From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to our outstanding server, Ian. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated by Ian, whose genuine hospitality immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Throughout the meal, Ian's attentiveness and professionalism were exemplary. He effortlessly balanced attentiveness with a jovial demeanor, ensuring that our dining experience was not only efficient but also incredibly enjoyable. What truly set Ian apart, however, was his undeniable charisma and infectious personality. He engaged with our party with genuine interest, sharing anecdotes and jokes that added an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. His ability to connect with each member of our group, from the youngest to the oldest, made us feel like valued guests rather than simply customers. In addition to his exceptional service, Ian's efficiency and attention to detail were commendable. Despite the restaurant being busy, he never once faltered in ensuring that our needs were promptly met. Overall, our experience at Papa John's Skegness Butlins exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to Ian's exemplary service. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. If you choose to drink in the Ship Inn across the road, as long as the pub isn't serving food, they'll allow you to take the food from hillbilly's inside the pub. Just another heads up, the owner of hillbillys also owns the Axe and Cleaver in Huttoft, a few miles up the road, where again, they serve excellent food. Well worth a visit to either place.
