By far the best fish and chips shop in Ely. The chips are soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Their battered sausage has a delicious flavour, as does their standard chip shop fish cake. I'm looking forward to a return visit to buy their Plaice. Also everything is cooked to order, nothing is already cooked and keeping warm. Don't bother going to any other fish and chips shop just go here to Alan's.
