The best restaurants serving Seafood food in St Edmundsbury East of England

I visited your business today and was completely appalled at the incredibly poor service, dirty and unkempt environment and general disarray. To find a table, involved clearing away other customers debris etc and I had to go and ask someone to wipe the table and this was just the start. It took 20 minutes to be served two coffees and a muffin and had to ask if they had actually forgotten. The coffee was served in takeout cups and when I asked for proper cups, was told that they were two staff short and couldn't use the dishwasher because of this, hence paper cups! My friend ate only a small part of her muffin, which she said was dry and unappetizing. On using the toilet, found it had not been checked for cleanliness since three hours ago, from the unsigned chart on the door. The room was distasteful to say the least. What an appalling experience from start to finish and hardly likely that I would ever want to repeat the experience in your badly run business.

Fried chicken was put in a box with the chips and was dripping with grease/ and soaked with condensation. The chicken boxes are supposed to be used for chicken. Large cod was seen through the paper due to excessive grease. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an overly greasy take away from here, i understand it’s a greasy kind of meal, but you shouldn’t have to throw food away because it’s past the point of eating. Overall an absolute shambles and a waste of money. Wings were ok though on a positive note, probably down to them being packaged correctly. Still hungry
