Poor dough, cheap ingredients that are not fresh, not real pepperoni. Very poor and tasteless.

Ordered a tandoori chicken pizza on Saturday night. Pizza had a general off taste but didn’t think much of it. Same night Food poisoning. Entire weekend throwing up and on the toilet with the runs. Avoid at all costs

I am not satisfied with the pizza today. Its appearance is unappealing, and it is not cut properly, making it seem like just food served without any care. Additionally, I did not enjoy its taste, and I don't believe it is worth the price. I also want to add that they didn't provide us with napkins, a bag, or even a receipt for the purchase.

Good deals value for money. Pizzas tastes great, good customer service and very polite staff. We are now their regular customers.

Terrible Experience – Avoid! I had an absolutely awful experience with Slice Guys Pizza. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have sweetcorn, but when it arrived, there was none. When I called to inform them, the staff was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they argued with me and refused to do anything about it. Even when I offered to show proof of the missing ingredient, they still denied any responsibility and continued to speak to me in a rough and disrespectful manner. They had no sense of customer service at all! I have never been treated this badly by a restaurant before. If you care about good service and getting what you actually pay for, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. Absolutely unacceptable!

Been ordering pizza from this spot since it opened and honestly it has been consistent from the start. Always arrives warm and delicious when delivered. Top service from top guys!

The order seems to be delivered by the shop themselves. I ordered at 18.29 and the Pizza was delivered at 19.45. And it wasn't deep pan pizza, just felt thick. Also, it was wet and soggy when delivered. Not tasty too

One of the best pizza i've tried in the uk staff is absolutely amazing the delivery service is the fastest i have ever seen nice quality pizza's and great quantity would recommend everyone to try there pizza's and yeah collection prizes are superb.

The service from the restaurant is always amazing and they even gave me a complimentary drink for picking my order up despite being busy.

The most disgusting takeaway ever nachos we're burnt and all stuck together in one congealed lump also cold on delivery.Cheese bites were horrible awful cheese filling and cold and soggy outside.Wont use them again order was also over 15 mins late.

The food was delicious, tandoori chicken pizza was hot compared to what I am used to and the pepperoni pizza presentation was different too, but both pizzas tasted great. The wings & potato wedges were good too, the wings was a bit hot but tasty. Delivery was late, when order was placed it was 6:05 changed to 6:15 but was delivered around 6:25. Took a total of 1:25 hours from placing order to delivery.

I ordered a pizza they said 15 minutes waiting time after the waiting time when I went there for pizza collection my pizza wasn’t ready I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. Finally I got the pizza and went home straightway when I arrived home I open the pizza box and try to eat sadly my pizza was burn I rang them they said bring back the pizza they need to investigate it and they are very busy and cut off the line. No apologies no replacements nothing hugely disappointing. Normally every week or once every few weeks we order from them now I stop and saying every one stop using them. Because they was so rude and they don’t know how to treat customers. I attached few pictures of pizza.

They open when they want to and never have 7 inch pizza. Service is poor and the pizza quality has gone recently. Over cooked

My order was incorrect, should've been a peperoni pizza and a Margarita with onion & Mushrooms. The margarita came without the extras, these were put on the peperoni pizza instead. The time showing for delivery was 45mins but this changed to between 75 and 90 minutes. The only reason I went with the order was because it had a 40% off offer.yes we ate the food because the wait was so long, ... The moral of the story is don't be a cheapskate because you probably won't get the bargain you expect.

not normally one to complain so easily and I normally have great food from the restaurant. but very disappointed this time. I feel like I was penalised for the fact that I used my stamp card to get money off. ended up getting a thin crust pizza instead of the deep pan that I had ordered. just eat have also been useless in trying to get the issue resolved!!!

I recently placed an order with Slice Guys and spoke to an incredibly rude and abrupt staff member. I requested two minor topping changes on one pizza out of the three I ordered. I was told this wasn’t possible because of their 40% off offer. the entire purpose of such deals should be to attract new customers, not push them away permanently, clearly the guy has no brain. Having just moved to the area, I was hoping to find a reliable local pizza place, but this experience has completely put me off. If a simple request like this is too much, I have no confidence in their ability to make a decent pizza. Congratulations to the staff member who refused, you’ve successfully ensured I will never try to order from here again. Ordered from the big guy Pizza Hut instead, I order 2-4 times a month by the way, give yourself a pat on the back lol

This place is a joke. You can never an order ontime. Each time I have called they give you a ridiculous time for either pickup, or even worse delivery. Wouldn't bother calling them.

Terrible experience! I ordered a Vegetarian Hot Pizza without mushrooms on Uber Eats, waited nearly an hour, and they delivered a chicken (non-veg) pizza instead. Tried calling multiple times, and after a long wait, they blamed it on a "busy kitchen." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Deep pan is more like a regular crust, thin crust is quite oily.. Overall a nice pie and fresh enough ingredients, taste nice

I have tried ordering on justeat after hearing good reviews about the restaurant from one of my friend and they first accepted the order then they cancelled it lying that They has cancelled my order because they tried calling to double check my details but i have not recieved their call, which is a big fat lie because I have not recieved any call at all and my phone is with me all the time.. never gonna buy from this place again

2nd time I've ordered online for a home delivery from Slice Guys. Both times money is taken from my bank account but order is not actioned & had to chase up by phone (when they eventually pick up) waited over a hour to finally get my order. Very disappointed - It's back to Papa Mia for me. Twice bitten ...

Disappointed on the food here. Had an issue with both orders having human hair deposits. It’s one person running the kitchen and dealing with customers including delivery drivers that come to collect. We managed to get a refund with the guy paying out of his own pocket which suggests the ownership belongs to someone that doesn’t understand how to manage their people. 2 stars given as member of staff was apologetic and arranged refund.

Don’t answer their phones or answer any messages sent through their website so no way to ask any questions. No mention of vegan pizza on the website, very disappointing.

Chicken was really good... we had to wait so they offered a free 2x Chicken wings (only because it was late tbh and near closing) but they went the extra mile to provide a good service. Thanks

When I tried to process a refund, I was refused with a private message from a worker saying "Naah your order isn't cancelled he's on it way should be with u in 5". The driver was also not from JustEat. Due to such late arrival, I was late for an appointment.
