The coffee is good, the food is good, but both the sandwich and cake was served on chipped crockery. Not a good look.

Probably the lowest quality cafe in liverpool - the shop 'feels' dirty and unclean (don't get me started on the toilers!) and it puts you off the idea of touching the food. But the food is priced at an almost comedic level. £5 for a slice of what is clearly a costco style cake that sits out getting flies on it. Honestly, I wish I was making this up - the way food is handled here, and the prices they charge, it's unbelievable. While the quality of the food is poor, the quality of the coffee is much worse. I thought this was meant to be a 'proper coffee' type place, but the roasting is really bad (apparently they do it themselves) and the coffee is pretty awful for the price they expect people to pay. The staff have all clearly given up too. They just don't care, and I was able to pry a little bit and it seems people have been dropping like flies from the shops and even from their head office. From the gossip I was able to get from them, apparently there's 2 main managers or owners that are causing all the problems with leaving etc. Sounds like a horrible place to work, and that clearly, sadly, translates into a horrible experience for customers and low, poor quality. I don't think this is a company that deserves any support from the people of liverpool.

A bit of a run down and sad place. Incredibly slow service, and insanely expensive for what it is. The coffee is honestly not that great and the food is very very cheap and made by the same person that's running around cleaning the toilet, making the coffee, serving customers etc. Think pound cafe type food, but they charge £6+ for it all because apparently they think they are a speciality coffee shop. If you are prepared to pay nearly £20 for a coffee and a cheap bagel then this is the place for you. Otherwise there's much better value to be found at Liverpools better cafes and coffee shops. Down the hill there are properly staffed places, with professionals in the kitchen making good food that will definitely cost you less - and have a less depressing atmosphere.

My flat white, served in one of their eco-friendly huskee cups, was excellent. But the real highlight was the friendly service. If I have a gripe it’s that my pain au chocolat could have been a bit bigger, but it was nice and fresh and tasted great.

A bit out of town but worth a visit. It has a great student vibe but us older customers were very welcome. There is a focus on healthy food freshly made.

Visited with my friend on a Saturday as we were visiting the cathedral. It was busy, and you just sat amongst others. The hot drink was nice and served in a nice plastic cup the waitress was alos lovely and friendly, I did go to to the toilet on the way out, however, I decided against this when I smelt them. I don't believe I would eat here as it had a bit of a dirty feel to the place, but it has got a 4-star hygine rating.

When I visited 92 Degree's with two friends on Saturday afternoon, just as the barista helpfully brought the coffees to our table, I clumsily knocked over one of the cups flooding the table and also caused a pool on the floor as well as splashing over my friend's clothes. I was very embarrased at the mess I had caused but the young female barista and her male colleague were so understanding and pleasant and put me at my ease. They quickly cleared up the mess and gave me another cup of coffee free of charge. I really appreciated the barista's lovely attitude and 92 Degrees are fortunate to have such an employee as part of their workforce.

This used to be a pretty decent coffee shop, the staff are usually friendly and the coffee not that bad. I've been a regular for a couple of years now and whilst there have always been times it's been clear they are understaffed, or under pressure, or just plain unhappy, it's been far worse in the last 6 months. The quality of the coffee, and quality of the food, has simply fallen off a cliff. There's a regular wait of 25+minutes even for a take away coffee, and I've lost count of the times I've watched flies crawling over the pastries at the front counter that sit completely open in front of the till. I hate to say it, as it's the young staff that will get the blame, but that level of hygiene and cleanliness is pretty disgusting. There's often just a single member of staff doing all the work, which is utterly stupid for a shop of that size unless they are making no money. Most depressing has been to hear second-hand from the staff how much they hate their jobs. It's a shame to see so many decent people leaving so often, but the extremely high turnover seems to be the result of poor management, and a fear of speaking up. In many, many conversations with tired, stressed and mentally drained staff, I get the impression that the people that run this company seem to rely on bullying and fear to keep a lid on how unhappy everyone is. It's a common complaint that senior management at the top are completely our of their depth and completely disconnected. You are better off at Starbucks around the corner, or Nero a little further up. More reasonably priced coffee, happier staff that know what their jobs are, a much, much higher level of food hygiene, and an actually reasonable wait.

Your not a cafe, you're a coffee shop.... and a poor one at that. 11.45 am on a Saturday and you had only a slice of cake or a croissant on offer? No sandwiches, no soups, toasties..ZILCH. It was my brothers idea to meet here prior to going on to some where else. He felt both embarrassed and sorry for suggesting it. So large Cappuccino and a hot ( or rather COLD) chocolate it was. If that was a large coffee then clearly a small one must be served in a shot glass. Don't take me for an idiot. There where around 3 mouthfulls of luke warm coffee and around 4 inches of froth in that brown beaker. What sort of 'cafe' can't offer a bit of butter or jam for a croissant ? My apolgies to any one who came in after us because my brother ate the last 2 panes chocolate with his luke warm coffee. You may have been let down by your suppliers but was it beyond your catering skills to pop out and get a loaf, bit of cheese and a few bagels?

We really loved our visit. Popped in for a quick coffee and a hot fresh croissant before work. Beautifully chilled with really good vibes. No fuss just what we needed to start off our busy day. Thanks for being brilliant.

Not been here before so felt like a visit for a coffee. My coffee was surprisingly on the cold side when it came to the table. It was swiftly exchanged however for a much warmer one. Called in to toilet on way out and the flush was completely non-functioning. I mentioned this to the staff as I was heading away and my coffee server went in and took the lid off and manged to activate it by lifting the mechanism. I guess this is one way of doing it but didn't leave a great impression of the place, as I left!! mmm... (Hope they have fixed this now).

Really poor experience. 30+ min wait for anything, unhappy customers walking out, too understaffed, and quality that has really dropped off since reopening. Spoke with one of the baristas there and they essentially described an upper management team that were actively horrible at worst, and hugely incompetent at best. I have no idea how staff put up with this, but it explains the high-turnover and low quality

Una cafetería muy acogedora donde poder tomar tu bebida de elección con leche de avena ecológica y un menú variado, con opciones vegetarianas. El personal es muy agradable y te hace sentir bienvenida en todo momento.

We visited the Hardman Street shop since we were walking past and thought it looked good...and it was! Excellent pastries and good coffee served by friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere. Great!

I visited 92 Degrees in Jamaica Street earlier today for the first time while on a business trip in Liverpool. I’m not usually one to ever write reviews for places - especially those that I went into for less than 10 minutes - however after such a lovely experience I felt the staff deserve the recognition they deserve. I was served by Callum who was informative and even grin and bared with my lack of coffee knowledge. He explained the different types to me and based on my taste even helped me choose one I was most likely to enjoy - which I did! The other staff were really kind also and spoke to customers with such kindness - not something you often see in coffee shops down south! Really lovely visit and I look forward to my next when I’m in the city again.

Just returned from an overnight at this hotel, very poor customer service. A few items missing from our room which I reported to reception, was informed they would deal with it and they didn't!when we checked out I asked if we could leave our bags till later as our train was later in the day, was told they don't have a luggage room which I think is really poor for a hotel this size. Won't be back.
