Great food as always . Manner of new girl on phone not great . She has no manners and doesnt care about the way she speaks to you when she makes mistakes . Not impressed

If your looking for a Chinese in girvan, THIS IS THE ONE!!! Oh my god it was absolutely gorgeous and they had a very big serving size, if your going, get the munch box, amazing

Ive used them 3 times now for pick up and waited 1 hour an ten minutes after being told 20 to 30 minutes Each time has been the same Life's too short

Food always been good so far decent prices and very good portion sizes always busy so wee bit of a wait but worth it

Best chinese around the area,food always fresh, hot and tasty, staff always friendly, owners/cooks always come out to chat if not to busy. Can get busy fri, sat so expect a wait but it's worth it

Wow first an certainly won’t be the last, just ordered a collected a peking style king prawn, fried rice an peking ribs…excellent a happy trucker..

Great takeaway , food excellent and loads of it. Reasonably priced, service great.

Beef was very fatty and not pleasant, cashew nuts were poor quality, fried rice was overcooked, bland and lukewarm, sauce was watery and tasteless. Astonished this place survives

Lovely takeaway, we were staying at local holiday park and fancied a takeaway. Food was amazing, cooks couldn’t be any nicer!! Would recommend to anyone local or staying at holiday parks close by. Was still roasting time we got back to accommodation!

Excellent food, very tasty and well cooked. Little things like actually having visible egg pieces through the fried rice side dish is something you dont see that much anymore and really adds to the overall flavour. Also good value and cheaper than my locally preferred one!

The best Singapore fried rice (extra spicy) I've ever had! Portion sizes are great. Will definitely order from here again.

Got a takeaway ,for 3 of us . Food delicious, good portions. Frequented by locals ,who were very cheery and all knew each other. This is always a good sign. Helpful staff. Will definitely be back .

Always great food, nothing ever to much

Waited 2 hours, we rang to ask if we could have a time it would arrive please, both times we rang they said it’s waiting to leave, so you can imagine after 2 hours how cold it would have been! Never arrived after that so we rang and just said don’t worry about it! Such a shame but 2 hours plus is a total joke just be honest if you can fulfill orders and people wouldn’t sit for hours till 22:00 at night for food

Rang for delivery and advised would be 1 hour, called after 1.5 hours to check and they said that the food had not left and were waiting for drivers, called again after 2 hours and still had not left the shop so had to cancel as no doubt the food had been sat there for at least an hour. Shocking would not recommend

Was passing through Girvan and stopped here by chance. The food was lovely and well portioned, great prices too.....definitely recommend 👌

Food is excellant . However 1 hour 25 mins for a pick up is shocking

On holiday ordered 4 meals tonight , all 4 of us said it was outstanding, big portions , hot and everything as it should be . Price just over £10 a head amazing keep up the good work .

We ordered a takeaway for collection and the guy on the phone was really helpful in adapting certain dishes for one of our family with dietary constraints. Food was ready on time, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. (Complementary Spring Rolls and Prawn Crackers were a nice touch.). Now our favourite Chinese Takeaway in the area.

I ordered my three items and it still had not been delivered after 1 hour 20 minutes and 3 phone calls. It arrived after 1 hour 35. The delivery driver said he only picked it up 10 minutes before. It was obvious on opening the food it had not been cooked 10 minutes before. I would say at least an hour before. £18.40 wasted and I won't be using again. Not a service I would recommend.

First time trying it was really good also deliver to caravan park wont be last ordering from here

Good is excellent and good value

It’s AMAZING definitely recommend the special box chicken fried rice, chips and curry at just £5.60 and the salt and chilli crispy chips along with PE King ribs and their prawn crackers are amazing

What a fabulous takeaway meal from no88! It was absolutely delicious. Large portions, perfectly seasoned and freshly cooked. We phoned ahead and collected in 35 mins on a Saturday night- great service. Thoroughly recommend.

We have been to lots of decent Chinese takeaways on our travels in camper van but this one 88 on the strength of what we had tonight Kung Po Mixed meat, spring rolls and we choose boiled rice We give this place 10 out of 10. All fresh tasting. Decent quantity of good quality fresh tasting ingredients, Nice tasting sauce, Spring rolls where crispy, and where well made, not greasy with a good filling. Wish we had a Chinese takeaway as good as this where we live. Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Nice food large portions polite staff

We were down for a weeks holiday and placed an order the girl taking the order was friendly and pleasant. We collected the order as we were 20mins from Girvan, the food was still. All 4 of us loved the food one of the best Chinese takeaway meals we have ever had. Even better than our favourite local. Delicious 😋

Well we ordered again from the 88 at 4.4.40 on Saturday 2nd April and didn't arrive until 6.25 for the 6 of us my wife phoned twice and on the second time to ask that is ordered at 4.40 I know that it has to be cooked but not 2hours when she phoned the girl just said SO not nice attitude and when it did arrive it was short so we will be ordering from Eddie's again

One of the best, try the honey, chilli crispy pork. Prawn cocktails are on the money.

Best Chinese takeaway in Girvan now. My favourites are Pancake rolls Salt and Chilli chips, special fried rice, and duck in black bean sauce. The staff are always efficient and friendly.

Stayed nearby on holiday drop in for a meal and was surprised by the quality and portion size, excellent value for the money. Delicious food.

Best Chinese I've been to and I'm from Cumbria and tried a lot of Chinese takeaways as I travel for work

Food was good but the only issue I have is they over charge, I got an order of what should of been £34.40 but when paying they charged £39 I wont be returning here as I wont be shafted out of cash, check your pricing before paying!!!

The food was very very tasty! HOWEVER, after experiencing the appalling customer service 'skills' of the woman working there we will never return as customers. She was rude, unhelpful and quite bluntly a rather horrible person. I feel very sorry for the owner and chefs at this company as this individual is really letting the company down.

Absolutely outstanding takeaway. We tried it on Saturday when staying nearby at Redgates, the food was amazing! Really good quality food, can’t wait to get back down to order it again!

Very nice meals good portion sizes

Sat waiting for ages but food was sitting already cooked for 10 mins atleast and sitting ready on the counter before she even said anything about my order. Was nearly freezing with the 5-10 minute journey home. Staff require training also! Not a clue how to count or work the till system 😂😂

Went in to order meal. Was surprised it cost over £16 for 2 meals, especially when one was small chicken fried rice. I then asked the woman serving me what the cost of each item was. The woman was extremely rude and cheeky to me, throwing the receipt at me and refusing to explain the costs. When I challenged her about how expensive it was she started shouting at me. Won't be back again and will be informing management. Shocking behaviour, this woman shouldn't be employed in a service environment.
