Nice quality great birthday treat

The prawn butterfly starter was over cooked and chewy. The house chow mien was overcooked and stale tasting, did not have a pleasant taste at all. After reading the reviews I was looking forward to trying, so sadly, I'm disappointed.

Is someone going to contact me from Just Eat. I ordered food on 31/07/2024 for three hungry workers and we did not get it. I have messaged you through your just eat help page but you have not had the decency to contact me back. Very poor service and it’s not the first time we have ordered food and it has not been delivered but you have taken my money. Some one contact me today please (02/08/2024)

Quick delivery , items missing also required a paper receipt didn’t get one .. delivery guy wasn’t interested , items I did receive was hot and tasty . Only giving 2 stars due to a small order being messed up

Food was very delicious. Definitely found my local Chinese and will be ordering from 2pl dragon when I need my Chinese food fix.

Never had an issue with quality of food from here but today it was extremely poor.

Food took near enough an hour to arrive. Was not worth the wait unfortunately.. We ordered one hot and sour soup which looked nothing like soup! One beef chow mein and I requested ho fan noodles and got the opposite. The smallest and thinnest noodles I’ve ever seen. The beef has a foul smell. There is absolutely no seasoning in the chow mein. I’ve added some sweet chilli sauce and it’s given it flavour. Will not be coming back

Food was very poor. Chips was soggy and the chicken curry was very dry. Would not recommend this Chinese especially how expensive it becoming these days.

Never had issues before but we literally just got our order the lemon chicken is hard and dry to the point of breaking teeth the chicken in d noodles seem dry and old not happy at allll

My Gift vouvnre of £5.00 was not accepte. Voucher number is Z585-138H. Sqid was awful. Singapore noodle was awful.As a whole I was ver dissatisfied about this restaurant. Please refund my money. Food was not cheap- very expensive. I will not recommend this restaurant to any one in future

The duck is really good and tasty. Good value for food. One star taken as the chicken balls had an oily soul aftertaste.

I went there on Saturday night and my 1/4 crispy aromatic duck was so bad that I had to throw it away. It was like it had been heated up and no meat just skin crumbs. This was the worst I have ever had and I go there often but seems to be getting worse each time I have been recently. Will not be going back again

The food tasted like it was going off. The chicken chow mein was awful. It was soooo salty and not even sure it was chicken. We chicked it all away. My kid wouldn't even eat it. Never again. The spring rolls were soggy and mushy inside. What a waste seriously. If people eat this and think its OK well check what you are putting inside yourself.

We’ll as in picture is good taste but like lack sauce to dry specially me just been released from hospital I only eat half thanks

One of the orders ,salted chill ribs, DID NOT have a SINGLE BIT OF CHILLI in it,this is despite ordering this previously on multiple occasions.

Nice takeaway restaurant which is very good for value, love their megabox loads of food is great for the price

If I could have put 0 star I would have been a customer since 2004 and I can now officially say they are NO GOOD! Do not listen to the prefer correctly provide incorrect disgusting food and the tell the customer they are blind. Food quality POOR Customer Service POOR

For the amount of money paid very little food supplied. I assumed chilli beef would come with Rice but it didnt If i made the trip 4 mins away to get this food it would have cost under £20 so £16 pounds for a delivery service

Wasn’t that great especially for the price. Seaweed didn’t taste of much and slightly burnt. Prawn crackers were stale. The curry sauce had a weird plastic taste to it and the ribs were very fatty and boney not much meat. The salt and chilli chicken was alright.

Food was good, big portions and a lot of meat and vegetables. The beef was a bit salty but otherwise great!

food was ok. not great. tried this place as my normal go to place is closed on Mondays. sweet n sour chicken balls, sauce was fine, but the batter way too thick, less is more. beef chow mein was too wet and noodles too soft was almost mushy taste was just acceptable.

I was quite disappointed with the amount of food I got, I usually order from this place every week and to see how mean they've been with the meat is very sad and I will not be buying from here again

The worst place ever. The person at the til is soo unrespectful she did not take my order correct she started to argue . Very bad service she wouldn't be there if I was the owner her attitude socks. Such a yuck food. Did you even boil mushrooms ? My stomach is aching after having tofu and mushrooms. Looks like you don't even have idea of how much to boil, how much spicies to be added. Strange smell of something in the food.

Not fresh food. Mixed meat special fried rice was ready in 3 minutes. Started eating it as soon as I'd crossed Preston Rd and it was lukewarm. 10mins later when I'd finished it was cold. No wonder the place was empty. Why on earth would you risk a bad review to avoid wasting an old sfr I can't guess.

This is my favourite Chinese place. I have been eating there since primary school and still as good as then. The best king prawns in Kung Pau sauce and Peking style duck.

a glitch on the app didn’t allow to chose either beef or pork. Staff called to clarify and was very bitter on the phone.

Gave completely the wrong order. Phoned several times. Not helpful at all. Poor customer service.

Meat was in a seafood dish I ordered. They’ve just mixed their food with no consideration! Avoid if you keep pescatarian, halal or even vegetarian. They clearly don’t give a ****

Delivered me only one bag, and the restaurant forgot to give the driver the other ones so food came cold and 40 mins apart, and the restaurant were unapologetic about it. Food was also of low quality and not worth the price at all

the 'dry' Salt & Chilli Squid was swimming in grease which defeated the purpose of my ordering it. I did try it, but it was overcooked and too chewy. The chicken and SC soup was brown instead of the usual cloudy yellow colour and tasted burned,

I use this place very often However on this occasion the curry sauce was very different with a taste i could not figure out but very salty I ordered crispy chicken too for the first time which for the money was terrible could not even bite it. Today I have not felt good Sad as I use often but no more

I have ordered food from here before and it has been great but my latest order was bad. The squid I ordered should be dry but it came wet and didn't taste great at all. The only thing that wasn't that bad and edible was the rice. The chicken was dry. The delivery time wasn't that long but the food prep and cooking was really quick so I think that had something to do with the outcome of food not being at its best (food has been sitting around, popped in the microwave and out the door). Don't think I will be ordering from here again!

Regular customer until the day when I got my re-heat chicken chow main. Went home, taste it and the taste was like reheat chicken and the noodles were smelly. Went back to the shop and return it to them, maybe they need it for the next customer. Didn't get a refund or anything else,i just leave woth a big " sorry" from them as "sorry" solve everything. Shame!

The worst chinese I have ever had. The chicken satay was deep fried, very dry and chewy. The peanut sauce looked like something indescribable. The spring roll pastry was soggy inside. Absolutely horrible
