The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Braintree East Braintree East of England

I went to this pizza express at Braintree village . Their one lady is really don’t know how to be polite with customer while ordering food or replying to them . I really don’t like the staff behaviour while treating their guest . When I need to make payment , I am a student I have application student beans but when she came for billing I told her about my student card and she behave rudely and inproper way . She is not helpful . Pizza express really don’t know how to treat the customers and kindness . I will never recommend someone should visit Braintree village pizza express. Don’t visit pizza express Braintree village staff is not good specially.

This store is absolutely disgraceful…the customer service for this store is very very very shocking! The manager SHAM lied and said a refund would be there within 2 hours 2 days ago. I then get an email at 4:20pm stating it will be within 3-5 days. Lied to get me off the phone and then when I called and had enough of their bull I stated I wanted my money dropped to my house and was met with laughter and also stated he didn’t say that! Why the hell would I be calling?!!! Kept being put the phone down on and I continued to call u til they answer and then they put the phone down!!!!! Fuming ain’t the word! Someone needs to sort this store out! Never will I order again!!!!!!!!!
