I love this place for lunch , dinner or coffee and treats in the morning. The food never fails to be fresh and tasty. Everything is home made from the bread to the soup, nothing frozen all dazzling flavours. The service is efficient and friendly.

202 Blackburn RoadExcellent little tea room. Booking ahead is advised. Had a sweet chili chicken wrap, and Bakewell tart. The sandwiches are pretty big and it's very reasonably priced!
