10 Cafe Bar in Angus

A group of us went here for some cocktails and snacks. We pre-ordered bite boxes, 1 cheese, and 1 protein. The boxes are packed full of delicious goodies like cheeses, crackers, and deli meats. Cocktails are great, and there is a very relaxing atmosphere where people can sit and chat without having to shout over the top of music. 10 outta 10!

Nice place for an easy afternoon

Great evening at this bar on Sunday, for some live music up the stairs. Billy Liar and friends entertained the crowd upstairs while friendly staff served us. The sound was great, the atmosphere was cracking. This place has really cool decor, with classic punk 7"s and LPs lining the walls, it's stylish, chilled out and has a great selection of drinks and cocktails. A jumping place in Forfar, with nice owners, attentive staff and space for live gigs 5*

Consistently an excellent place!

Great place to go sit in if charging electric vehicle (5 mins walk away). Went in and had tea and traybake, great to get hot drink in evening time.

Such a horrible feeling walking in and on walking out came across a slip and trip hazard where a stool was blocking the way out over all friendliness was lacking second time have been in here and not impressed

Ootstanding café bar. Yon’s a model fer Farfar a real asset fer the toon. Hopefully gee a bitty competition tae thu sadly tardy ither establishments in thu toon centre.. 10/10 fer yon eclectic mix o’ braw memorabilia. Ee’m awa in tamorro fur a wee peice so hid this spacy fer yir update.

Change of plans at the last minute found us heading to the bar for a bit of R&R after a long working week. I was pleasantly greeted by a young man behind the bar who was very pleasant. We had not been in for years and enjoyed the modern decor inside. I ordered a drink and explained my wife was on her way shortly and was offered to open a tab which was very convenient. To my surprise I was offered an option to try a free pie of choice from a great range and was surprised that not only was it free but was warm as well. This went amazing with my pint of Guinness which I have to say went down great. I ordered a bag of crisps and a packet of nuts and enquired if it would be possible to sit at the table that was reserved from 7pm as it was only 5;30. There was no issue and took my place on a very comfy sofa. My wife ordered a wine as she arrived and was also surprised with the offer of a pie and ice and grapes in her wine?( never seen this before but worked well). Cheeky as I am and one of the biggest pie fans, I cheekily asked if it was just one pie per customer per drink but again was very pleasantly surprised to be told definitely not and the gentleman seemed almost pleased I was wanting to sample more of this fine fair and even gave me some info on the local supplier. There is a varied range of drinks on offer and a great decor inside and the service is as amazing. Even the shift change staff arrived with a smile and seemed happy to be working. Overall a new found place for us in Forfar with great service and so far great items. We will be back soon to try what else this little gem in town has to offer. Thank to the young man who served us and made the end of a day pleasant.

Amazing service, friendly staff.

This could be a fantastic place. has an amazing decor and the food is best in town. the place can get to crowded on a busy night and the staff are very inattentive when its busy or quiet with favouritism going to the regulars. feels like your crashing some elses party if you aint a regular.

Small & cosy place, that is very popular. Bar staff are great! Prices on a par with most places. Good selection of beers, spirits and wines, you can also get a cuppa and cake!

Lovely place for a meal or snack

A lively little bar - with a good range of drinks - the No10 theme is followed through out. Some limited food options are served during the day but the bar really comes alive at night. An upstairs bar is only available at night, or for private functions, but worth a look as the stair-well has the owners late 70s and 80s punk era album collection on display - evoking many happy memories.

Great atmosphere and theme to the bar! Live music with some really impressive musicians. The food and drinks were amazing as well. One of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in town.

Great that one of our fave bars is doing light lunches again. Lovely homemade soup, toasties & panini's. Always great coffee. Not to mention some fab cocktails. Love the ambiance of this place & all the staff are lovely.

Staff were friendly and provided good service. The decor is warm and welcoming with a little bit of everything for everyone (style wise). They’ve got a decent range of whiskeys and good beer on tap

Lovely surroundings and excellent very friendly service. The server was very attentive and could not do enough. A hidden gem in the middle of Forfar will definitely be back and would recommend a visit.

Best pub in Forfar to meet for drinks. The decor is modern, the staff are friend and there is now a good selection of craft beers - the Motorhead pale ale is worth a try. They offer a selection of snack boxes which can also be ordered as a takeaway and delivered locally.

"Fabulous, great pies, Superb beer and Ultimate bar staff 😁 You might have to ask for a pie only on Friday/Saturday! Permotion is only on Fri/Sat but loads different snacks at other times 😂😋

Highly recommend the new, Motorhead, road crew pale ale.

What a brilliant bar! Only been twice, but shall definitely be returning during my next trip to Forfar. Brilliant atmosphere, amazingly friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful decor. Definitely worth a visit if you're anywhere near Forfar.

Lovely staff and customer service- wonderful for their afternoon tea specialsx my mum booked the afternoon tea as an 18th birthday treat for me and they were fabulous- good range of cocktails and other beverages- soft drinks also available- it was brill😄😄!

Fantastic afternoon tea with prosecco to celebrate a good friend's retirement, followed by scrumptious cocktails and a fab choice of gins and vodkas. Well worth the bus trip from Dundee.

By far the best cafe/bar in the whole of Angus. Great coffee, great cocktails, great atmosphere, excellent range of products, friendly staff and extremely stylish decor. A must visit establishment if you're visiting Forfar!!
