always great service, food always hot, and very fast delivery, use every time

However was overcharged. The free garlic bread with cheese wasn’t free and we are regulars also .. the bill was £41.35 and should have been £36.95

Living outside area this was a real treat to see a variety of options, well priced, good quality, cooked well and ready in time. Thanks for the service!

Chicken burger meal was meh meat was quite cold. Garlic pizza bread was on the cold side too along with a few items in the big daddy box being the donner meat and nuggets. The taste was there but could have done with being a bit hotter 👍

I wasn't happy with my korma it didn't look and taste good I was expecting a nice smooth sauce like I've had before it was very grainy won't be having it again from here

Just received an order from these, used them a few times and usually it’s alright. This time ordered a pizza, mega box chicken meal and some jalapeño bombers, food took over an hour to arrive which is fair enough given it was tea time and it’s busy. Food arrived stone cold, chicken wasn't as described and it was missing a few items. literally could whizz the pizza through the window it was that hard. Phoned them up to rectify as you do to be greeted in an aggressive tone told them items were missing didn't even get chance to get a word in edgeways afterwards as he was repeatedly speaking over me. Obviously no offer to redo the food to a better quality and warm and no refund. Like I would consider taking a discount or even think about ordering from here again! Absolute garbage!

There was an offer of spend over £25 and receive a complimentary cheesy garlic bread. This didn’t arrive. I tried contacting the store but had no response. I only spent extra to get this and I was disappointed when it didn’t arrive

I had the most delightful experience! The food was absolutely scrumptious and served piping hot. It arrived early, and the delivery driver greeted me with such kindness and politeness. I’m already excited to order from here again!

Ordered a pizza and onion rings waited well over an hour for a cold pizza and no onion rings but instead cold soggy rubbery chips without doubt the worst takeaway I’ve ever had would’ve been improved by not turning up at all!

Terrible service! I ordered a spicy beef pizza 12” The wait time was absolutely fine no issues there but when I received my pizza it’s been completely wrong no spicy beef at all but chicken pepperoni and some other ingredients. I’ve then gone to call the take away to get my order amended and they’ve done nothing to right their fault, asking over and over what do you want me to do. When I’ve then got frustrated and said leave it they’ve just hung up the phone! Not great customer service at all and it’s such a shame cause I have used them many times before and never had an issue. Really disappointed.

I came to 5in1 with a few friends as it was recommended to us. Ordered the chicken tandoori pizza and it was the best I’ve ever had! Came out hot and it was really fresh. Will definitely be coming back here.

Delivery driver was good, we have used this company for many years but on this occasion the food quality was poor, tasteless and greasy, will be awhile before we use them again, such a shame ☹️

Early arrival as per. Never disappointed. The chicken dippers and wedges are absolutely delicious. It would be helpful to have an option for a larger pot of beans. That's my only negative. This is my fav takeaway in Longridge.

Donner wrap was cold, you HAVE to pick a sauce and it charges you extra even though it’s listed as part of the wrap?? I couldn’t even taste or see any sauce in it! Also got 2 pieces of chicken both completely tasteless and one of them was almost completely bone … probably the worse takeaway I’ve had here.

The absolute worse Indian food I have ever had. More fool me for not buying from an actual Indian curry house. Low quality curry powder which left the curry extremely gritty in texture. Garlic Naan bread no flavour, wasn’t even a naan more like a pizza base. Onion bahji was like a thick patty minimum onion overpowering spices and chewy texture. Even the Mint sauce was not good. Cheap microwaveable ingredients. Stick to kebabs because this was poor effort all over

I ordered cheesy chips with my burger and therefore paid for cheesy chips. I however didn’t get cheese on my chips. I would like refunding the £1 that I paid for the extra cheese. If you need proof I took pictures

Had the tikka curry. Far too sweet. The onion bhaji not fresh by the looks of it and really dry. Disappointing

Order delivered was someone else's. Rectified within 10 mins. Unfortunately though the bbq base pizza didn't have bbq sauce. The donner meat was cold and the onion bhajis were so dry they tasted like cardboard. The worst I have ever tried. Overall a very poor exoerience

Probably worst donner meat I’ve ever had , like eating rubber. Needs cooking longer and probably a new supplier. Pizzas are really good though!!

You can’t complain. Tasty food with awesome service :). Pizza, kebab or burger time, go no where else, 5in1 is the place. Delivery was quicker than expected, food was hot and delivery driver was friendly. I wish there was an option to give more then 5 stars 😃
