If I could give this 1* I would Please avoid they serve you stale chicken burgers that you can’t eat I gave mine to the dog and even he wasn’t interested!!!!

£6 for a large milkshake. And using the toilet for storage.

Rude person on the phone. Missing items in my order. Did not even care or attempt to make it right. Do not order from here.

Best burger Ive ever had!! highly recommend!

Food was good, burgers for the kids and wings for me. But there were 10 teenagers in there who were swearing and vaping in front of my young children and the two staff in duty just hid in the kitchen. None of the teenagers bought anything.

Ordered here before. Nothing wrong with burger, actually a fairly decent burger though expensive considering it’s basically fiveguys price without the drink and chips. The chips were cold. Burgers were warm enough. I live just under 2 miles away. Courier must have made 79 stops on the way to mine. There’s probably 20 houses between my location and the shop itself. What actually gave me the hump was the portion size of the chips, I would say I was about an average sized bloke. Below is a picture of the large portion of chips for reference. Won’t be buying from here again based on the couriers delivery time and the pony portion size of chips. 40 quid for 2 burgers a crap cold portion of chips and a shake. Lesson learned.

12th street burgers u ruined the burgers bring back the sesame seed buns they are much better, if they are too costly add an option to use a sesame bun for an extra £2 or something because they are a lot better than the buns you use now

Ordered burgers and when I received it, it was very cold and moist. When I called the shop, an Indian guy started shouting and swearing at me for complaining about the burgers. Worst food and customer service. Please avoid.

I ordered from Dynamic wings, which seemly is the same place as 12th street burgers. When the food arrived it was completely the wrong order. I ordered lemon pepper fries and 12 boneless bite&no drink. I ended up with meal for two, burgers, wings and two sets of chips with two cokes. God bless the person waiting for their order, it was sitting in my house for 15 mins while I called the restaurant and the Uber driver was claiming it was my order 😂. Anyway called the restaurant and Uber then quickly took to food and went, I said is my food coming? Uber driver said “maybe your food will come”. MAYBE 😂🤣 absolute joke of a place. I’ll update you if the food arrives… the service is shocking!!!

Burger has a lovely grilled Burger taste.

Went in person to get some food and it did not disappoint. Burger was banging and the milkshake was better than most. Took a little while because it got a bit busy but everything was fresh and worth the wait. Definitely would recommend.

Found out this place today and I’m really impressed! The taste is amazing the crew are fantastic and they treated me very well. I will come back with a couple lads next time for sure!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. Despite a subpar first order, I decided to give them a second chance, which turned out to be a mistake. I hate giving bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice. 1. The delivery took an unreasonably long time. 2. The food arrived cold. 3. The fries were undercooked. 4. The burger was excessively salty. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Additionally, my attempts to contact them to address these issues were unsuccessful, as they did not answer the phone. This experience was truly disappointing.

Never again!! Spend your money elsewhere. No wonder they have all these offers on uber eats. OVER 2 HOURS FOR A DELIVERY. Poor poor poor. Not worth it guys

Overall a good experience. The burgers are fine not juicy and a bit dried. The prices are high comparatively and the service was not very satisfactory.

As always, delicious food, delivered on time. I ordered the Caramalised Onion Burger with Peri Fries. Absolutely delicious, and my go-to place when I'm craving a burger and fries. If you haven't already, you must give it a try.

Food delivered to home.. was still hot. Portion sizes for the cheesy chips was terrible bout a handful chips loads sauce one box the other 2 handfuls maybe of chips and hardly any sauce. Burgers were nice. 12 Street bang bang and caramelised stacker. So was OK.. 🤷

They’ve changed the chicken burger from crispy to southern fried, it’s not as crispy and since then it just isn’t as nice which is a real shame.

Deliver driver arrived at the door with completely the wrong food from a different restaurant. Had been on 3 deliveries prior to mine and gave one of them my food. Awful service from the app as there is no way of contacting anyone. Restaurant not at fault.

I have to say, I was very impressed with their burgers. I ordered through Uber Eats and got their Roadhouse Beef Chilli Smash and New York Taxi. Both burgers were delicious. The chilli burger didn't have much chilli inside so could make that improvement but the quality of the beef was very good. The New York Taxi burger was my favourite. Flavoursome, good portion and great toppings. Highly recommend.

Worst food with over price. Ordered two type of burger. The fried chicken was too salty and it's not even cooked properly.

I’m currently pregnant and was really excited for my late night feast. Order came with no beef, what a joke on behalf of a business that is supposed to cater for food. What was the point of spending so much money to end up with a cheap meal? £15 for a bloody fried halloumi beef burger. When I had contacted them rather than apologising they had the cheek to ask me to spend more money to get another burger. What an absolute joke! Till now I haven’t been reimbursed. Never order take away from there, especially if you’re expecting cause they’ll give you the worst experience ever. Disgusting behaviour for an establishment.

Pricing here in general is a bit wack, but the food is decent. A decent selection of burgers, but could probably do with a larger menu for other items. The loaded fries here are really great, but they only have two options and the pricing shot up from £6.99 to £9.99 for a smaller portion.

Top burgers consistent, juicy and fresh. They need to add banana milk shakes though :)

Overall 2/5 star due to not having sauce with the meals and tissue, portion size is small, no chocolate sauce on milkshakes which we requested. Too pricey avoid !!!

The burgers were not very warm and yet the bun had not held up after being wrapped in foil they fell apart so unable to eat easily as a burger my BBQ chicken burger had very little BBQ sauce on it the chicken was OK a little tough but the crispy coating was not at all crispy although it tasted nice. Food is not worth the money. They gave 4 wings which wasnt even wings looked more like tiny little nuggets and it was fried not grilled. Burgers are below average nothing special. Last time i will be ordering here. Extremely disappointed!!!

Delivery driver had my order sitting outside the restaurant for 10 minutes then went elsewhere before dropping the food so was freezing cold

After seeing some of the reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised. Got the Philly cheese steak for the wife and chicken waffle burger with caramel for myself, along with chilli cheese nuggets and macca and cheese bites. Everything spot on, good portion sizes and still warm, despite a 20min delivery drive as I live 5miles away. Can't vouch for customer service ad it was delivery, but the food was some of the best I've had for a long time for a takeaway!

DO NOT ORDER. horrible customer service ordered food from them and delivery driver gave someone else's order and said this is what the restaurant gave him called the restaurant and they said "oh you can keep that persons food" and when explained we wanted our own order he just said "speak to uber and get a refund". Honestly, this place NEVER misses. I’ve tried four different burgers now and am positively surprised each time. I do only live 5 minutes away, but the fact that the food is always delivered piping hot is even better!

I am a big fan of a burger and decided tonight would when I try them 12 street out, local businesses should be supported. I ordered Three items and they didn’t deliver the burger. The chips I received were delivered was cold. A burger place that can’t remember to send a burger in a three piece meal should be a read flag.

I'm from Wiltshire, so decided to try 12th St whilst staying in a London Hotel. I have to say the food is great quality. I'm going to miss this place. Will be back next time.

Went in with family, staff were very friendly. Someone was available at the till as we walked in, clean seats and tables as well as no smell of cleaning products. Food came out in timely fashion as well. Burgers were quite big, definitely recommend the chicken burger!

It's not just that the food was late, it was cold, completely cold. They messed up the items I requested be removed. The lettuce leaf was stale. The beef patty was tasteless. And, I repeat, it was COLD.

Food was good but £9.99 for just a burger alone? That's quite pricey. Got mozzarella dippers, £3.99, seems like a normal price to me, they where good, had a cheese pull, but they are supposed to be dippers right? So why didn't it come with a dipping sauce. Got the 12th street Burger, it was good just too pricey for what was offered, cooked well and tasted good. Piri piri fries where good and there was alot of fries! Fries where crispy and fresh with no oil residue. The atmosphere was very Americanised. New York Street style, which works well and complements the type of food being served. Tables where clean and the overall cleanliness was good. Overall a good experience, but I wouldn't pay the amount that I did for what I got. Maybe £10 for the meal. And 6 or 7 pounds for the burger alone. 7/10 Would have been higher if the price wasn't so high.

The chipotle crispy chicken is the fix for any body with a crispy fillet burger feeling with a spicy kick ! Absolutely spot on with the freshness and taste!

Disappointed. the route 77 Burger!! app only had two free options, i thought they are in additional to the usual burger sauce, never knew thats the ONLY sauce they will add!! like wth you pay £13 for a burger and get no Default sauce? like how you are you naming your burgers with if its bun and patty only. Buffalo fries has off smell in red cabbage and it doesn’t feel right. again what was so special about it? over cooked chicken pieces and smelly stale cabbage I wish i would have read google comments earlier. never ordering from deliveroo/ uber eats rating I’m hoping i stay well till morning, this is far worse experience i had!! i wonder if owners are reading this, and do something about it.

Fantastic food as always, really enjoyed my meal. However, when attempting to pierce my milkshake with the straw, the cup instead split from top to bottom, covering the surrounding area in biscoff milkshake. Bit sad about that.
