Good food always on time always hot, always ordered from here for the past years all family come here perfect for a take away

Pizza nice enough - but it was cold. I rang the store and the shift supervisor said it was within the delivery time window. He kept repeating this - but it certainly wasn’t ‘piping hot’ and this made it very mediocre. He said I could write to customer services (which is what I will do) and after a pause, he hung up on me! Disgusting and RUDE!
