1st Pizza Direct Culloden in Highland

Under new management, because they have newly opened, they cook to order. There battered Fisk was crisp, large white flakes and not greasy. Took 8kins from placing order to enjoy a fantastic fish supper. Nice chips also. At this time they are only taking cash, but have plans for card payments.

Ordered food on Sat night for delivery. We ordered and paid through their online app. We ordered at 7pm with an expected delivery at 19:20. At 8pm the manager phoned me to say they were just about to START the order but didint have enough of what we wanted to complete the order. We accepted the replacement with no compensation. 3 phone calls later, our food arrived at 22:10, this was 3 hours after we ordered! It was freezing cold. I told the manager (Johnny) we were not happy and wanted a refund. He refused. I have sent messages to their facebook page, emailed the owner and had no reply. Avoid this resturant!!

I get from glenurquart a lot and usually happy with service. Tonight ordered from the culloden store. Firstly the person I spoke with had no idea about the premier card offer. He was accommodating and sorted out the order although we did not get what we originally wanted. The food arrived an hour and a half later. Cold and tough. Not happy.

Absolutely joke of a place!!!! Husband went there at 6.45pm is still there now at 7.56 awaiting our supper , so many angry customers and kids yes children working with no clue what to do , so our supper is ready and the girl drops the chicken so what does she do in front of all the customers so what does she do picks it up takes it to the bin and sneakily try’s to put it into the takeaway container so not only does my husband pull her up and say oi I do not bloody think so and two other customers say that’s absolutely disgusting and a fair few walk out , I’ve tried to phone there main chip shop to complain and owner/manager will not come to the phone I’m shocked to say the least , if you like the old 2 second rule of picking up food from the floor and eating it then you should go here as your guaranteed to get lucky with it ...... 1st time there WONT be backand will be writing all over facebook about it for there customers to see BOAK

I am local in Culloden went to this so call chip shop, No chips left in a chip shop Sunday evening at 8 pm ?? How can they run a business like that .

Although I live in Culloden I don’t use this take away. Decided for convenience I would go tonight for a fish supper. Big mistake! First give away is the quietness of the place for a Friday night. As I waited for my order to be ready, I firstly noticed the easy to clean stainless steel front of counter. This appeared greasy and ground in dirt in areas. The floor looked as if it hadn’t seen either a sweeping or mop since a long time. The mat in front of the counter was filthy. If this is how front of house where the customer has access is presented, it poses the question of cleanliness of the kitchen and staff hygiene. As for the food - the fish was two thirds in batter with the remaining third looking like dried cereal. I really can’t understand how this place remains open and in business. My advice is Stay Clear!

Never had such poor service, long wait, told your order is ready after 20 mins, oh no it`s not, you need to wait until we make more chips, the place is a joke. who is in charge of running this place????, Will never use it again,

Así lugar concurrido esperamos bastante para la orden. Pareja que después me sirvió antes de pedir me y su orden incompleta, así que esperamos hasta que su pedido fue terminada antes de mi pedido aún. Me dijeron que no tienen la piña pero sin añadir los champiñones. Una insípida de hongos. . . . . . No congelados. aros de cebolla recién hecho. . Como vimos este. Cuando un miembro del personal a través de congelador llevó cuando se olvidaron de ponerlas en una freidora para otro ordenbastante antipático y nadie parece hacerse cargo. Es también un lugar bastante desordenado como noté mientras espera que habían bajado las patatas fritas en el piso y botellas vacías de zumo tumbado sobre el lugar parecía sucia.En un ligero positivo la pizza margarita estaba bien! ! !En más de £31 por una pizza, queso macarrones, pollo y pescado sin duda maryland cena no volveré. . . Así decepcionado

Non si può chiamare pizza. Tutto ma non pizza. E' una pizzeria da asporto che non chiamerei così se fossi in Italia

Good choice on menu reasonable delivery times decent food. Can be a bit expensive. Burgers are good.

I had a pizza from there, it was watery I don't know how you can make a pizza watery, but they did it.

Got a small pizza yesterday...where do I start...The base.. underproved, doughy..in fact, undercooked.Red stuff..no flavour.Pepperoni...not like any I've tasted..plasticoni, cheap, no flavour.Cheese...plastic smell, rubbery, definitely not proper mozzarella..Would I have another?.... absolutely not...£6 down the tubes and only half of it consumed...

Wir waren nach dem Besuch der sehr guten Ausstellung ausgehungert und hofften ein paar leckere Snacks zu uns nehmen zu können --> Fehlanzeige Die Hälfte der auf der Speisekarte aufgeführten Gerichte gab es nicht. Einige andere Gerichte die wir hinterher auf den Tellern anderer Gäste entdeckten, waren nicht auf der Speisetafel aufgeführt. Das angebotene Essen war nicht von guter Qualität und die angestellten jungen Mädels wirkten unfreundlich und unmotiviert.

I hadn't order from here for about a year because I was disappointed last time. I like to support local business and thought they deserve another try. That's the last time!! Chips were undercooked in the middle, fish was chewy and batter soggy. I ordered 2 fish suppers, 1 a jumbo and 1 standard. I couldn't tell between them when they arrived which was which. Charged 10p for a bag at check out and I'm sure 5p is the norm?? I can't see them lasting much longer if they don't change. Customers deserve better.

I love this place the young boy who served me in Culloden was very polite and would definetly go back.
