Red peas soup, the kidney beans were under cooked and inedible. Ackee & salt fish was over priced for the portion size and didn't taste nice

That wasn’t curry goat. It was neck of lamb or something cause it wasn’t what I normally get

The soup was extremely salty and I was not able to eat it, despite trying to water it down

The worst oxtail I’ve tasted not to mention the tasteless rice & peas horrible. If that was a large I can’t imagine what a small, there was only 4 pieces of watered down oxtail

Order Large on many items. All I got was bones with both the Oxtail and curry goat. Asked for a large cabbage and it was tiny. Very disappointed

Lovely meal with generous portions. Good price and delivered on Time. The only complaint I have was there was only four kidney beans in the rice and peas portion but that didn't make any difference to the lovely meal. I will definitely use again.

Delicious and fantastic value! Fresh and good tasting with a large portion! Only thing I'd add is cut back on the salt as it drowned out a bit of the flavours. Superb!

Soup tasted very good, but dumplings were not cooked enough. Medium portions are small for the price. Curry goat was oily and had no sauce or veg which was disappointing. Rice and peas had no flavour; plantain was perfect however and a generous portion for the price. Delivered on time.

Unfortunately if you order on a Sunday evening you get what’s left and not much of a portion. All other times the food has been good

If I could give the food a 0 I would. The chicken was hard and dry barely any edible chicken to it. For a large I received less than a quarter of the chicken. My festival was tough like homeless man foot back. The only thing nice was the salad to be honest. Definitely will not be ordering again.

I order from here quite a bit, but this time the food wasn't nice. My mac and cheese was salty. The rice was clumpy, and the curry goat and peppered steak was oily.

I asked for gravy on my rice none was put on there! Despite pacificly asking. So i had to eat all my food dry. I don't know why Caribbean restaurants can't follow basic instructions! Would you eat your food dry? No. So why do it to your customers! When your meant to be serving your customers wants. Festival was hard and not soft and fresh, so was the plaintin the colslaw was try aswell. Very average.

Ordered here before good but yesterdays order had a weird smell. I kept smelling it unsure whether it was the cardboard box that it came in or if it was the food itself so i lefted it and decided to come back to it later. I removed the food into a bowl to reheat i smelt the food again still had a weird smell reheated the food still had a weird smell so again i left it alone. By later that evening going to bed i could smell a weird smell in the air so i removed the bowl of food to the kitchen and ate something else. Today i woke up went into my kitchen and still there was a bad smell in the air I went over to the food and for sure it smelt rotten it was so bad I had to throw the food away in bin and take it outside. Im not sure if the shop possibly ordered the food from somewhere else but that was horrible. Hopefully just a one off but it's really put me off from ordering again.

The first order wasn't good due to the hot weather; the food had gone off, so the manager went out of her way to rectify the issue and compensated me straight away without hesitation, and the second time around, the food was excellent. That, to me, is an accurate representation of customer service, and I will definitely order from them again

I was very disappointed with the food, the salad was brown and limp. The stew had no taste and the rice was soggy. Usually the food is good there.

I came in and had a burger which was absolutely amazing. However, the experience I received from the waitress was absolutely poor. I was served by a girl who was clearly high on some drug, who I believe to be called Arleah as I overheard her name being called by other staff members. This girl was slow, rude and quite frankly seemed unable to do her job properly being under the influence of drugs. Other staff members who I saw behind the tills were clearly put off by this waitress' behaviour but couldn't do anything about it. I feel sorry for them and the business as this unprofessional behaviour takes away the focus from how good the food is! To the owners: you seriously need to consider who you hire as these types of people will bring your business to the ground!!!

Ordered 2 patties only one came

Got peppered steak and rice and peas plus Mac and cheese all tasted nice but peppered steak was a little sweet and could do with some more scotch bonnet

First of all, I ordered the food after 10pm for dinner. The Resturant was closed and the Oder was accepted for next day delivery- without my knowledge. I tried to cancel but the food arrived after 12 noon the following day. When I called the Resturant they said the person who worked last night should have shut down the just eat machine so that orders would not go through but it is not their fault and I need to take this up with just eat. Additionally, I ordered 3 festivals and only one came. Poor experience. Poor customer service and the one festival that came looks like a man's private part 🙈

The curry goat was fatty , there was hardly any meat just bones and tasted old like ew The plantin was dry rock hard , like it had been sat on the side for days without being covered , the coleslaw tasted like it was bought from lidil , so no it was vile I will never be ordering again ew disgusting, waste of money and time .

Food arrived stone cold. Ordered loads from here but today my food was not good!

Flavours food arrived smelling and really disgusting, worst restaurant i to order food from, wasted money on food that couldn't be eaten and thrown away. Their customer service is very poor. No salad sent witn food like oe their menu. They need to clean up their act and stop sending brd food to customers, disgusting and horrible rresturant. Nasty food. Would never order from them again.
