The best restaurants serving Turkish food in Yorkshire and The Humber

I would rate zero £30.50 for three meals with a sprinkle of food, disgusting trying to get money out of people and only because we’ve been on a night out should be ashamed of your selves, only taking cash for tax and VAT benefits

Really disappointed with the service. Booked a table on Friday only to be told they are full for the weekend and a table has been booked for the Monday to break our fast. Come Monday and lo and behold no table was booked. When we showed the call log to the manager he made it out as we were lying when clearly his booking system is a bag of rubbish. Made me waste a journey to Bradford and delayed iftaari with no sincere apology instead he was being quite rude. When you cannot even own up to a mistake, an absolute joke!

5 of us in Halifax for Manics concert. Hungry. Saw this restaurant (we all love Turkish food) quite busy decided to give it a try. Arrived 18:30. Ordered reasonably soon after that. 2 starters arrived then nothing. Beers & wine arrived nothing else. @ 19:30 (after seeing people who had arrived after us being served their food) we asked how much longer? The rest of the starters arrived along with the mains - virtually at the same time! Food was reasonably good - shame about the service. We did get some bread & dips when we complained. The waitress did her best but the wait for food was far too long.

A party of 7 visited an empty restaurant on a saturday night for a friends 29th. We all ordered from a very different menu from the one that was advertised on the sign outside - which took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The food came out sporadically after we were told that the food was taking so long because they wanted it to arrive at the table at the same time. It didn’t. We ended up with two of our part not eating and cancelled those dishes with the waiting staff asking if they were sure that we just didn’t want to ‘take it home’. The management didn’t see an issue with an hour and a half wait and said ‘oh yeah I know what it’s like when you’re hungry’. Terrible experience - avoid like the plague.
