los jardines botánicos. ¡Belfast es una ciudad preciosa para visitar durante una escapada de fin de semana! !
