222 Cafe in Harrow

I adore coming here. I have been visiting this restaurant for about 18 years and have grown up with Ahmed and Maria (the owners) serving me delicious food. This is one of my favourite places to go; not only for the memories and the wonderful food but the kind and friendly atmosphere that Ahmed and Maria create. I have been meaning to write a review for a long time. I’m grateful for your special cafe and for you both. Thank you for everything. 😊

The menu is unclear the breakfast doesn’t come with tea or toast you have to order everything separately. By the time you get a full English you are paying over £15. Tried to speak to him about the menu and prices and he was in denial.

Extremely over priced. Paid £15 for a breakfast and coffee. Menu is unclear. Breakfast is missing multiple options. Don’t come here unless you wanna get ripped off. £15 is a joke.

I've been here many of times and it's so nice here the food is also very nice and also I have to say the man that works in there (useless with names) and his wife they are so welcoming and friendly also definitely recommend to try out

Great cooking but let down by being served INSTANT coffee full wack £3 - This put a real crimp in my afternoon. boiling hot black coffee too.

Went to this café today for the first time, I had a latte coffee along with two poached eggs on toast and baked beans at a cost of £9.05. This café is very comfortable as it has very comfortable chairs and tables. All loose and not fix together like picnic tables. The food was very well prepared and tasted very fresh. Café owner and staff. Very pleasant and talkative. Enjoyed my first visit there and will be for sure returning again soon.

The 222 Cafe is one of those great old style cafes that you used to find on every high street. Whether you are after just a coffee, a cooked breakfast, full meal or just a snack it is a great place to go and the food quality is good and definitely value for money. Unlike those impersonal franchise coffee shops which have taken over the owners of the 222 Cafe are lovely people who always provide service with a smile and a bit of banter. This place is a hidden jem, and is also a bit of a mini community hub which is geat to see.

Quality of food is very poor, over priced food. Stay clear

Maria and Ahmed create a warm environment in 222 Cafe. Whenever I can, love to pop in for early lunch - their baked potatoe with chilli and salad is a generous portion, and delicious. Cappuccino and kitkat to top it off! 🙂👍

Very expensive especially for lunch you don't want to be paying £12 😒. Food was good, would have given 5 stars except for food hygiene rating on "scores in the doors" of 3 and prices.

Love this place. Such a great place to relax and enjoy quality coffee and food. It's the cleanest place around piccadilly. Staff are very polite and provide excellent service.

Lovely atmosphere in this little café. Food is great, people are lovely and friendly, like a little family!

Friendly owners who remember facts about regular visitors. Good food, reasonably priced. Is wheelchair accessible, but seating can be a little cramped. There is outdoor seating to the front of the property for those that wish to smoke whilst eating/drinking, just a shame that others have to walk through it.

Lovely friendly local cafe. With good food and reasonable prices. Popular with elderly clientele. Closes at 4pm. Not open Sunday.

Nice feel to the place, classic cafe. Food is good. Portions a little on the small side though :(

Slow service, even during the afternoon when the cafe is half empty. Smaller portion sizes compared with other cafes on the same road or in the vicinity and generally overpriced.

Bad coffee - over-hot and tasteless cappuccino. Stick to Costa unfortunately.

Good place for a cooked breakfast
