3 for 10 Pizza in Leicester

Terrible service, mould on pizza base!!! Avoid at all costs. Owner pays cash in hand HMRC should look into that. I’d rather have eaten a pizza out the bin!

Ordered pizza and donor tray and was shocked to see food quality specially their donor. Wasted money would not recommend to anyone..

They are definitely not 3 for £10 pizza. Offer only applies if you order margarita pizzas. Even the 2 for £5 sides offer is now a 2 for £6 which is terrible considering the sides are £2.99 each This is the Leicester Narborough Road branch. Avoid unless you like being ripped off.

Ordered Pizza's on 31 March 2022 to be delivered for 12pm on 1 April 2022 for a work event. Called the establishment at 11.35 on 1 April 2022 to confirm pizza's would be delivered for 12pm. Branch owner slightly abrupt stating 'you don't need to call us, we'd call you if there was a problem'. Midday comes and no delivery. Driver rings at 12.10 to advise that he has arrived with pizza's. My colleague and I go to collect, no driver. Rang the driver at 12.13 no answer. Rang branch at 12.15 as the driver hasn't turned up. Numerous phonecalls between branch and driver - STILL NO DELIVERY. Rang branch at 12.20 advising that I would not be paying the delivery charge but happy to pay for the pizza's despite them being late. I was told this was okay. Driver finally arrives on foot at 12.27 (despite being told he could drive into the venue). I say I have rang the office and I will not pay delivery. Go to give driver money, he throws it at us, starts shouting and calling us 'cheaters' and that he'd 'pay for the pizza's out his own money'. He left the venue shouting. I rang the branch at 12.28 advising what had happened and advised that as per my previous conversation I will not pay delivery, especially now that the driver was so rude, and that I would come to the branch and pay the money for the pizza's less delivery on 2 April 2022. So, now it's 2 April 2022 and I go to the branch to pay for the pizza's around 4pm. All knew what had happened and the staff were nice and I paid for the pizza's. They apologised for the lateness and the behaviour of the driver. Well, I thought that was it. Well, it clearly wasn't! I get a call from a landline on my mobile at 4.46pm from the branch owner who felt it necessary to start raising his voice at me stating how I was in the wrong and that I had not phoned the branch regarding not paying delivery etc etc. I tried to explain what had happened and advised that I had and that I had made several calls witnessed by numerous people. The branch owner did not listen, talked over me and would not let me speak. I ended the call stating that I was not being spoken to like that. I cannot believe the rudeness of the branch owner. My colleagues advised me not to pay, but I thought no, let me be reasonable and do the right thing and went to pay. In all honesty, now, I wish I hadn't bothered. Who does this branch owner think he is? He assured me the pizza's would be delivered on time; he didn't tell me they'd be late; and then talks to me rudely. WOW! I am not saying the customer is always right, but no one should have the right to speak to anybody in a rude manner. He is lucky I paid! But I will make clear that we will not be using them again. If the owner of the branch can speak to customers like that, what must he treat his staff like!

So we ordered pizzas part of the 3 for £10 deal. Upon arrival checking the pizzas we realised they made a mistake in the order. We rang them back to notify them, after a considerable pause on their end I was told they would minus my pizza the next time I order or they would send another one out to me. I requested an other pizza as I had hungry children waiting. I waited nearly 40 minutes and when it did come it warm not even hot. Definatly will not be ordering ftom there again!

As their name states - 3 LARGE 12" pizza's for £10!!And they are tasty. A good variety and choice on there menu. I was surprised how good they made a BURGER in a pizza shop. Pizza's are Deep pan, fresh, good flavor, real cheesy and hot. To top it off they were fast on the delivery. They got there own website and phone app to order from, which makes it easier they always answer the phone also. They always know my last order, and I'm a regular, won't get my Pizza's from nowhere else. My kids only want them.
