Disgusting food tasteless absolute waste of money DO NOT USE. Drive away as you’ll be wasting your money. First time but never again should ha ve realised when the food literally took 3 mins to get ready 😱😱

Despite enjoying a few takeaways from this establishment previously, ordering proved an awful experience. We ordered at 17:00 and, to cut a long story short, ended up receiving our order (which was tepid at best) at the back of 19:00. In between I phoned in enquiring about our order on at least 4 occasions only to be informed we should receive it in about 10/15 minutes. On the 5th call I was told that the delivery driver had been involved in an'altercation' and as such they would make up our order again & send it out tout de suite. When we eventually received it we were offered neither an apology nor any discount for our inconvenience at all!! Our evening was pretty much ruined due to so much time being wasted; suffice to say we will never darken their doors ever again!

Have had about 3 takeaways previously over the past year from this Chinese restaurant and on each occasion thoroughly enjoyed the food as well as appreciating the speedy delivery. I, nor any other members of my family, will ever be ordering any more food from this establishment due to our horrendous experience on 1st of May. I ordered the same takeaway we always get at 17:00 but, despite being told it should be with us by 15 minutes, had to call back at 17:45 due to hearing nothing. I was told to wait a further 10/15 minutes but still had received no order nor explanation by 16:10 and consequently phoned back again. I was promised the order had left the kitchen and was en route to my house. Surprise, surprise though, I was forced to call again at 16:35, and finally at 16:50 for the same reason. I cannot fault the young man who was manning the phones as the manager had understaffed the takeaway especially as it was both bank holiday Saturday night & the end of lockdown no 3. The aforementioned young man was asking customers to "hold on just a second" while checking where each respective order was and I could hear there were at least 4 other callers who had also been 'put on hold'. (The manager obviously is too cheap to purchase a proper telephone system for multiple calls as the the poor chap had to answer several mobile phones simultaneously). I was informed that the delivery driver had been involved in an 'altercation' (no doubt a euphemism for pranging another vehicle) and as such hadn't arrived. Why he could not have phoned his colleagues to pass the message on to the customers is beyond me. At this juncture I was promised a new order was to be made up & sent out via another driver tout de suite. My (lukewarm) food finally came at 19:20 with no deduction from the price being offered whatsoever by way of an apology or token of humility on behalf of A Bite of China. In conclusion I would say that I hope for their sake that this was a one off and that it was simply an evening to forget but I get the impression that the manager is simply uncaring about the way his establishment is perceived and/or he is just utterly incompetent!!

Food came very fast and was quite tasty. Special chow mein and special fried rice had the additional chicken and pork placed on top. Very little in the way of veggies. Fine for a quick take away but not a great Chinese meal.

Solíamos usar esto cuando era el palacio de Rubí. Primera orden el sábado y fue genial. Al igual que la antigua comida RP que nos encantó Definitivamente volverá a ordenar de nuevo Pollo al ají. Chow Mien. Fabuloso Les deseo lo mejor para llevar. Incluso el mismo repartidor del Ruby. Gracias 5 estrellas

I had heard this was under new management therefore we decided to give it a try. Already had a takeaway twice and on both occasions the food was excellent with ample portions and reasonably priced.
