We have dined here and loved everything ❤️, fresh food,lovingly cooked, great service and very accommodating. Last weekend they provided an outside catering meal for our Golden Wedding celebrations in our local bowls club. The food was equally as good as when we dined in the restaurant with lots of positive comments. All details were covered by Lucy. We could not have chosen better.

Lovely welcome, food was great, we had the specials 3 course menu for £21 and it was a bargain, huge plates of food and the cheesecake was delicious 😋 will definitely be going again 😊

After a long journey by plane and bus, the restaurant feels very familiar. Relaxed atmosphere and tasty food

There were 5 of us, and we all had different main courses as after looking at menu we decided that main and desert looked better.i went for Haddock and chips, it was huge, fish practically hanging over plate. We all agreed dishes were exactly what we ordered, staff very attentive. Can't fault this place.

Had an excellent meal with friends in the dog friendly snug ( although we didn't take the dogs in the end). Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was well presented, tasted great with a good selection on the mend. Lovely setting and decor. Will definitely be back.

First time visiting today and I am disappointed to say that I found what seemed like a dog fur on my plate. 😞 My husband ordered a chicken supreme which seemed like a terribly small portion for £20.. he said it tasted somewhat OK. All in all we've spend £35 today both still hungry. I cannot recommend and will definitely not be going back.

Excellent food and superb Service.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful with good manners & a nice attitude. The Food was fresh and tasty. They also answered our questions regarding gluten free. The staff double checked with the chef to make sure we get the gluten free food as we requested. Would definitely go back there again.

Popped in tonight as I was staying locally. I had yhe Lamb burger, chips, slaw etc off specials menu and it was superb, big, mouthwatering and the taste was sublime 👌 I have to commend the staff, put up with my cheeky old sense of humour and were so, so helpful, supplying me with a little milk to take back to my stay for coffee in the morning ! (Essential for survival, well, anyone around me that is 🤣) I honestly felt, nothing could be a problem they wouldn't help with or find an answer for. Highly reccomend a visit when your down this way 😃

A quiet lunch midweek. A lovely menu, and nothing was too much for the staff. Loved the mushroom and truffle risotto, and the applewood smoked cheese souffle was to die for. Been a few times on last wee while and food has been fabulous.

We shared an evening here with 6 other friends. The place looked so cosy and inviting and our waitress was the sweetest of girls who took our jokey party well in her stride. My meal, the chicken supreme was to die for, and all our friends gave the same glowing report of their meal. We had to try the sweet menu too. Mine was the creme brulee.....oh wow!! Such a wonderful choice of starters, main and sweets. Thankyou for a wonderful night Sinclair's Kitchen......we will be back!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been to Sinclair's Kitchen a few times now and the food and service is always lovely. Most recently we were there for the Sunday roast. It was absolutely delicious 😋

Amazing place to spend Christmas eve

Very poor food and very poor value for money. Roast beef as tough as old boots and pasta stodgy and tasteless with sauce like glue. Awful.

Sorry to say we had a truly awful meal here. I had pasta that looked like a child's portion, and was stodgy and tasteless. My partner needed a steak knife to cut the roast beef, which they described as the toughest they had ever tasted. Then the card payment machine was not working properly. It seemed like the inexperienced staff had been left to get on with things. Very, very poor value for money.

Well worth a visit. The food was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Service was fast and friendly. Good selection of wines and spirits behind the bar. Good quality, local items for sale in the wee shop too. Play park for kids outside. Lots if parking spaces too.

Usual high standards, great food, lovely location, very fair prices. But the staff are the stars, those youngsters really looked after us on steak night, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile.

I've been waiting a very long time to finally visit the area and eat at Sinclair's Kitchen. It certainly didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, service was polite and friendly and it really was worth the journey. It really was value for money and everything was perfect. Thank you to Eden and his team and we will certainly be back.

We were away In Forfar for the weekend and got Sinclair's kitchen in to cook for us started with canapés then 3 course meal the food was so delicious the service we had in our lodge was amazing and very professional everything from start to finish was just spot on and highly recommend. Great experience to have them in cooking for us.

Lovely restaurant 5 min. walk from caravan site

We really wanted this to be a good night out, with friends up for the weekend, however,, we waited 15 minutes etes for our drinks, then they said they had run out of the cocktails my wife and Gail ordered, this is at 6.30pm, and we were the only table of four in the restaurant, there were 6 tables full outside...?, we placed our order for food, from a very bored looking waitress, it took 50 minutes for the food to land, sadly, it was average at best. Poor training of staff who were more interested in their phones behind the bar than serving, no flare in the desire to create interesting food. Won't be going back

We pre-booked our food as in a group of 40. Food and service was excellent. Not many places can service a group that size efficient, and not lose the quality of the food. I will definitely be back!

I visited Sinclairs kitchen Saturday 20th August I have been a few times previously and was never impressed with the food, on this occasion I had the 30 day matured Rib Eye Steak, it was possibly the worst steak I have had, I complained as did the customers on the next table who had a Rib Eye Steak, the steaks were then removed from the menu, they also complained about the coleslaw they had with another dish as it tasted and smelt off, with a glass of Chardonnay wine at £8-75 I feel the place is overpriced for the low standard of food they offer and should be given a wide berth.

Superb meal with a great range for vegetarians (and lots for non-veggies!). We sat outside underneath the pergola which was perfect and could see our children playing in the play area. Definitely recommend.

Delicious food, clearly home cooked. Lovely venue with the option of eating outside (with a covered roof). Little piece of traybake with the coffee was a lovely touch. Worth a visit, even if you need to do a detour!!

Had a lovely Sunday lunch on verandah with dogs by our sides and heater on. We looked like the Clampitts but there was no judgment from the lovely staff, who were organised, attentive and kind. Water and treats for the dogs and delicious fresh food, well presented for us, washed down with a delicious merlot. A perfect post walk treat.

Excellent food served with a smile by great staff. Steaks are amazing as was the Venison Burger. Artisan bread was unbelievably brilliant. Can't praise this place highly enough.

Lovely place, sits just next to the caravan site. Big car park, children's play area, outdoor seating, covered, you can seek the dog in to here too. They do takeaway food too, just order by 3pm for collection that day. Good menu for takeaway and for sitting in as well. Hopefully next visit we can get a table booked for sitting in rather than doing takeaway.

Really nice place to stop for food and drink. Big open outdoor space. They’ve got big plans for their area. Local gin and vodka on menu, local dishes. Would visit again.

Sinclair's was top notch, could not fault the place, food or service! Called in advance as i had just proposed to my now fiancee to ask for them to put a bottle of champagne out! When we got there the host told us it was complementary! The fish dishes were superb! Would recommend to anyone! All of the food was honestly incredible.

Lovely place with lovely staff. Has a wee farm shop inside, outside area looks lovely. Food was excellent and service great. Best sticky toffee pudding I have had. Only issue I had was our coffee and hot chocolate wasnt hot, lass did heat it up and was great about it but was still just warm. Nice wee mince pie free with your hot drink..lovely

I just enjoyed one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. I enjoyed baked ham with fondant potato with spinach and honey & mustard sauce. Then sticky toffee pudding with ice cream which was very light. Excellent quality meal and I would highly recommend 👌
