Slice Guys - Pizza & Wings in Harrow

The order seems to be delivered by the shop themselves. I ordered at 18.29 and the Pizza was delivered at 19.45. And it wasn't deep pan pizza, just felt thick. Also, it was wet and soggy when delivered. Not tasty too

The service from the restaurant is always amazing and they even gave me a complimentary drink for picking my order up despite being busy.

The food was delicious, tandoori chicken pizza was hot compared to what I am used to and the pepperoni pizza presentation was different too, but both pizzas tasted great. The wings & potato wedges were good too, the wings was a bit hot but tasty. Delivery was late, when order was placed it was 6:05 changed to 6:15 but was delivered around 6:25. Took a total of 1:25 hours from placing order to delivery.

My order was incorrect, should've been a peperoni pizza and a Margarita with onion & Mushrooms. The margarita came without the extras, these were put on the peperoni pizza instead. The time showing for delivery was 45mins but this changed to between 75 and 90 minutes. The only reason I went with the order was because it had a 40% off offer.yes we ate the food because the wait was so long, ... The moral of the story is don't be a cheapskate because you probably won't get the bargain you expect.

didn't give Me my friend chilli's on my pizza amd gave me spicy wings instead of lemon pepper. I'm not happy at all

not normally one to complain so easily and I normally have great food from the restaurant. but very disappointed this time. I feel like I was penalised for the fact that I used my stamp card to get money off. ended up getting a thin crust pizza instead of the deep pan that I had ordered. just eat have also been useless in trying to get the issue resolved!!!

I recently placed an order with Slice Guys and spoke to an incredibly rude and abrupt staff member. I requested two minor topping changes on one pizza out of the three I ordered. I was told this wasn’t possible because of their 40% off offer. the entire purpose of such deals should be to attract new customers, not push them away permanently, clearly the guy has no brain. Having just moved to the area, I was hoping to find a reliable local pizza place, but this experience has completely put me off. If a simple request like this is too much, I have no confidence in their ability to make a decent pizza. Congratulations to the staff member who refused, you’ve successfully ensured I will never try to order from here again. Ordered from the big guy Pizza Hut instead, I order 2-4 times a month by the way, give yourself a pat on the back lol

Very clean place to visit, we changed a few things on the pizza which the man was happy to do and very reasonable price and taste lovely

They open when they want to and never have 7 inch pizza. Service is poor but good pizza when they want to work.

This place is a joke. You can never an order ontime. Each time I have called they give you a ridiculous time for either pickup, or even worse delivery. Wouldn't bother calling them.

Ordered several variety of pizzas for Christmas Day and they were all perfect and ready on time for collection. Really delicious and their super size are massive.

Terrible experience! I ordered a Vegetarian Hot Pizza without mushrooms on Uber Eats, waited nearly an hour, and they delivered a chicken (non-veg) pizza instead. Tried calling multiple times, and after a long wait, they blamed it on a "busy kitchen." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Deep pan is more like a regular crust, thin crust is quite oily.. Overall a nice pie and fresh enough ingredients, taste nice

They are Pathological liars . I have tried ordering on justeat after hearing good reviews about the restaurant from one of my friend and they first accepted the order then they cancelled it lying that They has cancelled my order because they tried calling to double check my details but i have not recieved their call, which is a big fat lie because I have not recieved any call at all and my phone is with me all the time.. never gonna buy from this place again

Both times money is taken from my bank account but order is not actioned & had to chase up by phone (when they eventually pick up) waited over a hour to finally get my order. Disappointed on the food here. Had an issue with both orders having human hair deposits. It’s one person running the kitchen and dealing with customers including delivery drivers that come to collect. We managed to get a refund with the guy paying out of his own pocket which suggests the ownership belongs to someone that doesn’t understand how to manage their people. 2 stars given as member of staff was apologetic and arranged refund.

Don’t answer their phones or answer any messages sent through their website so no way to ask any questions. No mention of vegan pizza on the website, very disappointing.

I started eating slice guys a year ago, professional staff, good community. Best Pizza in North East London. Cheap pizza too!

Expected better!!! Ordered 2 pizzas they were horrible and oily very disappointing. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again from there and wouldn’t recommend the pizzas to anyone.

Food was 1hr 25 mins late and arrived luke warm and i had to warm it up in the oven. Chicken bites were burnt and lukewarm also (I live one mile away). When I tried to process a refund, I was refused with a private message from a worker saying "Naah your order isn't cancelled he's on it way should be with u in 5". The driver was also not from JustEat. Due to such late arrival, I was late for an appointment. Really disappointed as this is the only pizza place we regularly order from, won't be anymore. Cold and overcooked chicken bites. I am really frustrated and annoyed and I have a guest and this food was for our lunch. Just really really embarrassed

a giant pizza with stuffed crust and numerous toppings i picked, arriving hot to my window is just heaven🥰 and it lasts a couple of days. at his point... its almost cheaper than buying groceries for 2 days😖

I ordered 2 pizzas For Deliverey , guy over the phone told me 20 minutes, I was will get delivery, I called him after 45 minutes, he said delivery take between 15 minutes to 1 hour , I called him again , he said pizza is still in oven and I will get in next 15 minutes but I still didn’t it’s 9:24 pm , I ordered at 8:06 pm. Rubbish service , It is better get from somewhere else, not from them

Just had 2x 15" from these guys and I always see the same person working so many days a week, proper hard worker. Been getting food from them since they opened and they only get better, quality and freshness is over the top, you won't find better price per quality anywhere in north west London. Shout-out to you guys you always give me my food at perfect temperature and always tasting fresh.

I am very unsatisfied with the food, it was a big let down. the food took so long to come making it cold, half of it got mashed up, ended up throwing majority of it in the bin. I Would like a refund as soon as possible.

I have always ordered takeaway from Slice guys. They take approximately 40-45 minutes to get a pizza ready. Saying that last time my pizza was ready within 35 minutes. Prices are very reasonable and the pizza tastes yummy. And of course it’s halal.

Ordered online, pizza took over 3 hours to arrive. Called the store, who was unwilling to help, claiming that it was our fault since we had confirmed the order (which we never did). Also had a family member order from them before and the food never arrived for them (and family member had spent over £50 here! No refund either!). Unacceptable. Is it so hard to deliver the food which people order at a timely manner??? Disappointing to say the least...

Delivery 10/10, food was hot 10/10. Quality 4/10 ,dough lacked flavour, ingredients of very low quality for what they charge.

One of the best pizza outlets in London! I am a spicy pizza fan and tried one of their hot veggie pizza, it was super delicious! Had a 15" thin crust and the taste was absolutely amazing. All the flavours came together nicely. Would definitely recomment especially for a takeaway if you like your pizza piping hot!

Slice Guys never fail to deliver top quality pizza's with freshly prepared ingredients. The only go to pizza in the area & always recommend to others! Can honestly say I've never had an issue with my orders since the place first opened up. Slice guys have also been supporting numerous community events!
