The best restaurants serving Seafood food in East Sheen Richmond upon Thames London

Been twice now to give benefit of the doubt.....Chips as dry as hell (re fried in front of me so they then became overdone !) and fried chicken so bland, that it had no flavour what so ever....i really cant understand all these 5 stars flying around...2 stars at the very very most..sorry but i am being totally honest...
