Our recent experience with Pizza Hut was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The ordering process was plagued with issues: The app's ordering system was glitchy and uncooperative. Limited menu options for customizing half-and-half pizzas. After finally placing our order, things only got worse: • The delivery arrived 45 minutes late. • To our dismay, they delivered the wrong order entirely. • As a vegetarian, I was shocked to receive meat pizzas and sides. The most disappointing aspect was that due to the extensive delays and mix-up, our two children had to go to bed hungry as it was past their bedtime by the time the situation could be resolved. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. Pizza Hut failed on multiple levels - from their ordering system to delivery timeliness and order accuracy. Usually order from here but they stopped delivering for the last couple of months. Seemed to be able to order for delivery again on the app, put my order in but the app said it had failed. The money has been taken from my account and the app said to call the hut, called multiple times and no one answered - absolute donkeys. Do not order from this hut, guess I’m a dominoes man now :(
