It was amazing.The staff are really friendly, the food is amazing and everything is neat and tidy

Not hygiene and people are serving food with out proper hygiene. 5 of our friend went for dinner and all of them got stomach upset

fabulous all you can eat buffet restaurant in my standards.. service was really quick. great selection of foods, from pizza, sushi, burgers, etc, theres lots of options available. staff were actually really nice and friendly. buffet felt very luxurious and it's quite big too. theres free wifi and the restrooms were clean. lively and nice atmosphere. it was also somewhat fair-priced for 5 people... more on the expensive side though. overall i recommend this place. it is really good as a restaurant

The food was delicious and flavorful, however, the lack of Nepalese cuisine was a notable omission.

We went for a birthday meal as a group of 7, we had booked online and when we went in the lady at the door looked gone out when we had said we had booked a table. No one came to take drink orders, we had to call them over. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else then here. The food was okay, not much of a selection. The sushi bar was very disappointing. They charged us a service charge but odd as there wasn't much service. I would not go again.

People are nice but paid £23.24 for a meal and a coca cola. Two years ago a meal was £12.00 now £18.99.... Food is the same quality....not bad but not extraordinary. The restaurant was empty maybe because of the price. In the end they wanted to charge 2.00 for the service....service???????? Never ever again I will go there.......

Average place to go if you like buffet food , food had z really good selection to choose from and food was hot.... our only problem was it was advertised as £12.99 each on a Wednesday, it said it on there website and was also on a flyer on our table and yet when we went to pay the gentleman on the till wouldn't have it and said it was wrong and the cost each was £18.99 , he actually got quite aggi with us pretending he didn't understand what we was saying and the other staff was no help either so we paid our bill and left ... we will not be coming back that's for sure ...

Clean, well presented buffet restaurant. Parking adjacent to building. Table service for drinks. Self-service food selection. Staff clear plates from tables regularly. Remember to hold on to your cutlery. Nice venue for a celebration event.

We arrived just after opening time having booked our table, and although sat down by staff, we were not told when the food was available for selection, so effectively had to guess. Some of the food was still cold, the shrimp were overcooked, and some of the desserts, namely the choc sponge squares were dry/stale. However, some of the food was otherwise very good (pizza, lamb chops, jerk chicken, goat and lamb curries, garlic egg fried rice for instance) and the 'virgin-colada' was also good. Given the amount of seating the food station area seems quite small, if it were busy I'd imagine it would be quite difficult to get around.

The good has a wide variety, with amazing deserts and courses. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is welcoming and cool

Excellent service, wonderful food, nice people. I love my butter chicken and I gave 2 dolls dolla tip. Also there was a magic man who could do everything and he gave me 2 waffles with ice cream and a chocolate drizzle 😛😛🤔🤔🫡🫡

Ok here's the good: the food is fantastic and there's tons of variety. Here's the bad: the servers are SLOW. It took 20 mins to get out drinks AFTER ordering them The REALLY bad: you will be on the toilet 8 to 10 times after eating here in what is sure to be one of the most miserable nights of your life. You're going to pray for it to end, and God will show no mercy. You're going to cry, wail, and finally fall asleep from exhaustion. The next day will be better, but you'll be traumatized. So, all in all, great food, poor service, and regret for days.

Just stocked. Compared to when it just opened ,it's now so bad. Slow service, had to remind and ask about drinks we ordered twice. The staff doesn't wear no gloves when handling food. The atmosphere was very cold and not really welcoming. Plus, after visiting this place, my wife and i had stomach problems. And they had some strange special price for Christmas season, all day 20.99 instead of the normal 12.99 lunch price. Definitely not returning there AGAIN.

Food was OK, not as expected, but my family had a great time. Service was that great and too expensive for what you get per person compare to others I've had.

We are here many times always good food and nice service, now days have more options susi, live grill prawns and lamb chup. Really enjoy.

Went with my daughter it was a toss up between here and nines in Cambridge we chose here 35 miles each way to make a change what a mistake that was as most of the other complaints lifeless atmosphere cold food that was literally 75% Indian, limited choices, Italian was one pizza, garlic bread and an unnamed pasta, cakes were dry etc etc as they say once bitten twice shy it's not even cheap to justify it dearer than nines and Cosmo I'd rather drive to Ipswich than go here again

All you can eat buffet. Wonderful selection of Indian and mainly Asian food, as well as Mexican food.

Awful. Food was hard, dry cold and crap, chicken wings uncooked. One of us ordered a plate for a child, didnt turn up till 5 mins before we were ready to leave. There wasn't really a well cooked or decent tasting dish there. Guy at the desk then tried charging for an extra 2 adults at the end, when there were 4 adults 4 kids, not 6 adults, then questioned me as if to say i didn't know who i was with. Definately not going again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Overpriced Crap. All you can eat, but would you want to? Motto on the wall made me laugh though, " All you can eat....... but can you eat all you can take?" Something like that. Well my answer was No, because you cant chew the meat or enjoy the taste. You know why they don't ask you if everything is alright 🤣

Absolute money thieves.... they dont warn they'll charge £6.50+ for takeaway which is a crazy price for a small container anyways!! They say "dont waste food" but yet when you want your leftovers for the next day.. they secretly charge £6.50. We complained to the owner, we are already paying for eating there, his staff did NOT warn us we'll be charged to take our leftovers & he absolutely did not care. Complete greedy theieves.

Quick service, loads of good food options

Where do I even start with this place, so after arriving around 18-30pm for dinner, the place felt very empty but I suppose it could be because it was during the week. After going up to get our food we sat down and started to eat, I noticed 2 of the chefs cooking chicken korma were dipping there fingers in and tasting whilst re dipping again I generally couldn't believe what I was witnessing, oh and we also found a hair in the chips but that was not the issue here. So 3 of us immediately went upto the desk to speak to the manager and she didn't seem bothered whilst telling her, the Lady spoke to the owner of the place and he seemed confused and just said I do apologise and that was that, safe to say we will not be visiting this place again ans I truly wish everyone who attends this place good luck!!!!

I recently visited 2020 Buffet, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The spread was really good, featuring a wide array of cuisines from around the world. The seafood selection was particularly good. The live cooking stations added a fun element to the experience, allowing me to customise my dishes. The dessert section was a paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth, offering a tempting variety of cakes, hot waffles , and ice creams. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was impeccable.Big thank you to Pramod!

Very limited item variations for a buffet. Tasted vegetarian food and taste is not that good. Few of my friends tasted chicken and meat but they are also not satisfied with the taste. If you are looking for a place to taste Indian food please look for another place where they have buffet.

Could be great with a few tweaks! Disappointing no duck / chicken pakora, given the large indian selection/focus would have thought pakora to be a staple. No bowls policy with ice cream / chocolate fountain was rather odd! Great Indian selection though.

Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the “mutton curry.” “Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! First of all, the money you pay it is absolutely worth it. A buffet with so many choices and they also have on the spot cooking station 😍 The staffs are very nice and you get attended very quickly. Thanks to binita and also to every co worker's there,The drinks are also very affordable. Totally i recommend this venue 💯

Disruptive wait staff, Dried out food and Enough vodka in a sex on a beach to put a whale down. I had come here to grab dinner yesterday and felt like I'd been cheated out of £65.07, the food should not be served to anyone; The pizza tasted like cardboard, The fries were so dried out by the heat lamps, the chicken wings were described as "Spicy wings" but they too were dry and the only taste I got from them was a burnt barbeque flavor. Whilst the wait staff were nice to talk to, they acted like vultures (Constantly circling, looking for empty plates and had no patience to wait for the other person at my table to finish.) The bar staff need mixing lessons when it comes to cocktails as my Sex on the beach Cocktail tasted of pure Vodka, it was like trying to drink a glass of ethanolamine. Safe to say we will not be coming back again which is a shame as the standards of the food a few years ago in this place was actually decent but now it has obviously crashed and burned.

We had an excellent dining experience the staffs was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty and also checking in just the right amount of quantity 👍🏼 The staff's warm welcoming made us feel right at home, and their professionalism, despite a busy night, was truly impressive. The best place to eat and meet with friends in Peterborough.

Surprisingly good food, freshly cooked in front of you. A good variety of dishes from around the world at reasonable quality, including a selection of vegetarian and fish dishes. The venue is enormous, which means you'll rarely be turned away. Can make for a busy experience at the buffet tables though. Staff are attentive and quick to clear your plates, and there's no judgement or stigma if you go up 4 or 5 (or in my case, 8) times. Steaks and burgers cooked to order, other mains, sides, and sundries are loaded up and replenished as needed. Nice dessert bar, with a very tempting chocolate fountain. My waistline is thankful that Peterborough is far enough away to make this an occasional treat only!

Horrible Experience with Dishonest Staff: This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will definitely not visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff at the counter were really dishonest, and the food was terrible. We visited the restaurant the week before last for lunch. We asked one of the staff at the counter whether they had free parking, and they confirmed that there was free parking for up to 2 hours for restaurant customers. The staff member directed us to a nearby parking space and assured us that parking was free for up to 2 hours. I confirmed this twice before parking, and the counter person reiterated the same thing, also mentioning that we didn't need to pay a service charge. So, we parked the car as suggested and had lunch. We were there for only 1 hour and 5 minutes for the buffet lunch. Afterward, we paid and returned to London. Recently, we received a parking charge ticket costing £100, which was really frustrating as it wasn't our fault. We contacted the restaurant by phone, and they asked us to send an email, which we did. All the staff denied telling us about the free parking. I requested the camera footage to identify the person we spoke with, but they constantly denied our request. They sent some footage of us eating but didn't include the footage of us discussing at the counter. After several requests, they sent some footage but omitted the part where we were discussing parking. Finally, they claimed we didn't speak to anyone about it. It's really surprising how people can be so dishonest, which is really disgusting. Please spread this incident so others are aware. As someone of Asian origin, I can say the food they serve is not authentic at all and doesn't taste good. It's just a waste of money.

2020 world buffet is just a rebranded jimmy spice ( exact same shop). The food is nice, especially the custom Chinese wok area. The staff are constantly roaming around you

We were here for a birthday party. The space is huge with a wide array of cuisine to choose from. The meals were delicious,wait staff were very polite and helpful. The lady at the waffle/ice cream station as well as the Manager Binita/Vinita (I'm not sure of the spelling) were really nice. It surely has become a favourite and I look forward to returning.

There are three or four waitresses patrolling the tables like store security guards. They've obviously been told to collect customers plates as quickly as possible. The food is a mixed bag, with the pizza being especially bad. Cheap, tasteless supermarket frozen pizza isn't what I'd expect in a resteraunt charging £20 per person. My meal and drink definitely wasn't worth the 26 bill, they even have the cheek to add a service charge, even though the service is so rough. Also, if you go on a weekend prepare yourself for a load of screaming kids running around while you eat.

I've visited the buffet a day ago with my friends we had a wonderful eating experience.I will definitely be making a return visit to the restaurant and will be recommending to all off my friends.We were well look after by the Manager Mr Pramod and his staffs especially Ms Libina. A big well done to the staff and chefs.

Totally loved the customer service. We hosted an engagement dinner for my friend and had over 30 friends over. Everyone commended the food and we totally loved the customer service experience. Promote was particularly helpful to us, he did such an amazing job in making sure we were comfortable and the entire team was very flexible to accommodate our requests.... Totally recommend 2020✊

The selection of food was okay, lots of Indian dishes, Italian was a choice of three pizzas, I was told there would be a 15 minute wait for the Mexican despite nobody queuing. The worst selection was the desert, three small cake selections, they were dry and tasteless, the ice cream was not self serve and one scoop at a time. We also kept getting a distinct smell of drains, it came and went several times which was also off putting. It’s a venue that looks a lot better than it actually delivers. If you are a large group beware as there is no splitting the bill permitted.

Visited today for lunch in a party of 3. Firstly the majority of the chicken dishes were rock hard as if they had been reheated the other food was just as bad. On top of this we paid around £20 per head for a establishment offering a very limited choice of food. We ordered a pitcher of coke charged at £8.50 for something resembling a small flower vase. I've visited other buffets and this has been the worst in terms of the lack of choice and quality of the food with a disproportionate price per head. Stay clear and save your hard earned money.

I organized my son's first communion in 2020. Thanks to the kindness of the entire staff, I was able to prepare the decorations the day before so that everything would be ready for the next day. A lot of different food to choose from. The entire staff was very helpful and nice. We didn't miss anything, thanks to this very much. We had a nice time on such a special day for us. I highly recommend this place to spend time with friends and family. :)

Has been here for my friends Holy communion party. Food was nice with plenty of options. Clean and spacious. Especially staff Binitha was helpful with cute smile on her face. Helped whole time when we were there. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Happy with entire team.
