Hubby ordered 2 x donner kebab's and a portion of chips. We live 5 mins away , he drives fast. When the food arrived it was a shock. One box had about 15 over fried chips, some donner meat and maybe half teaspoon of chilli sauce. The spoonfull of salad consisted of half a slice of tomato, a slice of cucumber and some very greasy cabbage. No lettuce, no pepper, no kebab bread? The other box contained a bread and some doner meat again with a tea spoon if that of sauce, no salad? If the young lady taking orders put down her phone maybe they could have got the order right? The meat was so cold on arrival that it had to go in the microwave to be cooked! Shocking when you want to support a local business. The food was nothing at all like their face book page or their price list. They claim 'fresh cooked' ! Well it wasn't cooked!! Avoid at all cost, don't even give them a chance like we were stupid enough to.. The only speedy thing here is your rush for the bathroom in the morning. !! There is no parking, no service, food is disgusting. How they got a 5* star rating who only knows. ??

Ordered from here 2 days ago and still recovering from horrific food poisoning. Same night of eating from this takeaway i couldn't sleep for awful stomach cramps, shivers and nausea. About 6 am i threw my guts up. Next day was the same all day long. Never ordering from here again. Food tasted lovely at the time as well.

Not a good experience. We won't be back for pizzas. Garlic bread with tomato tasted only of dry tomatoes. Bolognese pizza was boiled mince with cheese on top. Absolutely vile. Worst pizza place in town.

TOTALMENTE horrible esta noche, otra vez. Te di el beneficio de la duda y pediste de nuevo pero de nuevo das el peor servicio. Pierde las patatas fritas de la comida de trozos de pollo, argumenta en la llamada telefónica que no lo has hecho, toma veinte minutos para que las patatas fritas lleguen en realidad, momento en el que los trozos de pollo están fríos como piedras y ni siquiera tienes la decencia de reemplazar esos también! Totalmente inútil, cero atención al cliente. ¿Es curioso cómo parece que esto sucede cuando se usan puntos de recompensa para pagar, tratando de cortar esquinas?

We used to order a lot when it was woodfellas pizza, but have only a few times since it’s been Delishaz. I have to say it’s gone down hill a lot. The pizzas always arrive hot but the dough base is too soft and soggy. My other half loves a special burger which is a cheese burger with doner meat, but every time he orders it, it comes without the doner meat! They do send a tub of doner meat after the first delivery but it’s no use because the burger is ruined trying to keep it warm in the oven. Really disappointing for what used to be a cracking takeaway! I hate giving bad reviews but when they don’t listen and don’t improve their customer service and up their game….well a bad review is deserved I’m afraid!

While it was open he had every Tom, Dick and Harry living in any and all available space. The kitchen roof and yard was riddled with rats. Food was minging.

Fast delivery, piping hot. hector couldn’t be more helpful. Pizzas where delicious. Highly recommend.

If you want to save time and dont get… If you want to save time and dont get upset with the customer service. NEVER EVER GO ORDER FROM THIS SHOP ROMFORD BRANCH. Staff have no clue what is happening and the will ignore you if you call them to get an update with your order. Do your self a favour order or buy food elsewhere here is not the place to buy it from!!!!

I am so upset by the service of this restaurant. I advise everyone to AVOID ordering from a restaurant that treats is customers so badly. The delivery driver scratched a car that was parked on my path which was not my car when delivering my order. The cost to get the paint fixed was £250 - by a friend of a friend so was discounted and should have much been more as the scratch was very deep and covered about 3 inches of the door panel. Dough restaurant told me to email them and have completely ignored all of my emails and now calls/requests to speak to someone who can help me. They keep saying they will get a manager or someone from head office to contact me but I'm still waiting almost a month later. I understand this is a difficult time for restaurants but it is a difficult time for me as well. I am a student and this £250 has caused me to go further into my overdraft debt. The driver also chose not to walk down the path but try to take a shortcut which is what resulted in him scratching the car. Very disappointed and would advice everyone to avoid ordering from a restaurant who treats its customers like this.

Tuve que dar una estrella. No me dejaba salir de cero. Pedí a mi pizza ser bien hecho y que entraba por debajo de cocinado. En realidad esta es la tercera vez que esto ha ocurrido. No le dan una pizza de aquí. Personal en el teléfono era extremadamente lento y mal mi pedido, entonces colgaron. Tuve que volver a llamar para corregir mi orden, que luego fue poco hecha. Qué desperdicio de dinero.

Pizza equivocada, cuando los llamé para quejarme me encontró con un gerente de tienda ignorante (West Belfast) que mintió y me dijo que cometí el error cuando claramente indicaba en el recibo lo que pedía, luego me dijo que me quejara en línea antes de colgar

I got a call to say my pizza order would be a little late; I didn't expect it also to be almost stone cold. Given I live 500m away, that's totally unacceptable. No more orders to them from me.

Quality food, cooked really well and huge portions!!! The staff were so welcoming and really good with our three kids... my husband has an intollerance and they even had gluten free batter (very rare to find!!) The will cook to order if you ask, so you get the freshest of the fresh, we have since used them for a party booking and the food came fresh, hot and on time... thanks guys

This is absolutely inedible! Usually order and not too bad but for regulars it’s disgusting that they would deliver this! Completely burnt.
