Beef stew somewhat akin to a beef massaman, tender salt and pepper ribs, authentic summer rolls - and the mains: chicken garlic chilli and king prawn curry may sound Cantonese but have their own tasty individuality, while the steamed sea bass is delicately tangy, and the crispy pork belly is strikingly spiced.
