The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

My brother wanted to order from here, I wasn't excited about it. I've had food from here before and it looked poor, the pizza base sauce feels like saliva when warm, probably does when hot I wouldn't know because It came exactly the same as last time I had it. Oh and the potato wedges were a wet, poor mess, just sad. Always go above and beyond to keep me and my family happy we are regulars at Hollywood and wouldn’t change it for anything I ordered one pizza I wanted it thin crust but after ringing and found out it had already been cooked but on arrival they gave us 2 x pizza one wich was a thin crust absolutely amazing guys make us feel welcomed ever time we visit shop swell 👍👍👍👌🏼

Staff behaves very badly to customer .Don't consider the priority and even entertain the new one and hold the old customer in queue

False advertising, they don't serve bottomless pizza! The pizza we did get was burnt to crisp after taking over an hour, the restaurant was empty so no excuse. Everything about our experience was disappointing, avoid.

So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Always great fresh beautifully cooked food I have had the odd occasion I’ve been alittle short of cash and they have allowed me to still order When ever I pass here it’s my go too for good quantity cheap prices I totally recommend this place , food always fresh tastes amazing ,always clean and staff pleasant 📧

We ordered pizza. It was quite expensive but thoroughly enjoyable. Only problem we had was collecting. We got there at the time stated and our order hadn’t even been started. However my wife’s pizza was upgraded to a large which I can only assume was a way of apology from them.

Been waiting for 20 minutes and still in preparation, not a happy bunny 🐰furthermore the price is extortionate, 15 pounds for one pizza 😡

Its lovely to witness the girl handling customers money with her bare hands then moving on to make fresh pizza! Yum yum!! Hence to add.... I'd convinced myself not to mention it or cause a scene but low and behold my partner was sick a few hours later! Unbelievable to say the least. Wont visit ever again. AVOID

Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Three weeks ago I went to get fish and breaded cod and chips from Gills on Heaton road. I had salad and a tub of Garlic mayonnaise. I phoned the order in and as directed ,went to pick the order up from Gills myself. I took my wallet out to pay for the meal and having done so, left the shop and drove home. The meal was hot , plenty of chips and most enjoyable .Half an hour after leaving the shop I received a phone call informing me I had left my wallet on the counter. In a panic, I drove back to Gills and the staff returned my wallet, in tact and with all it's content. Georgia and her colleagues in the chip shop had saved my life because the contents of my wallet were of major importance to me. I want to thank the staff at gills for their kindness and their honesty. I will be eternally grateful to them all, and their food and particularly their triple cooked chips are outstanding. The chip shop has been taken over by new owners. I’ve been twice since and the quality was great - if you’ve stopped going due to the rep of the previous owners definitely give them a chance.
