Upon returning to request a refund, the employee in question **began shouting at me in a hostile manner**, while other staff dismissively instructed me to “ignore him” and offered to remake the order. Notably, as I observed through the kitchen’s glass door, a staff member **purposefully obstructed the view by covering the window with a Pizza Hut case**—a blatant attempt to conceal further mishandling. This incident reflects **appalling negligence of basic food safety standards** and a complete disregard for customer welfare. I have already reported this to Pizza Hut’s customer service and the local council’s Environmental Health team.
